Ah, netflix didn’t disappoint. At least not me!!!

I have said this before and I’ll say it again, I love makjangs!!!

The story you have a weak female lead trying to make ends meet when she’s reminded of her tragic past as she sees the person who destroyed her life living on with no regrets. She then decides to do something about it.

I feel like there were a lot of things lacking in this show but I still rated it high because I loved it! Lacking as in, a lot of things were unexplored. Biggest complaint I’d have is that main leads getting lesser scenes together.

Female lead is a “weak” character who has no power. She wants to get back at the villain but has no means to back herself up. But in due time, she finds her way to get back at the villain.

Male lead is *ahem* gorgeous! I liked his character a lot. But I do wish they had some more scenes together.

Music is the last thing I want to talk about. It’s Netflix so ofcourse the ost is greaaat!

Overall, it’s a short series that will keep you entertained if you do not care much about critiquing the shortcomings. If you’re a fan of Penthouse and High Class you should give this a shot. It’s entertaining to say the least

Typical revenge drama but this time you have a male lead!

Ah, I’ve been waiting to come down here and write a review because I have a few things to say!!!

Overall, I think it’s good drama that will keep you entertained. The male lead is extremely attractive and has a good character. The acting is pretty good. Every now and then I like watching revenge daily dramas for its dramatic value. Most of the time it’s the female lead that’s wronged and ends up being a single mom, but this time you have a male lead that ends up being a single dad because of villains on the show.

The male lead is soooo good looking, I keep staring at him from time to time. His character is also pretty good. I wouldn’t say his character is flawless because that’d be a lie. However, I feel the reason I am watching this drama is him mostly. I stay for the female leads 90% of the time but this time a male lead wins it. He has his priorities straight.

The problem is with the female lead. How could they write up the female lead sooo tricking bad. She’s supposed to be a good character but she was very unlikable for me. How do you decide to wait for 9 years for someone to date you? When the male lead clearly states that she is not his priority and he has other things that are more important to him, she still decides on waiting like there’s only one man in the entire world? Her priorities were the male lead and his life, like mind your own business for a change? Apart from this, I felt suffocated by how much she was in the male lead’s business. Can’t imagine how suffocated he must feel. Okay, they like each other. But her actions were not understandable. You have to learn to move on. You’d probably understand what I am saying by watching the show because I don’t want to spoil anything.

Apart from her, I feel like the drama is decent. You have a cliched story with decent acting. So if you’re looking to pass your time, give this a shot!

Well, when the cast is star studded how could you be disappointed?

Little Women, a story about three sisters. And it is just that. Three complex characters brought to life by three mind blowing actors. The oldest struggles with helplessness, the middle one with addiction and the youngest with fear. Well the aforementioned is just to sum up I won’t spoil their struggles. Their life is aligned with multiple other people who are good and bad. I personally don’t think the story is a drag or way too complicated. It’s interesting enough for you to be curious omg what’s going to happen now! I loved it. So far.

The acting is just out of the roof. How every character just portray their emotions. Not just the three leading ladies but also the supporting characters.

It’s Netflix and Netflix doesn’t miss with background music. Especially the signature music that plays at the end. It’s so prettty ?

If you like the series about the rich, you should give this a shot. No, this isn’t a romance. There might be some elements of it, but it’s not that. This is drama at its finest. A drama about complex characters portraying their complex emotions and struggles, while managing to be interesting.

PS. I saw some of the reviews that were here. This isn’t a complete adaption of the OG Little Women. Don’t bash the series about how disappointed you were to find out it’s nothing like the OG. Read up synopsis before you watch anything. It will help ya determine whether you should watch it or not.

Makjang on crack!!!! Best if you want to kill your time.

Jeeez where do I start, this is probably a female lead hate post than a review.

Female lead is borderline obsessed with the male lead. She’s supposed to be a good character but I did not like her at all. I usually watch shows for some good female lead characters but Oh San Ha takes the cake for the worst.

How does your life literally revolve around a man? He goes missing and for years you’re only trying to find him? You can put in a efforts to find somebody you love but you can’t be constantly saying his name like you have no life of your own.

Overall, I like the male lead a lot but the female lead really made me cringe throughout the show.

This review is to talk about the misleading synopsis of the show.

Overall, I dig this kind of makjang dramas. I often watch such storylines because drama is entertaining to me. However, 25ish episodes in and I don’t agree with the synopsis shown on the shows page on mdl. This review doesn’t contain spoilers per say, just want to talk about it in general.

1. How do you try to steal something that was never yours? The synopsis says that FL tries to claim her stolen life back. Well, it’s not stolen if it was never yours. So far into the show, it’s shown that she was abandoned by her mom. But the life the “sister” is living wasn’t FL’s. The mom and her daughter are poor too and they seem to plot to get into a rich household by marrying the rich man. How is this supposed to the life of FL’s? The second thing is, you would want the character to have a realistic nature. Considering the FL is about 34. How do you make her act like she’s in high school? She believes she wasn’t abandoned and is optimistic that she was separated from her mother. I mean, that’s like high school orphan tendencies. How are you so desperate and happy to find clues about your said mom when she has never tried to look for her? Hello? There are police reports!

2. The ML is said to be a ladies man. But he isn’t. There’s not a single female in show that’s chasing the ML. If he was that there would be bunch of girls fangirling over him. But there are none. Also the synopsis says that he has a wealthy grandmother. Well, just now in the recent episode they hinted that she is actually wealthy. But so far, she was just seen running one restaurant. I thought that they are trying to portray her as a modest woman who lives normally. But later I started believing that they aren’t really wealthy. I actually like the ML’s character, he’s funny and cute.

3. Take this review with a grain of salt, I am just talking about certain things that felt off to me within 25 episodes of watching. I might be wrong by the end. Overall, the show is nice. You will have some blood boiling moments. I just hope that there’s some character development in the FL. She needs to be stronger not be so freaking naive and unrealistically positive at the age of 34. Like, come on!

the lead actress is absolutely beautiful! Nice storyline, great acting, I am engaged!

Let me start off by mentioning again how beautiful is the female lead!!! Not just her physical appearance, her acting and the way she carries herself is also beautiful! Her character is in pain and yet she just manages to show grace and beauty. I wasn’t sure what I was walking into when I started watching this show just by the synopsis. I love female centric plots but I can’t stand self centred female leads, so I was praying that her character wasn’t that way. So far, I am right.

In the beginning I was kind of worried about her husband getting hurt by her but as it turns out he doesn’t really matter (you will find out why).

The male lead also looks in so much pain. Though he seems to be the prime target of the female lead, why do I get the feeling that he is innocent? Only time can tell that.

The second male lead, the lawyer dude, seems like a viable love interest for the female lead. He looks like the kind of person who would try to stop her from getting her revenge because he is “concerned” for her safety, and eventually might fall in love with her character. Now this is such a situational thing, because if the male lead is innocent he’s the guy for the female lead, otherwise the second male lead would take the cake.

The second female lead, the wife of the male lead, also has something about her. She made my blood boil through her entitlement yet I absolutely loved her character. Though she isn’t a nice person, but everything about her personality made me go “offf what a woman she is”. Personally, I would enjoy watching her downfall.

The supporting characters, particularly the second female lead’s father and his right hand man are those who would make you anxious, make your blood boil, and piss you off to an extent of no coming back. There won’t be any redemption for these two. They will suffer the most by the end. I am here to see that happen!!!

And finally the music!!! The OST is just beautiful. It makes you go dayum I can’t skip this part. The actors act beautifully to it.

Overall, so far I am hooked to this shizz. Can’t wait to see what happens!

Amazing acting, amazing music, amazing story. Loving it!

A breathe of fresh air is what this show is. It will make you feel all sorts of thing. You will feel good, feel like crying, feel proud, be entertained, and I think it’s mainly thanks to the female lead.

The female lead does an outstanding job in portraying someone with autism. She is the best who’s mainly carrying the show but of course the supporting characters are pretty good too.

The male lead is too cute. He is your typical nice guy character. The chemistry with the female lead he has is also very cute.

Before I started watching, I was hoping that they don’t force in a love story in this because of the female lead’s character. This could have been a story of her journey of being autistic while pursuing her dream of becoming a successful attorney. But now after seeing the male lead, I feel this will be cute. I am still not against this show not having a romantic angle. But let’s see how it goes.

The most interesting thing to look forward is *spoiler perhaps* is seeing the two women who head the law firms. I feel like one of them is her “dead” mom. But that remains to be seen.

Overall, yes. It’s a feel good must watch show which probably won’t disappoint you if you decide to give it a shot! :)

Your typical chaebol makjang

If you like these kinds of dramas you could go ahead I watch it. I for one love these kinds of dramas. So I will go on watching it till I can bear it.

It’s really low budget and it shows. It just seems like poor people pretending to be rich with the house and acting and everything. Unlike you see in dramas like Penthouse or High Class where people actually look and act rich.

Story is typical, FL unliked by family. There’s a scheming witch. Husband is oblivious on how his wife is treated. So you’re in for a lot of blood boiling scenes. There’s also a handsome man who appears to be FL’s love interest in the future. So it would be interesting to see how the story turns out.

Overall, if you’re into this kind of stuff go for it. If you like watching quality content, you can skip it because there’s nothing of quality in this show!
