I don't know what is wrong with me. This is totally not my type of drama, but I was hooked from episode 1. I watched this every chance I got in exclusion to any other drama. It is so fun and quirky with suspense and angst and tons of totally cute romance. The plot and the flow of the story is well written and directed. Although, I did guess who was the bad guy way early in the drama, I don't think it is the writers fault. It is just intuition. The extra characters that usually get on my nerves were needed for the actual story line and I enjoyed their interactions with the main characters. I appreciated the irony of them talking about second female lead as the girls' occupation were actresses. It was quite amusing. Also, it was interesting that the fantasy part of the drama felt ridiculously plausible. I even liked the ending. :-)

I don't know much about Chinese actors. Janice Wu was excellent as quirky, naive and somewhat silly Tian Jing Zhi. I didn't feel like she was stupid as some people felt. She seemed to pick up on things quite quickly once she had all the facts. She felt real to me and even through all the silliness. Kim Tae Hwan doesn't seem like much of an actor, but I cut him some slack since this is his first drama and he is model cute. He wasn't horrible as Xue Ling Qiao, but sometimes a little expressionless. The other actors were good too.

I enjoyed the music.

I might rewatch this someday..

If you enjoy fun, fantasy romance, then I recommend this drama.

I had no idea when I started watching this drama that I would love it. Also, my girlfriend who has never watched a drama with me actually watched this entire drama and liked it. She was really annoyed at some of the angsty parts, but enjoyed it over all. This drama is well written and the directing and acting is excellent. I think this has a good balance of silly vs angst. I am not a huge fan of rom/com, but this had just enough melodrama also. I really love how the writer has the main couple communicate and that their issues don't last very long. It makes for a nice paced drama. I really think it is hard to go into much of the story line with out revealing spoilers. However, there is one point that I think is really important. Holding in secrets and lies will eat at your soul. Also, no one can be happy with you if you aren't happy by yourself

Side note: I have read people that are upset because Yi Seok calls Hong Do ";ugly" through this drama. Normally I would agree, but he is doing it at first because she wouldn't believe him when he said she was pretty so she wouldn't trust him and follow him to recovery. Later he calls her that as a form of endearment. I don't think in any way the writer meant that as Yi Seok putting Hong Do down.

Chun Jung Myung is one of the most natural actors. His portrayal of Yi Seok is emotional and I was completely invested in his character. Choi Kang Hee is not everyone's favorite actress, but I like her. She was perfect as the troubled and quirky Hong Do. Poor Lee Jae Yoon as Detective Jang. Will he ever be in a drama where he gets the girl? Or at least the girl he is originally in love with? Ahn So Hee is so cute as Se Ro. I enjoyed her character immensely. She seems cocky and shallow, but she is really caring. It is amazing that she came from that family.
Jin Hee Kyung really knows how to pay the crazy biatch mother (I'm not even sure or her name). I really hated her from beginning to end. The other actors are good too.

I really enjoyed the music in this drama.

I will probably rewatch this at some point.

If you like a good love story with some comedy and some melodrama that is paced well, then I think you would enjoy this drama.

For being so short, these writers and actors pack a punch. I wouldn't recommend it to just anyone, because it has some emotional and physical domestic abuse (even if some of it is implied). I think it is interesting Le Jun Kai is actually hurting himself as much as he is Ye Zi while he is tormenting her. This was a great melodrama that ended just as I thought it would. I liked the artsy feel to it.

Peter Ho and Janine Chang are very good actors that had great chemistry together. They were intense which was what was needed for their characters.

The music is perfect. I have been trying to find the music on youtube and itunes, but so far no luck. If any of you out there know where I can find it then please let me know. :-)

It was quick to watch the first time, so I can see myself rewatching this in the future.

If you like melodrama, then this is definitely a drama to watch. It only takes about 2 1/2 hours.

I have never seen In Time with You so I am not writing this in comparison. It is really hard for me to rate this drama. I absolutely love dramas where the man loves the woman from the beginning through every thing. Although this drama has that, it is so boring. I don't expect action or anything like that. I have watched many romance stories that I found moving and lovely. I didn't FEEL anything while watching this. I didn't even care if they ended up together or not at the end.

Ha Ji Won and Lee Jin Wook are good as Oh Ha Na and Choi Won. They have a good chemistry and it is fun to watch them fight and laugh. I don't know who Yoon Gyun Sang is, but he is the male version of an actress that is stone faced. He doesn't have much experience. So, hopefully he will get better. Ha Na's parents, brother, and friends help make the drama more interesting and better. I really liked when she would discuss her life with them.

Personal: I gave this drama a higher score because Ha Na and her mother spend the night in a hotel talking and it reminds me so much of spending time with my own mother. I love that scene the most and I will probably rewatch it over and over. I miss my mom, but that episode is some how comforting.

The music is good.

I won't rewatch this.

It is pretty ok as a light romance.

Honestly, I started watching this because I love Uhm Tae Woong. I really had low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by a drama full of life. The characters of the three main lead women are fully developed. The writer does a good job of transitioning from one woman's story to the next. The women are friends since child hood, but they don't know everything about each other. Makes me wonder what I don't know about my close friends. The writer also does a good job of resolving issues quickly rather than dragging them out. The ending was a little rushed although complete. There is still some Korean cliches such as abusive mother-n-law and birth secrets, but for the most part it was about real life, every day situations.

I adore Eugene. She is wonderful as Yoon Jung Wan with a great mix of strength and sweetness. I also love Kim Yoo Mi. If you haven't watched Cruel City, then I recommend it highly. She plays a more likable, strong character in that drama. In this one I loved to hate her. While understanding her character there were times when I would have loved to hit her. I was unfamiliar with Choi Jung Yoon, but she won me over totally as Kwon Ji Hyun. Her acting is stellar. The male leads are also great. Uhm Tae Woong is just too cute to me. I hope Park Min Woo does more because he is a really good actor.

I HATED Kwon Ji Hyun's appa and brother (can't remember if he was older or younger). They are some hateful people that treated her like a cash cow. Then blamed her for the consequences of their actions. I just wanted to kick their butts.

The music is nice.

I may rewatch this at some point.

If you like romance, family, angst dramas, then I recommend this drama.

Punch is the kind of drama that makes me reevaluate all the dramas for which I have given a rating of 10. All the elements of a great drama are pulled together to elicit a range of emotions. I cried, yelled, laughed, etc. This drama just wrenched every emotion I guess like being "punched". The writer did a great job of blurring the lines between right and wrong. The main lead isn't exactly a "bad guy", but he has done what he needed to survive in a world of rules that he did not create. I have no moral compass so in my eyes if he manipulated people to further himself while the ones that claim to be righteous were doing the same thing, then it is all good in my opinion. I could go on and on, but I'm on the verge of spoilers so I will just stop for now. Needless to say this drama will have you asking yourself all kinds of moral questions. Also, the dialog is smart. There are so many good quotes from this drama. The relationships between the characters are twisted. Some of them are freindemies. The romance is there and the chemistry is good. It may not be displayed in the typical way, but it is there.

Kim Rae Won is an acting genius. It makes me wonder why I haven't seen him before. His portrayal of Park Jeong Hwan's strength and weakness is excellent. I'm not sure if it is just me or if he really was losing weight as the drama proceeded through his illness. Regardless, I love him.
Kim Ah Joong's portrayed Shin Ha Gyeong with great strength and dignity. She is the only one that was true to her values.
I had a love/hate relationship with Jo Jae Hyeon as Lee Tae Jun. I understand where he was coming from and honestly if he had just not done the first thing to hurt Jeong Hwan's family, then he probably wouldn't have been seen as that bad of a guy. However, he went from bad to worse. For some reason though I just can't find it in me to hate him. What a great actor and character.
I truely hated Choi Myung Gil as Yoon Ji Sook. My biggest hate is hypocrisy. You will see when you watch that she is the most hateful person of all. (is that a spoiler? If so, then sorry)
The other actors are good too.

The music is good and appropriate.

I will probably rewatch this sometime.

I recommend this drama to everyone that enjoys a good emotional drama.

Temptation is a strange story. It isn't necessarily about an affair. It is the story of a couple in a desperate situation that make desperate decisions which changes their lives forever. One woman turns from sweet to bitter while the other turns from cold to caring. The men's characters pretty much stay the same. I'm confused as to why I watched this and found it interesting. I found that my opinion on the characters of this drama is very different from the opinions of other people.

I have read countless comments of symathy for Na Hong Joo played by Park Ha Sun. I'm probably the only person that finds her character to be at first fake, then bitter and hateful. I don't for a minute buy into the thought that she was ever sweet and innocent. She forgets that she started the chain of events with her desperate action. What did she think her husband would do knowing that he caused her to take that desperate act over money? She made Cha Seok Hoon played by Kwon Sang Woo do something that he would have never thought of doing except that he knew it would save his family monitarily. Then when he tried to make it up to her and prove his love, she turned away from him. To top it off she goes on to blame him for the misery she creates herself and becomes a bitter bitch that I just can't stand. Now, I don't for one minute believe that Yoo Se Young played by Choi Ji Woo is blameless. However, I don't think she is the evil crazy bitch that everyone seems to think that she is. I think she was lonely and bored. She says she was testing them, but I believe she just wanted what they had for even a minute. However, the writer turning her into a victim is stupid and doesn't fit her character as a strong successful woman. Now, for Kang Min Woo played by Lee Jung Jin. I find no redeaming characteristics in this narcissistic jerk who treats women like objects and has no respect for people in general. I can't stand him. The other actors are fine. If you like C.N.Blue, then you will enjoy Lee Jong Shin's part as Hong Joo's brother.

The music is excellent.

I probably won't rewatch this.

I'm not sure if I recommend this drama. Watch it at your own discression.

OMG...What makes this convoluted, revenge makjang drama get a higher score is the excellent ending. Finally an ending of satisfaction. Also, a great part of the story is that the people that are seeking revenge aren't stupid. The story and characters are all over the place crazy and I loved every minute of it. I admit that this kind of drama isn't for everyone. There are times that it gets so ridiculous that I laughed, but there is enough substance to keep me interested. Plus, the character development is very well done.

All of the actors were great. Jeong Bo Seok as Byun Il Jae and Jin Tae Hyun as Do Kwang Woo were just over the top awesomeness as the bad guys. They made this drama fun to watch. I also enjoyed Jo Bo Ah as Do Shin Yeong more than any other character. She was totally cute and funny.

The music is pretty good.

I won't ever rewatch this.

If you like a good revenge makjang, then this is definitely one to watch.

The story, the chemistry, the actors, and the directing all came together to make this a quite enjoyable drama. Who knew? I didn't have any expectations of The Three Musketeers and I was pleasantly surprised. I like the story telling, comic book type of directing. The drama writing had some lame moments, but the story more than made up for it with some excellent twists and specific emotional scenes. For example when Park Dal Hyang is talking to Mi Ryeong in the prison and she goes through every trick she has and he still stands firm and what he says back to her is just daebak!!! Even if you don't watch any of the drama...watch that part. I also like how Yoon Seo was strong and confident when she needed to be the most. I absolutely loved the writing of that character. Ok...I have to stop now or I will quit being vague and write spoilers.

The acting is good too. I know a lot of you don't like idol actors, but Jung Yong Hwa is too adorable in this. He may not be the best actor, but he isn't horrible either. Lee Jin Wook and all the other actors are good also. Seo Hyun Jin portrayed my favorite character, Yoon Seo. For once the leading lady wasn't stupid and weak. She cried and was naive, but when it was time for her to step up, she was perfect.

I liked the music.

I may rewatch this at some point...especially if there is a sequal.

I recommend this because it is entertaining. There is no epic story or deep meaning, but I was fully invested in the story line and the charcters.

Date is funny, sweet, deep and moving. The question of how do we know we are in love is probably asked by everyone at some point in their life. The question is answered from an individual perspective of life and what is important. Personally, I never ever dreamed of being in a relationship. Even when I was a child I did not fantasize about marriage nor did I play "house". Then one day after years of knowing the same people, but never meeting, I met my significant other. I fell hard and 14 years later we are still together. We were so straight forward with each other that some of this drama resonates true deep in my heart. The quotes and mathematics are also great quirky characteristic touches. I didn't care which character ended up with another character, because they were all likable. It is a relaxing, interesting watch.

All of the actors were great. Anne Higashide was really cute as Yoriko. That duck face was too funny. She is so smart and despite appearance and her practical approach is very caring. When she upsets or hurts some one, it is obvious that she doesn't mean it. I would love to have a friend like Yoriko. At least I wouldn't have to second guess her motivation or friendship. Hiroki Hasegawa is also amazing. That funny strange smile Takumi has like he isn't used to smiling but is trying to express himself is perfect. I loved his character as some one that had a scar and like most of us are want to do we let it change our lives. I'm going to get a little personal here, because his character was most important to me on a personal level. As someone who has experience agoraphobia for months after I had a mental break down over a trauma, I can say that it can become a habit. Mostly because a person can become comfortable not facing a harsh world. I felt like my perspective of reality must be wrong and I was confused for a while between what was real and what wasn't. I thought that every one was lying to me and had other social anxiety issues. I went to counseling once a week for months until I could venture out into the world again. i don't know where I would be if I had not sought help. Maybe I would have been like Takumi. Anyway, I was totally invested in the main characters.

The music was good.

I will probably rewatch this at some point.

I recommend this drama to everyone. It isn't action, thriller, murder, mystery, amnesia, lost family member, etc. type drama. However, the writing, character development, and humor over the question "what is love to me?" is worth the watch.

First, I just have to let you know that the music in PNB is excellent. It really helped make this drama. The story isn't anything new or different, but it is completely interesting to follow the lives of these boys/men. I commend the director for the ability to balance four stories without leaving the viewer confused or wanting more of any thing. There is great flow and character development.

The actors and chemistry are what makes this drama fun to watch. Oh Jung Se portrays a mature yet still naive Gu Kwang Sul. For all his success in life he is still lacking in love until he finds the beautiful Ju Da In played by Yu Da In. They aren't my favorite couple but I definitely enjoyed their story line. Kim Young Kwang is mistaken player Kang Jin Gu. Poor guy has already grown as a person when we meet him, but the director shows us what he grew from with flashbacks to how he was. I loved to watch his interaction with his love interest Ma Se Young played by Kyung Soo Jin. They are my favorite couple. Next we have teenager Kang Min Gu played by Yook Sung Jae. Surprise...he can act. I know some people don't like idols turned actors, but I think they will make an exception when watching Sung Jae as he chases his lady love, Su Ah played by Park Cho Rong. Last but not least is the cutie Choi Ro Woon as Kang Dong Gu. He is so adorable and he has two love lines...one with his mom and one with tiny cute actress Lee Chae Mi. They are so adorable and bring a light hearted feel to the drama. I enjoyed them all immensely. I think each viewer will end up picking a favorite.

Again, the music is top notch.

I may rewatch this at some point.

This is an easy to watch romance. I recommend it to everyone.

This review is based totally on this adaptation. I have never seen any of the others or read the manga. What I like about this drama is that it is easy to watch. There are no villains and the adversity that the characters face is resolved quickly. The story isn't new or special. However, I enjoyed the over all good feeling that I felt while watching the characters grow as they faced trials and over came obstacles both personal and as a group. I don't usually enjoy lot of characters and side stories, but in this case it seemed appropriate. I'm so glad the writer didn't make Cha Yoo Jin too much of a jerk or Seol Na Il stupid. Also, I like that Yoo Jin pretty much takes care of Na Il from the start even if it subconsciously. I don't know how much this varies from the original, but I like this version.

I have never seen Shim Eun Kyeong in anything else, but I couldn't picture anyone better for this role. She was totally adorable as quirky, naive and genious Na Il. I know not everyone is a Joo won fan, but I love him. He has played a variety of roles and doesn't disappoint as Yoo Jin. It seemed real as he fumbled around learning to have friends and care for people. The other actors are good also. Go Gyeong Pyo is good as Il Rak.

The music is outstanding. It is worth watching this drama for that alone.

I will probably rewatch this at some point.

No matter what genre you enjoy, I recommend this drama. It is a comfortable and easy watch.

So anyone who knows me understands I watched this because of So Ji Sub. It isn't really my genre of choice. However, I was pleasantly surprised at this heart warming story. It was sweet and I didn't cry. I think the way the story is written and directed made me feel more happy than sad. I love that house. I would totally live there. The way they tell their stories of how they met, feel in love, and heartbreak was beautiful. that kid is just the cutest thing.

So Ji Sub and Son Ye Jin are excellent actors no matter what. Plus they are easy on the eyes and had good chemistry.

The music is pretty.

I would rewatch this.

I recommend this movie to people that are into love stories.

Bad Guys has it all. There is a great main story line which includes mysterious serial killers, betrayal, and deep feelings of injustice as well as understanding, redemption, and forgiveness. Each character's story is also interesting and there is excellent character development with out the character's basic personality changing. The chemistry, the dialogue, the action, and directing come together perfectly. I enjoyed every episode and hope that there will be another season.

I love me some Kim Sang Joong. I have seen many of his dramas and enjoy his characters, but I have to say that Oh Goo Tak is my favorite. He perfectly combined strength and vulnerability. Park Hae Jin portrays Lee Jung Moon as a psychopath of which a person can't help but feel sympathy. Jo Dong Hyeok is beautiful as Jung Tae Soo. I love his character the most. Ma Dong Seok is so enjoyable to watch a Park Woong Cheol. I felt him. They are all attractive in their own way. The other actors are good too.

The music is appropriate.

I will probably rewatch this just before season 2 starts (wishful thinking).

I admit that if you are not into action/mystery dramas that you might not like this drama. However. It is so much more than just that. I recommend this drama to everyone.

Ok, so this isn't the best drama, but I just had to watch it for So Ji Sub. This drama is a time travel story where a Princess from historical Korea era travels through time to 2003. It is pretty interesting concept and somewhat different than the time travel dramas that have been currently airing.

Sung Yu Ri plays the Princess and I think she does a pretty good job of portraying a time traveler. She did as well as the boys from Rooftop Prince. So Ji Sub plays a general in the historical part and a fashion designer in 2003. He is the love interest in both time periods. I just love him and I think he did a good job acting even back then. Kim Nam Jin took me by surprise. He plays a general that is the enemy of the Princess in historical times and the heir of the lead Japanese family in 2003, Fujiwara Tatsuji. Why hasn't this guy done anything since 2008??? I thought he was good for his debut drama. I wish he was still acting.

The music is ok.

I probably won't rewatch it.

It is an older drama, so the sets and production is a little lacking, but I think that it is an interesting drama to watch.
