The first drama I watched was Itzura na kiss, love in Tokyo. 

Actualily I came across it by mistake and innocently started watching..... I loved it so much after i had finished I discovered there was a Korean version, Playful Kiss. Playful kiss lead me to Boys over Flowers, my true gateway!!! I was officially hooked.
