Beautiful little drama
A Lovely warm and uplifting little drama. The Male lead was beautiful. It is the first drama with Lu Si that I thought she looked good in. Her acting has certainly matured ironically, in a youthful role. It was a heart warming story of love and loyalty. It is my First drama with The Male Lead playing Xiang and what a treat that was. He is exquisite. His role was very touchng and honest. He is swoonworthy. A Nice story of a supprtive family unlike the usual tyranny that often exists in Asian Dramas. LuSi's character was wonderful. Her loyalty and committment to Xiang was truly wonderful. Her acting was good and her character was excellent. She moved through the different stages of her life beautifully. Excellent though she was He stole the drama for me. Perfection.Was this review helpful to you?
Stunning Visually Beautiful Drama with a Great Story. A Tale of Parallel Universes.
I absolutely loved this drama. An incredibly Creative Masterpiece from South Korea. Set in 2 Parallel Universes. Such a Great Storyline. The Main lead Character is every woman's fantasy come true. A Stunningly Beautiful Knight in Shining Armour. The Female lead was excellent. It is a Visually Exquisite Drama. Set In a Police Station and a Palace. The story moves across The Kingdom of Korea and the Republic of Korea. An amazing Clever Story of Treachery that Crosses 2 Universes. I have watched so many Korean Dramas and am amazed at the Creativity of the Script Writers and Production Teams, I have yet to come across any bad acting. Incredible talent that is well nurtured. There are also many stunning Chinese Dramas too but I prefer the 16 episode Korean set up above the 50-60 episode Chinese ones. This is in my Top 3 Favourites. Fabulous Drama
This was excellent first time around but even better second time. A glorious Love story with 2 stunning leads. I Would never have though Billiards would be a setting for a great Love story. The Leads Chemistry was Superb. A great Match indeed. Nice Story in a Fabulous setting. So atmospheric. The support cast was also wonderful. This must be one of the most successful dramas of the year. The Light and Shine song is embedded inside my brain. It is so lovely. Once is not enough to hear it. Leo Wu who is only 23 is incredible. I have seen him in in many dramas and he is growing so brilliantly. Such a great talent. I loved him in 'Sphere, Break and disappointed he did not play lead in the Sequel. Cannot give enough praise for this truly sweet, wholesome Drama. I am puzzled though at how Chinese and Korean Dramas insist on wearing street clothes in Bed. Also there are few Leads who actually do realistic kisses. Recently there have been many Chinese Dramas with Female leads who act either like morons, have squeaky voices or are selfish egotisis. So when we get a really good Drama it is worth taking note, They make some excellent ones too. After exhausting most of the Korean Dramas I moved on to Chinese ones , which I love.Was this review helpful to you?
Beautiful Drama
This was a beautiful Drama, Nice story with a spectacular leading male and lovely female lead. The settings were stunning. Absolutely loved the wedding and the traditional clothing. Sad at times and frustrating too at the beginning when she lied so much. Not sure how it ended though . I Would like to think she recovered and came back to him. He had the gentlest, most loving nature. Her home life was sad and her cousin was a nuisance. I am so glad she found her ideal man . He is aging gloriously.Was this review helpful to you?
A Stunningly beauti ful Drama
This was magical. Superb acting from everyone but the Male and Female leads were absolutely fabulous. This drama is inspiring, Warm, Funny and above all heartfelt It is my first time seeing both Male and Female Leads and they are unforgettable. Their chemistry is wonderful. Good story with the ususal baddies who are heartless and selfish. The leads are glorious. Grannie is a true professional who brings warmth to every role she plays. I sincerely hope we get to see the Two leads again. It is above all positive, Uplifting and heartfelt. I loved it and highly recommend it . I will be watching it again.Was this review helpful to you?
Outstanding Drama
This is an amazing Drama.Not your usual soft, superficial story.
Vango was stunning. A Superb preformance . His female lead was exceptional.
The settings and atmoshere were truly outstanding and wonderful.
This was a 'one out of the box'.
To be honest I was too scared to watch the last 2 Episodes. Will wait until my nervouse system recovers and hopefully there will be a sequel. It is a trully remarkabe Drama. The level of darkness was intense. The acting was briliant.
The setting and time frame was superb and magical
Vango is my new favourite actor. Magnificent.

Stunningly good Drama
I laughed most of the way through this. It was absolutely wonderfully funny. The Acting is great and the story magical. Both leads are superb. Every character was well though out. I loved her Martial Arts and his Grumpiness. This drama was a Joy to watch. I am sorry that it is over. Unexpected twist at the end after such a warm and happy story. I hope this one moves to other platforms so it can be enjoyed by heaps more people. I loved it and will watch it again. Loved the relationship that built up between the two main leads. Incredibly slow and boring drama
Both Leads were lovely to look at bur totally dysfunctional. The female lead's father was awful. All of the characters were a bit moronic. The old friend who followed the female lead was cringe worthy. Whoever wrote the script must have been a high school student. It was so slow. There were great pauses while nothing actually happened. What a waste of effort and money. The male lead was lovely and had some charm but he was also a bit naive and a bit simple. The Butch Female lead character was attractive but had no real charm. Overall I watched it in some disbelief . What a shame. They need better scripts to show off their skills as actors. Sorry to be so negative. But this was dismal.Was this review helpful to you?
fabulous drama
This is one of the best Dramas I have watched this year. The Story was fabuous. I am not into Revenge Dramas but I am so glad I watched this one. The firste Episode was enough to hook me. Great Story Wonderful actors and really satisfying outcome. The Male lead is still excellent and gorgeous. The female lead was truly amazing. Overall I recommend this . 12 Episodes was plenty. I cannot for the life of me understand why any one would take the time to leave a nasty Review. It spoils it for others and demeans the effort made by everyone involved in the process. So if you don't ike something don't waste your time spoiling it for everyone else. Keep quiet. No one cares .Was this review helpful to you?
Fabulous Drama, Great Actors, Fabulous Chemistry
This is a really fun Drama with wonderful actors with great chemistry. So many people here leaving nasty negative reviews that say more about themselves than the Drama. If you don't like it fine but shut your mouth and don't spoil things for others with your nastiness. What you are leaving is not a Review but a testimony to your own misery and inability to enjoy what is a fine Drama. You don't ike it ? Poor you. They didn't satify your high expectations.? Tragedy! You didn't like it Boo Hoo. Write your own scripts if you don't like this one. What No talent or creativity? just good at Complaining. I love this drama Sad for you that it upsets you so much . Stunning Drama
I have watched this several times because I loved it so much. Everything about it, apart from some of the violence, was top class. The acting was superb. The story was highly creative and insightful. It totally blew me away, The webtoon artwork was outstanding. The male and Female leads had incredible Chemistry and were such fabulous actors. This is one of my favourite Korean Dramas. I only recently began to appreciate Lee Jong Suk . His performance in Pinnochio was also excellent. I woud highly recommend this Drama. The leading Lady was stunning.Was this review helpful to you?
Fabulous
This is one of my favourite Dramas that left me feeling good. . I laughed so much. The story was great fun and the actors brilliant. On Dal was not only gorgeous but fabulous. This Drama contains is the best realistic kissing scenes you will find in K and C Dramas. Wish you would bring him back, The insane General Ko was hilarious. And the female lead had anger issues but she was also really funny. All the support actors also added so much humour. It is a fabulous story. It deserves top marks for entertainment. Lovely story with great Leads
This is a lovely gentle story with beautiful leads. The lead Male plays a great role and acts superbly. The drama provides valuable insight into what it is like for someone who loses one of his senses and the psychological effects this has on one's sense of identity and well being. The lead female does a great job of communicating with Sou. I hope there will be a happy ending for them. Although I found the Episodes too long to wait for at times it was still worth the wait. Many Japanese Dramas are slow to provide subtitles, which is often frustrating but some of them are stunning.Was this review helpful to you?
It started off really well Then........
This was a lot of fun in the beginning but sadly it took a nose dive. Couldn't help wonder how such a great Male Lead signed himself up for this dreadfully poor drama. Most of his others were really worth watching. With many S Korean Dramas I am alarmed at how much parents dominate their adult children and ofter resort to physical abuse of them. After watching Heaps of K Dramas I have gained some very puzzling ideas about life there. Bosses who violate their female workers in particular. Women who get drunk and end up vulnerable on the streets. Children caught up in poverty because their parents pass on debt. I know they are only dramas but there are recurring situations throughout many. On a positive note I have been amazed at the creativity of many of the scripts. Some are astoundingly good. Dozens of excellent Dramas, fabulous acting and real talent. This drama nose dived and I found it increasingly boring hence the poor numbers. Fabulous Drama
This is a Fabulous Drama. I am not a fan of revenge and it took me ages to watch it. Contrary to my expectations I was blown away by how stunning this Drama is. The acting was superb from everyone. The story was a bit hideous but it was handled beautifully and sensitively The characters were unbeievable. I found myself thinking no wonder the suicide rate in South Korea is so high. It seems like a very divided and ugly society. where money and power are all that matters. Poor people are dehumanised and corruption reigns supreme. Every character gave outstanding performances The Female lead was stunning and the Male Dr Lead was so lovely. They made a wonderfully healing couple.This drama deserves every award it gets. I was rivetted beginning to end.
