Don't judge a series by its rating

"Playboyy" is its own genre. There is "BL" and there is "Playboyy". You can't compare these genres at all.
I'm not a fan of NC scenes in series. I don't like it when such scenes appear in a series, just to show that the main characters have moved on to the next stage in the relationship. It doesn't add anything to the plot, it's just there to please the eyes of some fans.
This series is different. The creators themselves have written that this series is about "relationships of "human" through various definition of sex". And that's what this series is about. It doesn't glorify sex. It doesn't show it as something romantic. It doesn't make us believe that it must and should only occur in monogamous relationships. It shows that there is no such thing as "normal" sex. Everyone has different desires. Everyone has different needs. If these desires are fulfilled by mutual consent, give pleasure to all participants, there is nothing wrong with that.
Sex in this series isn't there to attract the attention of fans. It shows the characters' personalities, their traumas and their fears. Here I must add that the characters aren't crystal clear. They all have their flaws, some so serious that we feel bad rooting for them. There is no black and white in the real world. There are only shades of gray. And that's exactly what this series is. It shows all the shades of gray, not allowing viewers to easily judge which character did the right thing and which didn't.
This series had the courage to address difficult topics without wrapping them in a pretty package - drug addiction, prostitution, sex addiction, sexual abuse.
While watching this series, you have to keep thinking about why the characters acted in a certain way. You can't just turn on an episode and relax.
And for all the haters who are always talking about one thing - as someone pointed out earlier, this is a series about sex, so there must be sex scenes. They can't just talk about it for 14 episodes. Watching a series about sex and complaining that there are sex scenes is like walking into a bakery and complaining that there is bread.
I love this series. I'm hoping for a second season. Maybe then more people will discover this hidden gem.

Therapeutic dating show

I'm not a fan of dating shows, but I loved this one. I started watching it because it was compared to His Man. In my opinion, this one is much better. It may not have such a spectacular love story, but it has so much more.
The participants were surprising. They were completely different from the first impression they gave.
One who looked boring and rough, but was actually hiding so much emotion.
One who seemed confident and sociable, but actually felt inferior to the others.
One who seemed so perfect that others didn't dare enter into a relationship with him.
One who acted friendly and like a big kid, but looked after others all the time.
One who seemed to have nothing to hide from other people, but was in fact shy.
One who seemed too direct to others, but deep down was lost.
One who was still very young, but surpassed everyone else in maturity and put too much pressure on himself.
One who seemed carefree and sociable to everyone, but experienced loneliness in such a way that others did not notice.
Watching each episode, I felt like I was attending a therapy session where I was taught to love myself.
At one point in my viewing, I noticed that I stopped caring at all about who would form a couple with whom. I only cared about how the bond between the participants developed. Watching the friendship form between them was the most important part of the show.
It was therapeutic, relaxing and brought me peace of mind.

Outstanding - an unrivalled model for other series.

This is the best series I have ever seen. The most meaningful, harmonious and beautiful. The audience received a story of love in which nothing was created by force. The characters slowly developed their feelings for each other, no one rushed them, and at the same time the audience had the impression that it all happened naturally and truly.
However, the most important thing is that this series not only presented the fate of the two main characters, but also conveyed important content, values that should guide us in our everyday lives. The story was like learning to live, discovering yourself and finding your purpose in life. Watching each episode, I felt that I was beginning to understand myself. I myself wanted to become a better person and find my own home, a place where I would be truly happy.

This series is an unmatched model for other series. After watching this ATOTS, I have the feeling that others in this genre are just childish, exaggerated and over-sweetened stories for teenagers.

Outstanding series. That's all I can say.

The most valuable series you will see this year, and maybe even in recent years

Everything about this series is perfect. The acting is top-notch, the plot is deep and raises important issues, the music fits perfectly. The Eclipse evokes emotions in me that I never suspected. The chemistry between the main characters, as well as the side couple, is mesmerising, breathtaking, but also natural. You can feel the love and support they have for each other. The emotional scenes really make you feel the same as the protagonist, you want to cry along with them.
This series is a gem among the recently fashionable series that have nothing to offer but hot scenes (You already know very well which ones I mean). The Eclipse raises important issues that affect young people, not only in Thailand but also in other parts of the world. What I like most about this whole series is that the characters have issues that people their age experience. They aren't rich, beautiful people whose problems are only about love. They are young people suffering from depression, feeling pressure from adults, trying with everything to live up to their parents' expectations.
I will defend The Eclipse at all costs because it is very precious to me. It deserves much more attention. It pains me that people cannot see the value of this series. Maybe in the future they will come back to it and discover how wrong they were.
