Well-rounded drama, must watch
The first six or seven episodes were quite painful for me to watch. In the beginning, it was extremely unrealistic on both fronts: career and love. The doctors exuded such unprofessionalism and the way the romance started was just so hard to take seriously. The trope of childhood best friends and reuniting could have been done without. However, I kept this drama on as background noise and I have to say that I am thankful I kept watching. Eventually, the romance matures and the chemistry between all the couples is brilliant. The cast looked comfortable with each other on screen and that made me feel very comfortable as well. It was such a pleasure to watch the second couple mature together and the first couple maneuver their way through typical (and dramatized) relationship troubles.
