From bad to worse

I don't even know where to begin describing this series...

I won't discuss the acting, which was overalll very good. But poor them...they were given such a poor plot and characters to play.

Starting with Emma, she is the definition of unreasonable and not respecting Porsche's choices. Gets upset just because he is doing his internship far away and doesn't even stop to think about it before calling him to break up because "he didn't care about her". She is a uni student, I would expect a bit more maturity, but it seems that ran off along with her humbleness. Porsche didn't give any credit to himself either, always blaming himself for leaving Emma behind, when he was trying to make the best studies/work choices. Emma didn't deny any of his blame though... Honeslty, I was truly rooting for Emma and Night, because they deserved each other. They seemed to get along better and actually had similar purposes in a relationship. Emma didn't deserve Porsche. I still don't understand why she told Rome that she and Porsche were not together and so he should stop trying to set them up, and that she was kind of interested in Night, but then, by the end of the series,
Rome and Pick meddle again (?!?!) and she is suddenly interested in Porsche again, and he makes the poorest life decision by going back to Bangkok just to be with her, ignoring all his previously good decisions. Nothing. Makes. Sense. Porsche became a true puppy who goes after Emma for anything and Emma is a self centered and unreasonable brat.

I won't even comment on O. Overbearing and no boundaries seem like too nice words for him.

Friend seems like the only mature and truly nice person in the series. And she didn't deserve when Porsche gave away Street Cat to Emma on a whim, without even stopping to consider her feelings and the fact that she loved the cat and had a special bond. Great veterinarian Porsche is going to be...

Rome...well, starting in the previous series, he is clearly extremely naive, very gullible and has low self esteem. He lets Pick run all over him with his mood swings, his indecisiveness, his bully personality... I get that it was not easy for Pick to realise that you are suddenly attracted to the same gender and that may be confusing, but that's not an excuse to treat other people badly. When he was physically aggressive with Rome, throwing him against the car and yelling all kinds of things, I was shocked. Even more shocked when after that Rome reacted as though nothing had happened. The only good thing I saw was Pick trying to find Rome to apologise, but Rome seemed to be fine, oblivious to the fact that his crush is abusive. Rome's personality basically makes him prone to be bullied by anyone and have no boundaries. And Pick just goes along and uses him. I don't doubt that Pick actually had feelings for Rome, and that in other circumstances and with good and effective communication, their relationship could work out better. But honestly Pick didn't deserve Rome.
Also very ironic when Rome was worried and afraid of Din, because he was being pushy and didn't take no for an answer... When Rome did the exact same thing with Pick... Go figure. It was just a thoughtless plot detail to try and reveal that Din was also trying to set Rome and Pick apart.
