I've watched plenty of dramas, and this is the first review I'm writing, for good reason.

Going into this drama, I really had no idea what it was about. I typically stay away from horror or scary things, but after one episode I was hooked. The acting in this is unbelievable. Every part was played so well, even just the secondary characters. Hwa Pyung is one of my favorite characters that I have ever seen, along with Choi Yoon. The actors portrayed the characters so well. I could feel their pain through the screen. Also, they were very good looking. That's always a plus.

The story itself had a perfect mixture of comedy along with the horror and tragedy. I found myself laughing in each episode as well as crying and hugging my pillow in fear. I have now related the demon's name to that of Voldemort, something that should never be said out loud. The villain and the heroes were perfectly matched for each other.

Unlike most endings that make you regret watching the drama, I was holding out watching even as the after credits appeared. I was so amazed and absolutely shook, trust me when I say that if you choose to watch this you will not regret it. I can see myself rewatching this show again, and I never rewatch anything. Also, this made me want to believe in God while watching it. That's how good of a show it is.

Please watch it!!!

Hidden Gem

Due to some of the comments, I was hesitant to watch this but let me tell you.

WATCH IT.

This has the perfect slices of mystery/romance/action/plot twists/and the occasional over acting for comedic relief. I really love the over acting, I find that comedy type to be what makes me laugh a lot. If you don't like over the top laughing or silly day dreams, you just need to over look those scenes because you will really find a gem in the rough.

I love the chemistry between all the main leads. The bromance as well I really thought was cute and sweet. The trust between everyone and how it develops during the plot as they solve crimes, get set up and vouch for each others lives is heart touching. I love a female lead who is daring, clever and very bubbly/unique/silly.

Everything really really REALLY ties together at the last 5-6 episodes and then you'll be like AHA that's where this was going. To me who can predict a lot, I was taken by surprise. Even though, I felt like the person who was behind the entire evil plot kind of just came out of no where but I didn't mind. Everything was tied up at the end and it was a happy finale.

Hope you watch this drama and enjoy it as much as I did! xoxo

best action/crime/mystery drama ever

i tend to not write many reviews, but i've watched over 200 shows, and this one made me spend my time to write my third review.

kill it has so many layers of depth to it that i haven't seen from many other dramas. our main character, kim suhyeon, is a killer with a humane side to him. he has a sense of responsibility to protect those who cannot protect themselves. he has a nurturing side to him while he was raised to kill and not leave any witnesses alive. while he got the job done with cold blood, to those who he cares for and those who are innocent, he protects with his life. his personality is what you would expect a killer's to be, cold and unmoving for the most part, but his actions showed his true intent.

the main female lead, do hyunjin, has a past that is way more intense than what the drama description makes her out to be. her being a ballerina really has nothing to do with this drama, and there's a big twist in her name and how she got it. i enjoyed how her background and kim suhyeon's connected. there didn't need to be a lot of physical romance between the two to know that they deeply cared for one another. hyunjin is a strong, independent female officer who puts justice first, regardless of who you are. she will protect as best as she can, but ultimately she just want's the best for what is just.

our supporting characters, phillip and kang seulgi, brought a smile to my face while i was stuck into a serious state for twenty minutes. their relationship with kim suhyeon was touching all the way up until the ending. seulgi is a girl who found her way with suhyeon, even after having a past with him that you'll discover if you watch the show (watch it.). phillip and suheyon's relationship dates back to when they were children, to me they seemed more like brothers than just friends.

the ending had to be one of the time's i've cried the most after watching any drama. it is sad as a forewarning, but it was necessary for the show and for justice. overall, you should give this show a chance, it's really really wonderful.

p.s. there will be blood in this drama and violence (you already knew that)
