- historic setting
- both main leads are super smart, has their own backstory
- interesting plot lines and mysteries that just makes the audience want to know more
- developed side characters (both dramas have really cool side leads that makes you fall in love with them)

DIFFERENCES:
- Miss S is female lead-based; smart & strong, no-nonsense personality but also hilarious

- Ancient Detective has a more serious atmosphere with a bit of humor in it

Totally reccomend! Miss S has a lighter atmosphere compare to Ancient Detective but both are really good in their own ways.

Similarities:
- love triangle (though Starry Night is more prominent)
- both have cute couples
- not much second leads getting in the way of relationships
- both FL gets over first love
- fluffy, sweet romance
- none of the characters were annoying

Differences:
- each episode in Starry Night is only 20 min so some scenes are cut out/ choppy but you can still see "character developments" like how why each character acts the way they are
- Starry Night's FL is surrounded by multiple love interests

Male Leads:
OMG the ML are so similar! Both ML want to live so badly because of what they're searching for. Although Fighter of Destiny's ML has an incurable sickness since birth while Ancient Detective's ML had been poisoned at the beginning of the show, their mindset of never giving up because they want (to live/the truth) is so SIMILAR! I honestly fell in love with these types of characters because they are so strong and powerful despite their "shortcomings" and they capture me with their persistence.

Plot:
I thought both of the plots were quite nice. I'm not very good at reviewing plots but what I can say is that Ancient Detective's plot was very well done because the mysteries definitely captured me in. As for Fighter of Destiny, I thought the plot was quite addicting for me because I always want to see the ML prove everyone wrong and show them that he's actually quite powerful too!

Romance:
The romance in both of these series were so cute! Both had "second female leads" (these characters come in and out but they did a great job nonetheless!) fall for the ML and it was so nice to see second female leads be portrayed as nice girls who really just like someone rather than become mean or twisted with jealousy (the jealousy was there but it wasn't negative). Now, the main leads' romances were so satisfying to watch! For both series, I was cheering how FINALLY the main female leads became honest with their feelings and feel in love.

Finally, if anyone y'all are into falling in love with second leads~
I wanna give a shoutout to the SUPPORT ROLES Ancient Detectives!
Although Fighter of Destiny had great ones too, I feel like Ancient Detectives' support roles were much more immersed in the plot if that makes sense? I really liked how in Ancient Detectives, the support roles didn't came into the scenes and then out when something happens like Fighter of Destiny. Rather, the support roles in Ancient Detectives stuck to the ML and traveled together consistently and became a more tightly-knitted group with a really cute, admirable, and sometimes humourous camaraderie. I think this was probably my first time liking a Second ML so much actually.

- Mystery is almost similar when both leads are trying to solve "what happened years ago"
- The Untamed doesn't have "romance" in it like Ancient Detective but both have really cute brotherhood.
- both male leads are quite charismatic, though I would say that Ancient Detective's male lead have more people following him than The Untamed
- there's cute humor in both

The brotherhood is real! Although one is modern time and the other one is ancient times, the plots of each case or "crime" committed is super interesting. Plus, the romance in both is super cute.

This drama is both a workforce romance, where the male lead is both the CEO of their company. Some differences is that Here to Heart is a more tech-based ( I think LOL) company while Sweet Dreams is a flower company.

One big similarity is that the female lead is head over heels over the male lead, especially in Sweet Dreams. For Here to Heart, both main leads are technically in love with each other even after 7 years but it's less explicit.

Personally, I feel like Here to Heart is little less expressive, though it was kind of the whole point since both leads are supposed to be scarred due to past relationship when they are young. I don't know, maybe a little too expressionless though? And the female leader, although great, was somewhat too dead and even though she loves the male lead, somewhere can't express herself until later in the drama.

Even so, I still liked the drama. I didn't love it but it wasn't bad. :)
