**SIGHS**

I am very very disappointed by the season 2 for 2 Moons. The original cast have average acting ( except for Copter and Kim ; they did an AMAZINGGGGG job!!). Wayo in this series looks like he pretends to be cute and looks a little bit fake for me though. Its really cringe for this series to be honest except for the kiss scene. It felt so fucking real. The story line is a little bit fast for me because they want to show the audience the other plot and the development in MingKit's relationship which is good. But damn! I wish they use the real cast instead of using the new cast and even if they did want to use a new cast, i think they should cast someone that have a better acting skills and have more natural charms.

Its kinda sad really. And disappointing because im looking forward to this series a lot and i don't understand why people requesting for season 3 with the same cast like ?????? I might have a higher standard for bl series but if they cast Gun and Off , it could be BOMB! but *sighs* really i don't understand but im looking forward for the season 3 who knows they could improve right?

p/s: shit i sound like an asshole in my review ahhaha but hey at least im honest

BEST SOFTBURN SERIES

First of all.. I DONT KNOW WHY I DON'T LIKE EARTH BEFORE????? I think he is a really good actor. The way his eyebrows twitches for the slightest concern really adds into detail in his acting. I really really love this series. It's a type of series where you don't have much heart-throbbing scene but I could feel that they are really connected to each other because of the heart. Seriously their acting is a new level. Mix's acting is good. I could feel that he act 100% and doesn't really takes care of his image. I really respect that and love him because of it. And this is kind of off topic but his face looks like Jin BTS mixed with Off. XD

I love how the concept is Northern Thai and the fact that Tian took his time to get to know the villagers but doesn't really depends on Torfun's journal 100%. What they shows in the series are real. Most of Northern Thai people doesn't really feel education is necessary. What they portrays are really beautiful and the fact that every episode I keep on rooting them to kiss. OH MY GOD. The last episode is everything. They kissed once but it is so heartfelt that I went BOOM! BOOM! This series kind of give the vibe DOTS but not really.

Really love this series. I removed this series from my list before because of Earth but he is such a good actor now??/?? I don't even know what's wrong with me. Regardless, this series are 10/10. Love it. Really really love it. The chemistry is 100% on spot. New crush is Earth. Thanks. Hhahah. Will definitely watch the series again.

AMAZING PLOT X AMAZING CAST!!!

Holy shit. I don't even know where to start. First of all, i just came back from watching Kiss Me Again because i don't want to be left out when i am watching DBK but they didn't mention much about what happened in KMA so its all good! Just you need to know that Pete has a lot of ego and such a troublemaker. He rather use his fist first than talk out of it.

Pete x Kao. Ah. What do i comment about them. They are perfect! Love hate relationships at its finest. Pete is a little bit selfish and has too much pride in him though. I was shocked that he actually okay with Kao lose a student of his tutor just because he hates Non. Of course that Non can gtfo because he is such a devil in disguise. Bought his own merchandise and likes. Wtf?!!! But i don't think Kao is at fault since he is the victim of the situation. He need to choose between his boyfriend and his family. His sister need to have a part time job though, she keep on asking money but she doesn't want to have a job while studying???? But of course, after the rumours got worse, Pete come to the rescue!!! šŸ’•šŸ’•šŸ’•šŸ’• CAN I JUST SAY HOW MUCH I LOVE PETE'S DAD AND KAO'S MOM. THEY ARE SO COOL WITH THEIE KIDS BEING GAY. Especially Pete's dad. Lmao he even gave him condoms. AHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAH. Seriously, A+ for the kiss scene. They doesn't have much steamy and hot scene but the kiss scene is sufficient enough as it is HOTTTTT?!!!! THEY KISSED UNDERWATER THOUGH AND IT DOESN'T LOOK SLOPPY AT ALL. TRUST ME.

Sun x Mork. OH.. MY.. GOD... SUN IS SO HOT!! HNGHHHH i love him so much! Just that he is quite hot-headed when Mork is about to explain to him what is going on and i don't really have much complain about this couple. I think they are really cute and i like it that they have the same screentime as the main pairing.

This is exactly the closure that i need after watching KMA. IT'S SO GOOD!!! I LOVE THE WAY THEY SHOOT THE OPENING VIDEO LIKE THE GOOD OLD TIME LAKORN. LIKE FULL OF DRAMA. I LOVE IT UGHHH AND NEW., IM COMING FOR YOUR ASS. AND I I FINISHED THIS LAKORN IN ONLY 2 DAYS. GO WATCH IT YOU FOOL!! šŸ’•šŸ’•šŸ’•šŸ’•šŸ’•šŸ’•āœØāœØāœØāœØ

Okay Here comes my honest and brutal opinion.

My expectation just destroyed after Episode 8-ish? I don't know what happened to this series, really. Is it too long? Not really but the first episode got me interested to continue but after they only focusing on the crime, it got me kind of bored but since i don't have anything to do, I did watch it. It's a waste though because the actor and actress are amazing. I only watch it because Park Bo Young & Ahn Hyo Seop. They are so cute together.

The cringe level is slightly above danger level. It's kinda cringe and makes me roll my eyes to be honest. What a shame. I think Hyoseop and bo young have more potential. For the plot, i think they should include something in it to make the audience to watch it even more. There is no cliffhanger ? I am not sure. I just ran out of words to watch this. And it seems like the ending is rushed to. They didn't exactly explain with details how Cha Min can come back to life and i don't know why but it ends with Go Seyeon got pregnant makes me feels.. "ugh srsly?"

Overall, the drama is okay. slightly below average but it's okay for you to watch if you have some time to kill but if you really want a good drama. This is not it.

Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! THIS. IS. AMAZING.

I never thought that Singto can act this good! FUCKKK!!! now, i think he is such a good actor he could play a lot of role. The first series i watched he was in , SOTUS makes me feels that his acting will only reach average level but it turns out that the character is like that and he plays it so well, i thought it's really him. BUT DAMN GURL. IN THIS SERIES, he is so cuteeeeee! Like the character that he is suppose to play, Mes is suppose to be cute and not too timid, match with Ohm who play Tharn. GURLLLLL GURLLLLLL HE IS SO FUCKING CUTE AND SUCH A HEART THROBBING GUY. DAMN DAMNNNNN

The chemistry between these two is perfect! Tharn is playful but at the same time when he try to unravel the way Mes died is so sincere like he wants to know what is the real reason behind Mes's death. The plot somehow is perfect! From the beginning, it portrays how they met and soon, Tharn grows up to be a very very beautiful man *winkwonk*. I love it how there is only 2-3 kiss scene? The series teases a little bit with the audience and it's just a right amount of teasing. It's enough to makes us wonder and interest us to watch it more.

The closure is good. We know what happened to Khiem, Prince, Tharn, Mes and Praifah. The plot twist is damn son. I never expect that Mes was Praifah's uncle. SHIT SHIT SHIT. Anyway, i like it when Khiem can see Ngoon. LMAO its his turn to help her now. HAHAHAHAHAH and slight slack in the ending for Tharn X Mes. I wish Tharn meet Mes in human form instead of still be with him while he is a ghost. Like that way, they could get married right? okno ahahahahha but really. Later or sooner, Tharn have to say goodbye to Mes too its just that he have to wait until Mes's present life to end. DAMN.

P/S: FUCKING WATCH THIS. Im gonna rewatch this next year. Damn Ohm. How can you be so hot and good at acting. This is illegal. anyway, i used to not like Singto because i think he is lack in acting but boyyyyy I AM WRONG!

ABSOLUTE BORING

I can't believe New directed this series. I mean the plot is weak and I couldn't afford myself to stay awake the whole time to understand the plot. Everything about this series is weak. From the plot, the acting, the music, everything is not up to average good series. Why is everyone say this series is good? It's not. It's just plain. The plot is going round at the same place and I wish there are more emotion in this series. Logically speaking, if you found out you travel back in time, wouldn't you lose your mind for a second and then try to figure out shit? Nah bruh. Suansoon legit say "aight imma just go with the flow" like ?????? I think Wabi Sabi is losing its touch with good series. I am sorry but they need to release more good series sooner and instead of this boring shit. I mean My Only 12% is having the same vibe but its not boring tho ? like there is a difference between plain boring and good plain. Like everything about this series is so boring, i applaud myself for finishing this series. I hope there is more conflict like murder, reincarnation or something. I dont know but this series is just not it. Bruh bye.

TOP THE BEST BL DRAMA!!!!

TharnType The Series. I love this series SO FUCKING MUCH! This is the series that i have been waiting for my whole life! I feel like every series that I watched seems like missing something except Theory Of Love. That's another case huhu. I feel like this series is so fucking real. Everything about it felt to fucking real. From the acting, to the kiss and the argument. I could feel the sadness, the anger in the actor's eyes. It felt sincere. Somehow, i do believe any series that related to Love By Chance has this one spark that i couldn't even explain.

Moving on! I am going to talk about P'Type. I really hate bottom like P'Type. He is so stubborn, hot-headed, rude and his words are always vulgar. He thinks that he can do whatever that he wants and no one can change his point of view. He also likes to say things without even consider other people's feelings. I understand that he has a trauma where to the point he hates gays but he need to know that the person that assault him is not mainly GAY. I think the person is actually a PEDOPHILE. I also feel like he is very rude to Tharn eventhough Tharn didn't do anything to him except care for him and even after he open up to Tharn, he still hurt his feelings and steps on Tharn's feelings like trash. UGH I HATE HIM! Type is the type of person that would use his first to talk instead of sort things out, when Type finally dates Tharn, he somehow soften up but i still feel he is somehow rude and there is no two way effort, only Tharn is the one that care for him and all he does is get angry. Anyway, I REALLY LOVE THE WAY GULF POTRAYS TYPE. It's so accurate.

Tharn. Ah. My Tharn. I love Tharn. He is such a sweet boy. He is an opposite of Type. You know what they says, Opposite attracts each other. Tharn on the other hand is soft-spoken person, very careful of his words and a straight-forward person. He always try to sort things out with Type whenever something happened or they had an argument. For me, Tharn is a very mature person but he somehow hides a lot of things from Type. Type is a mean person but if Tharn would tell him about himself, I do believe that he will listen to it. Tharn is so secretive and he has too much empathy so people would use him easily. He is a big puppy when it comes to Type and he couldn't get mad at him too long LOL. Btw, i've always know Lluong likes Tharn because I can feel it. The first time he holds Tharn's hand, i thought they were sex friends and when he looks shocked at the confession that Tharn Type dating, I already know something is going on. AHAHAHAHHA

Anyway, Hands down to the top best BL ever! I love this series and I can't wait for LBC S2 because TinCan UGHHH!!! <3.

Trailer-Bait, No Stockholm Syndrome, and WTF Did They Do to This Plot?

Let me just start by saying this: I'M SORRY. If y'all donā€™t vibe with my review, then oopsies but alsoā€¦ not really? You can fight me. Anyway, letā€™s unpack my trauma real quick because I was SO HYPED for this series. Like, Ohm in a BL post- Bad Buddy? Leng being adorable IRL and OhmLeng TikToks giving BFF-to-lovers energy? Sis, I was READY.

And then the trailer? Sheesh! It was giving gritty, it was giving Stockholm Syndrome realness, it was giving ā€œmorally grey character development arc.ā€ I was salivating. But GUUUURL. WHY do I keep getting scammed by trailer bait? First Jack and Joker, now this? Is this my villain origin story? Probably. Letā€™s dive into this tea, because Miss Gurl is HOT.

---

Ohm as Mint: My Sweet Green Flag with Red Flag Tendencies

Listen, Ohm slayed. Mint is a stuntman whoā€™s broke, clumsy, and soft, working overtime to save his sick baby bro. We stan a hardworking king. Heā€™s a family man, super protective, and just the right amount of clueless to be charming. A certified Green Flagā„¢ā€¦ except for that slight overprotective Red Flagā„¢ energy.

Now, hereā€™s the gag: I wanted Mint to be a layered, complicated man. Like, give me tortured anti-hero! But noooo. The writers kept it basic. Yet Ohm, bless his talented soul, gave this flat character depth. His action scenes? ICONIC. This man was out here throwing hands like rent was due (which, it was). Ohm couldā€™ve made reading a cereal box dramatic. We donā€™t deserve him.

---

Leng as Q: A Puppy with Lazy Eyes and No Sass

Lengā€¦ sweetieā€¦ listen. I love you but you gotta step it up. Your resting serious face is giving ā€œannoyed at the worldā€ when it should be serving depth. Like, we need to work on those eyes, babe, because right now, your vibe is ā€œplaceholder meme material.ā€

And Q? GIRL. His whole personality is just trauma and vibes. They took 10 episodes to unpack it, and by the time they did, I was like, ā€œWe been knew.ā€ Q couldā€™ve been bratty, spoiled, or even savage, but no. Heā€™s justā€¦ meh. Heā€™s lucky heā€™s cute because otherwise, Iā€™d be snoozing. If Leng doesnā€™t hit acting workshops HARD before Only Friends 2, Iā€™m gonna cry in 4K.

---

Mheen: Mintā€™s Rebellious Lilā€™ Bro Who Deserves a Spinoff

Mheen (played by another Ohm, because why not) is Mintā€™s sick younger brother. And guess what? Heā€™s the surprise MVP. His acting? Solid. Not groundbreaking, but solid. I love how heā€™s always giving Mint love-life advice like some teenage Dr. Phil. Rebellious, a little naughty, but wholesome? We love that for him.

---

The Plot: Yā€™all Catfished Me

Oh. My. GOD. Yā€™all, the trailer had me HYPED. It was giving Stockholm Syndrome, action, drama, tensionā€”all the juicy stuff. But what did we get? TRAILER-BAIT BULLSHIT.

So hereā€™s the gist: Mint takes a kidnapping job because heā€™s broke and needs money for Mheenā€™s medical bills. Enter Q, the rich kid with daddy issues and a hit on his life. Mint is the worldā€™s worst kidnapper, so Q justā€¦ stays at his house? Like, ā€œCool, this is fine. Better than being murdered.ā€ And then they fall in love. The end.

The plot couldā€™ve been so much more. Like, imagine if Mint faked Qā€™s death and Q had to hide while hitmen that were promised with bounty came for him. Or if Mint betrayed Q but regretted it. Or if they leaned into the Stockholm Syndrome vibe and gave us a morally complex love story. But no. They chose mediocrity. By episode 8, I was like, ā€œOkay, can we wrap this up?ā€ And the last 4 episodes? Pure fluff. Unnecessary.

---

Action Scenes: Ohmā€™s Fists Could End Me

The action scenes are the saving grace. Ohm knows how to land a punch, and every fight was poetry in motion. Leng? Ehhh, he tried. The choreography was solid, but the fights couldnā€™t distract me from the dumpster fire of a plot.

---

Chemistry: BFF Energy Instead of Butterflies

Okay, hear me out. They have chemistry, but itā€™s not hitting. Like, I wanted butterflies, heart palpitations, the whole deal, but instead? Itā€™s giving ā€œbesties who sometimes kiss.ā€ The steamy scenes were fine, but the emotional connection felt shallow. I get itā€”theyā€™re new, but PLEASE do some workshops together before Only Friends 2 because Iā€™m rooting for yā€™all.

---

OST: Forgettable, Just Like the Plot

The OST? Trash. I canā€™t even hum it for you because itā€™s THAT forgettable. Also, why is the opening a soft, romantic song when the showā€™s supposed to be action-packed? Make it make sense.

---

Final Thoughts: Trailer Bait Strikes Again

Great actors, mediocre plot, and wasted potential. The action scenes are fun, and Ohmā€™s acting is worth watching, but the chemistry and story just didnā€™t deliver. Would I rewatch it? No. Would I recommend it? Only if youā€™ve got nothing better to do. Anyway, hereā€™s hoping Only Friends 2 gives these two the redemption arc they deserve.

THE BEST BL SERIES EVER

HOLY SHIT!! What the fuck!!!! This is the most interesting BL series i have ever watch! It doesnā€™t fully revolve around love and I feel the plot is definitely most interesting. At first, I only watch them because of the closure i need from 2Moons which I couldnā€™t get from Darvid and Tee. BUT WELPS. This series is so much more than just a closure. I feel they have way much amazing chemistry that I am shocked to the core cause I can feel every emotion and longing in both of their eyes. Okay so we gonna talk about the actors first I guess. First of all, Darvid and Tee? Absolute darl! They have the best chemistry ever! I like how Darvid get to differentiate between every Tin in each loop and can I just please compliment how adorable and good looking Tee is? I never get to see how good his acting was in 2Moons until I watch this series which kind of a shocker how good his acting is! Other supporting characters are amazing! Top notch!

For plot, of course I love them. They are not clichĆ© which fully focus on love and I like how Tinā€™s main focus was actually saving Tolā€™s life but once he get to know him and actually repeating saving his life over over again, he gets to realise that he has always been in love with Tol since he were young. So adorable. The twist at the end really shocked me since I never expect that someone actually is the mastermind and not professor Sakda remains mystery. This is one of the series that I didnā€™t skip such parts and I watch them from the start until the end which is good since Iā€™m a skipper. Lol. At the end, I still have hope that Tin will remember Tol and wake up and I am glad they finally get to have their happy ending. Can I just also say I love how the director comes up with such brilliant plot on how Tin used to repeat every loop to save Tolā€™s life and change him and now, Tol is the one have to save Tin and change him for one last loop. It is absolutely brilliant.

Overall, I just love the plot, the songs, the actors. Everything. One of the series that actually made me cry. Honestly, I would absolutely re watch them. Iā€™m not the type of person to rewatch series but for this? No doubt. Will repeat to watch anytime anywhere. Love the idea and how much they donā€™t rush the plot and it is honestly, beautiful. I wish they have more series together since their chemistry are amazing! Final rating, 10/10! ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

PREPARE TISSUE TO CRY

Oh my god. I did not expect to cry at this. At first I was being skeptical cause i never know who these actors are but when I watch them, it gets interesting day by day. Okay so lets start with the plot. Very nicely done plot and storyline. It doesnā€™t feel rush and I feel the director to take their own time to expand the plot. The ending though, I did not expect that to happen. Some of the lakorn that have storyline of ghost x human have that ending where the ghost stays with the human which I found to be non logical but THIS! Phat waits for Phob until the end of his life and when its finally his time to go, Phob is the one who pick him up and brings him to eternity which I found to be so fucking adorable and my heart aches so much! šŸ˜

The actors are top notch! I feel like Planā€™s acting is good but thereā€™s slight stiffness in it. But still though, for his first main role is absolute amazing. Nutā€™s acting is of course perfect. I feel like he knows where to draw the line of his alive character and when he is a ghost. Both of their chemistry is beautiful but I feel like there are a room for improvement. Can I just say Nut is so fucking beautiful that it took me a while to comprehend he is Thai. He freaking looks Korean bro.

Anyway, for me I love this series. It doesnā€™t have cringe plot and clichĆ© plot. The ghosts in the story are nicely done and doesnā€™t look cheap and i like how they remains the horror plot to be serious instead of comedy. We had enough of comedy horror! Please! And the fact that the house is now abandoned and another ghost lives in the house now are top notch! Perfect ending. LOVE IT. Overall, 9/10! ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

The title says it all. After I watch the ending, I legit just scream "WHAT THE FUCK?!". The season 1 is meh and here i thought the second season will make it up for all the lack in 1st season but boy am i wrong. The season 2 is much more worse. The ending is... very disappointing. I don't understand why Oat chose to become a monk to let Pop pursue his career as steward. Like dude, you could just let him be steward and support him. You guys can go see each other once he is back to Bangkok. I really don't understand like ??????? The ending for this pairing got me questioning this series with a lot of question mark.

For the side pairing ( Pree & Rambo ) is damn disappointing. This Pree.. god.. he keep on insisting he couldn't get back with Rambo even when he is begging Pree. Like come on! This isn't how it suppose to happen! Plus, to be fair, Pree didn't take a good care of Rambo so maybe that's why he got into this wild sex slash gang bang slash idk lmao.

Conclusion, I don't even want to watch it for the second time because it's a waste of time.

Not the best yet not the worst

Okay so I have HUGE expectation when people been hyping this series before it even started. Especially when it is Vampire au! so I thought it could compete with Vampire project but well.. nah. 1000 Years old is a different kind of vampire au genre than Vampire Project. I feel like it somehow has soft fluff chill kind of series. The conflict is not really heavy, just to let the others know that Vampire does exist which is very cute. The character is not that threatening to be honest like Somchai. Yes, he was supposed to be the villain in this series but he is not that tense and bad and is it just me or he looks like Dunk? LMAO. Anyway, at first, I feel like this series are boring but soon, after ep 6, it started to become interesting especially that we found out Somchai is Pun's older brother which makes me think that it should be the other way round instead lol.

Side pairing not much since the series mainly focus on main pairing. BUT I DO SHIP SOMCHAI X SHIN LOOLLLL. SHIN IS SO SILLY I LOVE HIM ā ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ Anyway, i think they could shorten the series to be 6 - 8 episodes. 12 episodes are way too long and they include unecessary scenes in it too much and also I think what makes it slightly boring is because of there is not much fluff scenes and mind you, there is only ONE kiss scene. Yup. you heard me. ONE KISS SCENE. NC ? NAHHHHHHHH WAY GONE LOLOLOLOL. But its cute tho. I somehow like it lol. I must applaud Opal's acting. I WOULD NEVER believe it if anyone told me that its his first time on screen like he look so fucking natural???? AND UM HELLLOOOO YourMood is so cool too! HE IS 30 but he looks so adorable!!! ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ā™„ his acting is way too natural that I am impressed.

Anyway, im gonna give it 7/10 :)

A Hot Mess Express with Occasional Sparkles

So, hereā€™s the tea. This is my first YinWar series. I came in fresh, untainted, with no expectations except for the ones the trailer gave me. AND LET ME TELL YOU, THAT TRAILER BAITED ME LIKE A FISH. I was ready for a sleek, sexy, high-stakes enemies-to-lovers heist drama, and instead, I gotā€¦ whatever this is. My soul is bruised, my heart is heavy, and my standards? Betrayed.

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

Plot: A Straightforward Disaster

When I saw the trailer, I thought we were getting some Oceanā€™s Eleven meets KinnPorsche type of fantasy. You know, a slick thief (War) and a hot, brooding cop (Yin) constantly outsmarting and chasing each other until their hate turns into sexy love. In my head, I imagined War being this clever, mischievous thief always one step ahead, Yin playing the serious cop obsessed with catching him, and eventually, a forced partnership to pull off a high-stakes heist.

But NOPE. What we got instead was a thief who couldnā€™t steal a pencil case without messing it up, a cop who looks like heā€™d rather be napping, and a plot that was more ā€œconnect-the-dotsā€ than mind-blowing twists. The pacing was all over the placeā€”one moment, theyā€™re at odds, the next, theyā€™re basically dating. GURL. WHEREā€™S THE BUILD-UP? WHEREā€™S THE SLOW BURN?

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

Character Breakdown: The Good, The Bad, and The WTF

Joke (Warā€™s Character):

Joke is supposed to be an infamous thief, but letā€™s be realā€”heā€™s more ā€œinfamousā€ for his mess-ups than his successes. He steals exam papers, gets caught slipping at food stalls, and somehow, weā€™re supposed to believe this man is a criminal mastermind? Please.

Donā€™t get me wrong, War acts his ass off. Heā€™s charming, funny, and carries this chaotic energy that makes Joke somewhat likable. But the writing? TRAGIC. Joke has no consistent personality. One minute heā€™s impulsive and rebellious; the next, heā€™s sensitive and emo about his daddy issues. Oh, this man is textbook ā€œmy family sucks, so Iā€™m gonna act out for attention.ā€ Therapy is expensive and stealing shit is cheaper. And donā€™t even get me started on the lack of character development. He goes to prison, but does he come out stronger, wiser, or cooler? NOPE. He comes out the same chaotic mess he was going in.

Also, letā€™s not ignore the elephant in the room: WHY DOES HE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE BAEKHYUN FROM EXO? And his voice sounds A LOT like Bible.

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

Jack (Yinā€™s Character):

Jack is the serious, logical foil to Jokeā€™s chaos. At least, thatā€™s what heā€™s supposed to be. Instead, he spends most of the series looking like he forgot his lines. Yin, sweetie, I love you, but your acting here was flatter than my bank account after Black Friday.

Jackā€™s backstory is solidā€”he was a soft, hopeful guy until tragedy turned him cold and logicalā€”but the execution? Meh. Yinā€™s blank stares and lack of emotional depth didnā€™t sell it for me. And the ā€œcold, broodingā€ vibe heā€™s trying to pull off? It feels more like ā€œtired and mildly annoyed.ā€

Also, can Jack be meaner? Please? I wanted him to ruin Jokeā€™s life, not half-ass his cold-guy act. Be toxic. Be cruel. BE A BASTARD. Instead, heā€™s out here trying to save his grandma like heā€™s in a Disney movie.

The only saving grace? His chemistry with War. These two somehow make their mismatched mess of a relationship work. When theyā€™re not awkwardly navigating their feelings, theyā€™re serving chaotic, dysfunctional boyfriend vibes, and honestly, I was here for it.

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

Side Characters: The Real Stars of the Show

Aran (Markā€™s Character):

OH. MY. GOD. Aran is the drama, the moment, the queen we didnā€™t deserve but desperately needed. Heā€™s spoiled, bratty, and absolutely iconic in every scene. Mark ATE this role, left no crumbs, and slayed so hard I wanted to throw my wig at the screen. Every line he delivers is dripping with sass. ā€œSorry, I donā€™t speak broke.ā€ Like, who gave him the right???

But the writers did him dirty. His storyline starts off strongā€”daddy issues, a disownment arc, and a slay-tastic fall from graceā€”but they didnā€™t give him the redemption he deserved. Why is my man knitting sweaters with Tattoo when he should be rebuilding his empire, walking into boardrooms, and telling his dad, ā€œIā€™m rich, bitchā€? Justice for Aran, you cowards.

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

Tattoo (Promā€™s character):

Tattoo started as a selfish, money-hungry backstabber, and honestly, I respected the hustle. But after betraying Joke twice (and somehow getting forgiven TWICE?), he finally became a semi-decent human being. His dynamic with Aran was GOLD. The tension, the subtle moments of careā€”ugh, I wanted them to kiss so bad. But no. Instead, we got crumbs. CRUMBS.

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

Hope and Save:

These two are giving ā€œpick-me coupleā€ energy, and I hated it. Constant PDA, zero depth. NEXT.

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

Romance: From Enemies to Lovers toā€¦ Meh?

This series wanted to be enemies-to-lovers, but the transition was so fast and forced it felt more like ā€œmild acquaintances to boyfriends.ā€ Whereā€™s the tension? The slow burn? The longing stares across a crowded room? Instead, we got, ā€œI hate you,ā€ followed by, ā€œActually, letā€™s date.ā€ The fluff scenes felt like they were written by someone whoā€™s never been in a relationship, and the one sex scene? If yall a loyal subscriber of IQIYI, you should know that anything that have ā€˜Uncutā€™, the sex scene will be SPICY AS HELL. But thenā€¦. Ugh. Donā€™t even get me started. It started off spicy, but then it went soft and awkward. Like, bro, are we watching GMMTV-lite now?

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

Action Scenes: Weak AF

Also, why was the action so weak? War knows how to throw a punchā€”props to himā€”but Yin? Sir, what are you doing. His moves were stiff as hell until the last episode, and by then, I was too over it to care.

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

The Theme: A Missed Opportunity

And can we talk about the theme? The whole Jack and Joker thing is cute in theory, but why the hell are they using tarot cards instead of playing cards? Like, make it make sense. Joke shouldā€™ve been leaving Joker cards behind after every heist, not pulling tarot readings out of his ass.

ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”

OST: WHERE??

The OST was so forgettable I legit thought they forgot to include one. The opening theme is just a tune, and the background music? Nonexistent. Give me a bop, a ballad, SOMETHING.

Final Thoughts:

This series had potential but ended up being a hot mess with occasional glimmers of brilliance. War carried the show, Mark served face and drama, but the weak plot, flat acting from Yin, and lack of emotional depth left me unsatisfied. Final score: 7/10. Will I rewatch it? Hell no.

BL directors, if youā€™re reading this, call me. Iā€™ve got better ideas and a lot of sass to spare.

Multi-universe gem

I have to admit that before this I have hated OhmXFluke because I feel like they did not give their all in UWMA. BUT!!! MISS GURL- This series changed everything!!!! Like FLUKE IS SO CUTE FOR WHATTTT????? I am crying rn. Okay let's talk about the character first. The character is perfect. I dont have any single issues with the character. I like how the story portrays that they are literally soulmate so whichever universe they are in, they will end up together at the end of the day. I LIKE THE QUOTES SO MUCH I MIGHT AS WELL PRINT IT OUT ON MY FOREHEAD. Anyway, though, I am a little bit annoyed of Mint's character in Dew's multi universe like.. miss gurl can u chill out for a sec? You asked Dew to become your boyfriend (more like force tbh ) so are you really shocked when he likes someone else? Anyway, love the casts from main role to the supporting role. Everything just unfold beautifully.

The plot now, I feel like the plot is mysterious and somehow have a hidden secret in it. I do believe in multi universe and this drama is the perfect example of it and if anyone asked me what is multi universe, i would prolly ask them to watch this series to understand them perfectly. Just that the last episode got me a little bit confused, I would have guess that it is a alternate ending where they did not try to get together and Dew broke up with Mint before their wedding and all of them are in pain so I will just ignore that one for my mental health. THANK YEW <3

Anyway, LOVE THIS SERIES! I feel like it is so heartfelt and vanilla like but not too vanilla cause of the sex scenes. OH YEAAAAAA. anyway, LOVE IT!

"Reunited by Love": The Sex, The Snooze, and The WTF

Okay. I need to breathe. Deeply. Inhale, exhale, because this review is about to go OFF. I came into this show expecting fireworks, drama, chaos, and maybe a few tears. What did I get? A lukewarm cup of instant fluff that couldnā€™t even stir my emotions. But letā€™s get into it because I have thoughts, and yā€™all are gonna hear them.

---

The Plot That Wasnā€™t: Snoozefest 2KForever

So, the premise? Cute. Childhood reunion vibes, Obaun and Shan reconnecting after years, yada yada, blah blah. Sweet? Sure. Engaging? Nope. Donā€™t get me wrong, itā€™s not terrible, but itā€™s also not giving anything. Like, whereā€™s the spice? Whereā€™s the DRAMA? 12 episodes and not one solid oh shit moment. No complications, no stakes, no real progression. Sis, even my morning coffee has more tension.

And donā€™t get me started on missed opportunities. They couldā€™ve gone FULL enemies-to-lovers. Picture this: Obaun accused of plagiarizing Shanā€™s work. The company forces them to collab to clean up the mess, and BAMā€”awkward cohabitation, passive-aggressive shade, and eventual smooching. Obaun? Arrogant and icy. Shan? Feisty and chaotic. Imagine the banter! The tension! The inevitable 'I-hate-you-but-letā€™s-make-out' vibes. BUT NO. We got soft, mushy, forgettable instead.

---

TutorYim: My Kings, Why Did They Do You Dirty?

Letā€™s be real: as a TutorYim stan, I came for them, stayed for them, andā€¦ left kinda disappointed. Look, the chemistry is thereā€”it always isā€”but they deserved more. Better material, stronger conflict, literally ANYTHING to show off their acting range.

Oh, but let me tell you, the sex scenes? WHEW. Saved the whole damn series. Like, is it art? Is it plot-relevant? No, but who cares? Sometimes we just wanna see pretty people be hot together. Sue me.

---

Gems x Mark: Cute, But Did We Need It?

Now letā€™s talk about the side couple. First of all, is it just me or does Gems look like Natā€™s long-lost twin? Like, I had to pause and squint. ā€œNat, is that you, babe?ā€ Anyway, Gems and Mark? Adorable. BUT Mark, sweetie, you were a walking red flag in that whole Nat drama, so itā€™s hard to root for you. Still, their chemistry is decent, and I enjoyed their moments.

What I did not enjoy? That terrible Chinese dubbing. Like, WHY. Just hire actors who can deliver the lines naturally, or let the Thai actors speak the little Mandarin they can. The cringe was REAL, and I had to skip through those parts because I couldnā€™t handle it. Who approved this? They need a stern talking-to.

---

The "WOW" Factor That Never Showed Up

Look, the series isnā€™t bad. Itā€™s justā€¦ meh. No wow moments, no standout performances (aside from TutorYim doing what they could with what they had). Itā€™s not cringe, but itā€™s not memorable either. Itā€™s just there. Like, will I rewatch? Nah. Wellā€¦ maybe for the sex scenes, LOL.

---

Final Thoughts: A Fluffy Letdown

Overall? Itā€™s cute, but itā€™s not iconic. Itā€™s the kind of show you watch once, go ā€œaww, thatā€™s nice,ā€ and then forget about by the next BL drop. The plot was a missed opportunity, the side couple was okay-ish, and the dub scenes? Unforgivable.

Final rating: 6.5/10. Watch it if youā€™re bored. Or horny. Or both. Otherwise, skip it and go rewatch Bad Buddy.
