I can't understand Asahina and I don't get how someone can be so cruel but I ques in every dram we have to have a valian.
But this is the episode in which I loved Makoto the most she was so cute and resolute and sure of herself I'm proud of her :)
I can't wait for the next episode since the preview was so good and exiting :)

This episode was just awsome. Maybe the best so far. I still can't believe Asahina can get any worse. My heart got smaller seeing Hyuga being crushed by him, the person he trusted the most was planning his fall behind his back. Even the way Ogawa, Hosoki and Yasuoka were left after finding that Hyuga was totally dispossessed of everything...
One optimistic thing in this episode was how Natsui was finally able to speak up and frankly choose her path.
In the last episode I think I did not really like the way the camera went up and down while they were walking, but this time I think that the way the picture trembled during Toru's desperate speech was totally awsome. Like the viewer was also trembling and crying (which was actually true).
And now I'm so eager to see the next episode. I was getting sick of waiting more than the other times. I don't think I can wait a week now..>_

I am getting an Equator Man vibe from this movie. I enjoyed that drama and I really like this one too.

Besides that I am delighted that Tae Sung/Nam Hae discovers his true identity, although I am sad because it has damaged Tae Sung/ Nam Hae's relationship with So Ra (which finally blossomed into something. Finally). I thought that Tae Sung/ Nam Hae's identity would, figuratively, be a huge, harsh, and heavy-handed slap to Yook Bok Ja, but somehow it wasn't... and that annoys me.
Overall, I think this episode was acceptable, but a bit of a disappointment as the halfway point of this drama. Now I'm starting to wonder how Tae Sung/ Nam Hae's relationship with So Ra will progress, especially since it looks like it is digressing. I'm also wondering how and when Tae Sung/ Nam Hae is going to get his memories back. And we all know that is going to hinder everything.

At the end of this episode I felt really sad, I knew this was coming but didn't expect Park Ha to jump in. Sena, Taemoo, this is the worst thing you guys have done and I hope they get something even worse happening to them!!
... Although Taemoo's face was a bit hilarious when he was striking the accelerator, heading for Taeyong. Why didn't he see the headlights?!!? Oh Taeyong..
They even had to put ng scenes at the end to cheer us up a bit because the viewers probably would feel extremely angry (like most people here) or extremely sad (lime me) :(

Arang and the Magistrate Episode 5

The plot is head-spinning, I love the thrill~
So the woman (who is Eun-Oh's mother as we found out) is some kind of Elizabeth Báthory (according to the legend she used to bathe in the blood of young virgins to retain her youth and beauty), though I have still watched this raw, I think I understood correctly and the review showed a lot of bones being found, so all the young girls in the cabin have died... creepy and very promising :P

The whole bringing life to a cold dead heart metaphor used in a literal sense was just about the right amount of cheese.
The relationship dynamic between the King and Queen is still delightful to watch. She is by far the most interesting character of the show. Though I admit the King's self-doubt and bad judgement calls make the show. I really look forward to seeing if/how he will rise to challenge of ruling the kingdom as the story progresses.
The villains are still incredibly dull and one dimensional. The blinging jewellery, stupid grey wig, cat, femme fatale crap won't change that. But I'm hoping that something else might like the fact Yoo Oh Sung is a good actor (hint: Get yo act together writers!)
Now that we have some back stories, some context, I'm finally connecting with the leads and enjoying the show more...even if it is still slightly awkward at times.
I'm basically watching this show and liking about 60% of what is going on...the rest just doesn't interest me.
LOL at the cemented pavements...talk about an anachronism! The drama is still kooky as hell. But hey! It's kinda addictive.
Will I be watching the next episode?
Sure why not.
Do I love this drama?
No...not really.

It was really sad seeing the Grandma's death :( Didn't expect her to die.. Sena and Taemoo's actions are going more extreme and evil.
Taeyong is no longer disguised? He spoke in the Joseon speech (?) so now they know they're the same person.
Straight onto the next episode!
