Legally Yours!

This was an entertaining blend of drama and comedy with a refreshing plot (not a university BL).

Ryoma was an interesting character. He is a passionate lawyer with a very peculiar relationship with his succulents. He has that classic tsundere energy but deep down is such a softie. On the other hand, Haruto is charming yet mysterious, hiding his secrets until the last few episodes. Even though it was pretty obvious that Haruto had ulterior motives when he first contacted Ryoma, I couldn’t help but side with him. The suspense added intrigue, but I do feel like they revealed his secrets a bit too late, and what followed after , felt rushed.

The chemistry between the leads Ryoma and Haruto, was so palpable!
Their relationship was beautiful. The way Ryoma risked everything for Haruto and trusted him despite all odds against them was touching. It shows how pure and strong their love is. And Haruto, who initially approached Ryoma for his own reasons, ends up staying and going to great lengths for him. They both needed the calm warmth and unconditional emotional support the other provided. There were moments that gave me second-hand embarrassment, but it was filled with that perfect mix of laughs and swoon-worthy moments.

While their romance had its ups and downs, I do think the pacing of their relationship was a bit fast. But considering the 19-minute episode length, it’s understandable.

Overall, this was a pleasant surprise. Though it has its flaws mainly with pacing and some ambiguous character intentions, it still managed to keep me hooked with its great chemistry and decent comedic moments.
If you're looking for something light and fun, I’d definitely recommend it! It’s the kind of show that’s better binged rather than watching one 20-minute episode a week.

started off good but went downhill

The story revolves around boxing, a former boxer who turned into a "KUZU" and an honest woman who gets involved with boxing to punch the kuzu.

The first 3 episodes were intriguing. the story started to build up and the leads chemistry was decent but suddenly the dark past started showing up and people turned very evil around the leads. Just in the middle of them becoming a real couple, everything got messed up.

I don't know why they decided to suddenly make the ML a stupid person. The FL is also so Hinged on the ML that her actions became nonsense. i hope the last episode clears the mess.

Overall, very very average and Cringe-worthy at times.

Boring.

What I liked most about the entire drama was Jang Ki Yong’s smile. Unfortunately, the weak storyline overshadowed even the best acting. There were no truly happy or uplifting moments, and after the first three or four episodes, every character seemed lost, struggling with their own challenges.

I understand that life isn’t perfect and that ups and downs are a part of everyone's journey. However, dramas are meant for entertainment, and unless they are based on a true story, there’s no need to make the plot so unnecessarily complicated. To make things worse, they even messed up the ending.

Like many viewers, I had high hopes for the main couple. Despite their story being overly complicated by unnecessary consequences, I still hoped for a better or at least a satisfying ending. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. I don’t know how others feel, but the ending didn’t work for me, and it left me feeling unsatisfied.

The Most Heartwarming Sports Rom Com!

FYI: I don't usually give such high reviews (for me, 10/10 means perfect), Soooo, 9/10 means smth!

I am so sad I've finished watching! 😭😭😭 It was so good!

Pros:
-perfect mix of sports, romance, comedy, cuteness, and growth.
-healthy relationship
-our ml actually has feelings! Like he cries sometimes and is cute! We need more mls like this.
-very inspiring
-themes of hard work will bring success, friendship, and support!
-show might seem long, but you'll wish it would not end!
-ost is was really good
-small note: the fl's bestie actually gives good relationship advice! (usually, I'll be like "nooo! don't listen to her!). The ml's bestie also gave good relationship advice 80% of the time (but it ended it up fine sooo)

Cons:
-one of the "bad guys", was given an arc where he fixes his mistakes (Coach Xiao). I personally believe that he isn't worth a second chance. Dude is a manipulating jerk (so is his sister)

Not sure which category to put this: they're kiss scenes were not the best (but not bad enough to complain too much), obviously a college drama, so they are quite more on the cutesy side. However, they're hugs and banter more than makes up for it.

Rating as I watched:
1-5 episodes: 7.50
5-14 episodes: 7.75
14-18 episodes: 7.25
18-25 episodes: 8.50
25-33 episodes: 9.00

I haven't really watched many sports dramas recently, because I just haven't really had many good experiences with them. I started this one with the lowest expectations to man (As, I watched the first 5 eps a few months ago and wasn't impressed. I was planning on quitting at ep 12 or smth. I just wanted to spend time doing smth) I later found out that this drama actually isn't bad. I kept watching and it kept getting better!

So, overall, I highly recommend this!

I LOVEEEEE THIS SHOW!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Do not miss this show, it's sooooo good!!!
I love the dark humor and the story is just really refreshing.
The whole casts acting is amazing and each character is written beautifully. To be honest, I have never come across such a unique cast of characters in 1 show before in a kdrama. The way each character reacts catches me offguard. That's the best part.
I think what I found really refreshing is the dynamic of the twins.
The boy looks soft but is a complete psycho genius. Like Lomon really nailed the psycho pookie look. His smile when he enjoys watching torture is really cute. 🤣❤️
The girl looks rough but is a big softie inside. The thing is, she's actually the most normal one in the family and it is the scariest part. I love her!!!
Honestly, I did not expect it but the girl twin played by Lee Su Hyun... I think I have the biggest crush on her. She is so so cool and absolutely GORGEOUS.
I wish we can have Lee Su Hyun as a female lead in more dramas. Her features are so distinct and refreshing. I actually started watching this drama because of her reels on IG. Her visuals just got me very curious.

The parents and grandfather also are so crazy and loveable. I love this family dynamic.

This drama is one where I just feel like I NEED MOREEEE, the episodes are long and because the drama is so interesting, I feel just goes by fast. I am looking forward to future episodes and hopefully season 2. This is the BEST dark kdrama drama in 2024.

Nice Light Fluffy Series

Finally got to see esp 12. That was hard going.

I really enjoyed this, is was quick, light and fluffy. Many wholes but nothing is perfect.

Loved Shiba, he was super cute and sexy in his own way. Actor Hama did a great job. Haruto was a world wind and very loving towards Shiba, though you were always left wondering was he just scamming Shiba, but he wasn't. Actor Hyodo also did a great job.

Shout out to the talking plants 😀😀, rest of cast were good.

Didnt notice music

don’t judge by its cover

before y’all say something, this series is meant to be funny and silly. IMO the series is pretty good but there is a lack of the whole story here, but actors are so good here!!
If u wanna watch something silly with many funny noises or jokes, not 18+ then this series is for u, but don’t expect that this series is gonna be perfect. Was it good? pretty decent. Was it funny? ofc. Would I rewatch it? No, but maybe when I’ll have nothing to watch haha.
it’s good to watch when u r bored or have nothing to do🤣

A typical short BL

This was quite a cute and quick watch, but I don't think it stood out to me or will end up being too memorable. It's very similar to other dramas with this length — About Youth, Blueming — where we see the main characters gradually get to know each other as they heal from trauma or familial pressure. I really like how we got insight into why the main character is so bubbly, but as always, I felt like the shortness of the show really hampered how deeply we could go into their stories.

Just watch it already

I used to skip or fast watch chinese drama because of the episode and plotline that circles around with no reason at all. But this, i totally understand everything they do (unless his decision to not move to the office, it's kinda unaceptable for me. But it's there for a plot reason right). Their development is just perfect, not to fast not to slow. The story about firefighter itself is great and tearbreaking.

It's missing point five for me because i think tbh, most of the ML is critical situation he should be dead atleast two times. first is when he traped in the ruin (he doesnt wear his helmet on) and second is when he inhaled arsenic (maybe he was safe, because he got his oxygen mask which slow down the effect of the toxic) anyway his plot armor is the best lol. But that's just my opinion, without that this drama would be a perfect 10/10 for me.

Plus, YangYang is sooo good looking and their (FL & ML) chemistry... hehehe make me giggle like i am in love myself.

Trust me you are gonna love this....

This drama stands as one of the best C-dramas I have had the pleasure of watching. Its approach to the story is incredibly realistic, presenting a plot that feels entirely plausible, making it both engaging and grounded in reality. The overall tone of the series is comfortable, with no toxic dynamics, which makes for a refreshing viewing experience.

The unfolding of the story is remarkably pleasant, and the character development is something I truly appreciated. However, I do feel that more attention could have been given to the male lead’s family background, which would have added another layer of depth to his character.

As for the second half of the drama, opinions may vary. Some viewers might find it slightly stretched or feel that it doesn't hold the same charm as the earlier episodes. Despite this, the drama remains thoroughly enjoyable and is certainly worth watching.

The casting is spot-on, particularly the portrayal of the main lead, which is crucial to the series' success. Additionally, the sibling dynamics in the story were beautifully executed, adding warmth and emotional depth.

Trust me when I say this drama is so good that I’m already planning to rewatch it.

I almost gave up on it and when I was starting to like it again, it ended. I wish they could have removed the majority of the middle episodes, and used some of the final episodes. The final episodes were better for me because they're believable in today's society. However much we want to chase our dreams, however much we want happiness in life, as long as you're struggling financially, you're never truly happy. You're just deluding yourself. Unless you're living in a forest where you do not have to transact with money, money is a VERY essential part of society.

It ended as soon as it was starting to get satisfying.

Major spoilers ahead!!!!

It surely has become one of the best cdrama after hidden love and when I fly towards you.
This drama is so cute. The way Ruo Xi looks at Xia Mi is so cute. He fell harder for her. He is such a sweetheart. OH MY GOD his smile is so good. Main leads chemistry was on point.
I felt bad for the Monitor throughout the series. He didn’t deserve that.
I don’t know why he ended up with Ruo Li. I thought she would feel guilty about her actions in later episodes but no she proved me wrong.
I just don’t like their end. Not every person deserves your forgiveness. The monitor shouldn’t have accepted her.
Every character in the series has their plus points. I really liked yu han’s character.
Some people will say that the male lead should have contacted her but the point of the later episodes was his struggle. Even if his mom’s surgery was successful, he still struggled financially. He wanted to be the best version of himself for Xia Mi. He wanted to fulfil that promise. He was frustrated with his life. He lost the phone charm as well which the female lead gifted him. Then after 2-3 years, he thought that she had moved on. He only realized that she hadn't when he read the script which she wrote.
In my opinion, it was a cute drama.

YouTube did me good!!

I was watching a normal YouTube video until this masterpiece got recommended. I had no idea what a treat this was going to be! I’m really glad that YouTube recommended this to because I’m literally obsessed with all of the performances in this show. This show made me feel all type of emotions especially anger (mostly to that freaking watermelon guy). 10/10 one of the best things I’ve watched this year!! I love how the show shows all the hardships that women had to go through and how disgusting and desperate things men are willing to do for pleasure.

An amazing and complex story of grim reapers

Let me start off by saying, for the people who don't read reviews fully, that I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Tomorrow, even though it is definitely a heavy watch. It is also worth mentioning that there is only a slight romance, so if that is something that's important for you, here's your heads up. At first I wasn't really sure, if I should start this drama, or if it's something for me personally, but I ended up very pleasantly surprised. The structure of the drama contains a sort of "suicide case of the week" formula, which i first thought was going to be tedious, but alas it was not, I actually appreciated the diverse topics that the show explored, things like bullying, SA, survivor's guilt, comfort women, Joseon during the Qing invasion, just to name a few. It is worth mentioning that this drama is very heavy to watch, and deals with specific issues that you might find triggering, so I think before you start watching it, definitely check out the themes the drama explores before diving in. I personally really enjoyed the story, it had it's highs and lows for me, but overall it was an enjoyable experience. What really stole my heart however, was the characters. I really enjoyed the dynamic between the team, they learned and grew together, and they really felt like a family by the end, the way the characters developed throughout the show was amazing, and I wish more dramas would take notes. What really was lacking for me was the OST, and some parts of the story seemed either not very well explained, or just didn't make sense, especially the rules when it came to the afterlife and reapers, it wasn't always consistent but I guess I already got used to this, because kdramas can't really write in verse systems that well. I also think Koo ryeon's storyline didn't felt complete, I felt like Mr.Park should've had more screentime, or he should've become involved with the story more. Overall I really enjoyed my time with Tomorrow, despite some faults with the writing, and the OST. It really felt like an adventure that was heavy with the feels. I definitely would only recommend this drama with caution, because of the amount of triggering themes that the drama deals with, but looking past that, it is a great watch.
