Though Usagi drop is a film, they are alike. Also both feature Ashida Mana. Both the stories are about a single man deciding to bring up a child (or in Marumo's case twins) that is not their own, but become a real family regardless. Both are great and very enjoyable! :)

Both of these dramas deal with non-traditional family structures and standing out in Japanese society. They're also have a similar mix of funny and sad moments.

our house and marumo no okite have similarities in that at the beginning of the episode it is shown that one of the children's parents died. and what's more, Mana Ashida also enlivens this drama.

Both are about a single man suddenly deciding to bring up young children. The difference is that in My girl the child is the man's own kid, and the twins in Marumo no Okite aren't even related to him. Both are great! :)

All of them talks mainly about the relationship between a stranger and twins. However, stepfather step contains action while marumo no okite is more realistic “except the dog part”.

Kazouku no Uta reminds me of the main character in Marumo no Okite because both adopt kids and learn to live as a family. (although in Kazoku no Uta they are his [Odagiri's character] real kids.

They tell the stories of men who suddenly become the primary caretaker of children in a society that values the tradition of female caregivers. I think Marumo is more complex (and better) than At Home Dad, but they are both good and worth watching if you like family dramas.
