Yue Han Xun tells Fu Fang Si that they want to sell off Fancy's assets. In the meantime, Ban Jie meets Lee Tang to pitch to him about Fancy. Lee Tang buys Fancy from Joy as a way to help Fu Fang Si, causing a huge misunderstanding. Fu Fang Si thinks that Lee Tang caused the downfall of her brand.
