Samurai Sensei (2015)

Story of time travel of a modern doctor in present age to the past Shogun time period, and how he helped the people around them resolve their problems.

Also starring Nishikido Ryu, as a samurai, who timeslips into the present day, and has to get a job, and impacts the community.

They shared similar characters and both about time travelling. Samurai Sensei is from the past to the future, and Jin is from the future travelling to the past.

Both are lighthearted dramas about a woman who gets entangled with two men from the past who got lost in modern Japan. While she try to make sense of what is going on, she gets pulled into their shenanigans which affects everyone around her.

Similar but opposite tale of time traveling.

In Nobunaga Concerto, the lead travels back in time to Sengoku.
In Samurai Sensei, the lead travels from Bakumatsu to modern day.

Both have perfect balance of comedy and seriousness, as the leads try to figure out how to fit in and adapt to the new timeline, while learning new things about life.
