Watch it if you like Film & Amy!
I honestly really loved the chemistry between Film & Amy in Game Payabaht and watched this just for their pairing. The stories and characters are completely different and the romance is more fluffy and playful in Jao Sao Chapor Kit.huh, the plot is very obvious as stated in the synopsis. FL agrees to be pretend wife until the FL's benefactor, ML's girlfriend, returns. Another reason she does this is to run away from her own arranged marriage. I feel like they could've done a better job with the reasons for the set up. Anyway, over the course of this pretense, ML and FL fall for each other. One thing that struck me as odd was - if the FL really was protective of the ML's girlfriend, she needn't have slept with him. It just didn't add up. Apart from that, the show was quirky and funny in parts. ML's antics were a bit over the top. I'm not sure what genre of comedy they were going for!
Anyway, I watched it purely for the the leads and I think they were cute in this lakorn too. No sizzling chemistry, but it was still sweet and fun. I'd not wholeheartedly recommend this drama to everyone. If you're bored and don't have much other options to choose from or if you're a huge fan of Film or Amy, watch this.

It's okay, not bad nor super good.
The plot is typical of a rom-com lakorn, it's not bad and the acting is great, but i just think it could've been much better with just a few changes here and there which is a pity.First of all, story: i give it a 7 because it's one of my favorite plots in lakorns, and because it wasn't too heavy. I was in the mood for something light and easy to watch and this was exactly it. It had its fun moments, it didn't have too many misunderstandings between the main leads which i hate, and it had its cute moments too. I liked how their "hate" phase wasn't too long nor was it random like in other lakorns, they quickly decided to become friends while still bickering with each other which was a really cute dynamic. The villains weren't even that bad, they had their funny moments too and weren't obsessively annoying.
Now on to the parts that I didn't like about the story: i really couldn't understand why she decided to keep her identity a secret from him, especially when they started to get close and he opened up to her, she could've easily told him..it's not like her identity really had anything to do with him or that it would shock him, it was just a stupid secret to keep lol. Another thing i didn't really enjoy was the fact that there wasn't much skinship in this, i mean it's really common for lakorns to have no real kisses but there weren't even any fake ones in here, and I really don't get why in the first few episodes when he is presented as a playboy it shows him actually kissing with girls and then never shows the main couple kissing.. my only guess is that it's the female lead's choice not to, but still felt a bit disappointing.
Aside from that, i also felt like the male lead's indecisiveness in this came off as really frustrating, and his playboy tendencies were really bad. I'm glad that at least that got addressed in the show and he realized he was wrong for that.
As for the female lead, i appreciated her personality and how she always tried to be optimistic, although towards the end it got a bit annoying how stubborn she was.
Another thing that made little sense to me was how they portrayed one character as scheming and bad throughout the whole lakorn and at the end it turns out that he was actually good/genuine.. what was the reason?? D: it was just random, and just as random was the "second lead couple" if we can even call it that? like...why???
rewatch value and music is 4: the music wasn't really memorable, i don't even remember if there was any besides the intro tbh. while for rewatch value in my opinion it dragged a lot in the last few episodes, and for some reason the episodes got longer near the end? like they went from 40 minutes to 1 hour. It was just a lot, i was ready to see the ending by episode 20.
Overall it's an okay lakorn, not too intense nor dramatic, the plot is simple. the main leads do have chemistry, but i think it could've been explored more.
