69 Sixty Nine (2004)

The story takes place in 1969 in Sasabo, Nagasaki, where high school students Ken and Adama hope to challenge traditional beliefs and rules. Ken, in the hope of catching a girl's attention, planned a festival that combined film, theatre, and rock music and developed their project into road-blocking the way to school!
