The web drama is about a women who want's to become a cartoon artist but need's some inspiration, she stumbles upon an Archery Club full of a bunch of good looking guy's and finds her inspiration through them.
This drama is actually really cute and quite funny in my opinion also if your a fan of Bromance then you will absolutely love this web drama only there's more when it comes to the girl's imagination.

I've given the story a 6.0 because there isn't much for a story really it just about her joining the Archery Club as a Manager and going on from there.
The Acting/Cast was given 8.0 for obvious reasons because I Myself am a huge Fujoshi fan and... (I'll stop here before I spoil anything further).
Music is given a 3.0 because I don't really recall any music but in a special scene there was very light music? playing...
The Re-watch Value on this is absolutely well deserved a 9.0 in MY OPINION because of the chemistry and the girls imagination and all the special scenes.
Overall I've given it a 9.0 because it's short and not at all rushing at least for me, and it's like every Korean web drama where you can easily watch it with a friend who has never seen a Korean drama before and is quite interested in watching one but is to afraid her first time will be a let down.

Total run-time: approx. 2 hours over 8 episodes, 15 minutes each; a binge-worthy series.
ACTING/CAST: Cute cast and fun to watch, especially Joo Seung Joon and Yoo Ji Wan!
MUSIC: Sorry, didn't pay attention.
REWATCH VALUE: Hell yeah! Gotta see this once more.
OVERALL: Funny, sweet, cute, hot guys, though it is short but I felt long enough to tell a fun story. I might mention there's no overt BL in this but it is suggestive enough to enjoy it. It's got a happy ending too.

It’s about a web toon artist who decides to make a BL web comic about archers and so she joins a boys’ archery club as their manager for inspiration. But then she actually gets to really like the boys and she helps them become really good and win a competition. And she also realizes that two of the boys might actually have feelings for each other so she decides to help out… I watched it for Seo Ji Hoon who plays Yoo Ji Wan, the sweetest boy there is. Yoo Ji Wan and Joo Seung Joon are childhood friends and they are very close. But when Yoo Ji Wan gets hurt during a training in the country - he is bitten by a snake during a night training - Joo Seung Joon gets absolutely terrified and he realizes he can’t stop thinking about his best friend. Enter gay panic of truly epic proportions.
I’ve seen many people accuse this drama of queerbaiting. Sure, the lead girl’s fantasies are played up for the lulz, but, IMHO, there’s no actual queerbaiting in the story itself. Because Joo Seung Joon’s feelings for Yoo Ji Wan are 100% not just friendly. And the drama doesn’t debunk it, it doesn’t go “but NO HOMO,” it’s simply left unresolved, open-ended, but with them closer than ever at the end. And that’s not queerbaiting.

The drama has a feel good vibe, with the main character being extra adorable and cute, though going into extremes in order to get inspiration for her webtoon. But, she was enjoyable overall. The boys were classic Korean drama, or shall I say, webtoon characters. You have the clever one, the cold one, the pretty one, the athletic one and the good, friendly one. So, in the end, you've got them all, although this short drama is not about romance, rather, it's about bonding, friendship and sportsmanship. The archery part, though small, was nicely presented. The ending was a happy one, so they kept the momentum till the very end.
So, overall, seven out of ten.

...Because cringe....
This drama has 8 episodes, each episode being between 15 - 20 min long.
It does not have a worked out plot, no real character development or character background, it has a very fast pace and plenty of plot holes.
Prepare for many cringy scenes and a lot of bad acting.
(Comedy, romance and drama should not be tags in this drama)
I'd recommend this for drama watchers who are very tired and just need something brainless to watch.
It did have one good point though; The BL parodies were too frikkin funny, I enjoyed those parts the most but I they also made me cringe a bit extra.

A whole load of nothing
Matching! Boys Archery is a poorly written, disappointingly acted drama that only has a few things I can give credit for. I may as well start with the positives. The OST. The OST was pretty great actually, and they all fit in well with the story (or, in this case "story"), all songs were pretty addictive and greatly conveyed the emotions each song wanted to target. The next positive was the presentation of the archery team in both the viewpoints of as a collective unit and as athletes individually, I think mindset and determination, how these both transformed through the episodes was done well. The last positive worth mentioning is the comedy (when done right). There were definite moments of cringe which intended to be comedy. I'm not talking about that. But there were a few moments that I genuinely found funny.As you can see, three positives. Now, let's see how they fare against the three main negatives I believe hold this drama down.
The first negative, and maybe it's just a personal thing, but I need to talk about it. The FL, acting and character (mainly her character). Her character (and the story in general) just seemed to treat men like nothing but sexualised objects and nothing else. It all just seemed like a females wet dream, honestly. I have nothing against Boys-Love (BL) but it seemed like the FL here lives out her professional life as a Webtoon Artist a little too seriously, therefore I feel like the majority of this drama was just watching the FL sexually fantasize over her team instead of something that could have been way better, e.g. a sports drama that focused on archery that had two teammates be in a gay relationship, perhaps exploring the ways of coming out to their teammates. That sounds better, right?
The second negative - story. Like mentioned above, this lacked a story pretty much. The sporting story was good, when it was shown. It needed way more screen time. If the sports aspect of the story was shown more, the overall score would honestly be way higher.
The third negative - acting. There were a few that did their jobs well, but the majority did not. I won't name any names as I believe that is disrespectful to call out who I believe did the worst, but I am warning you of this beforehand. On the other hand however, the few actors who did do their job well, shone brightly, meaning you will be impressed with those few.
All in all however. If you haven't started this yet, don't. Skip it. This is not worth your time.

Short and sweet.
I was looking for a quick pick me up, and came across this webdrama. Only 8 episodes, each one 10-18 minutes in length, plus Seo Ji hoon was in the lead cast so I was ready!An aspiring webtoon artist lies about her age and identity to join the high-school boys archery team as their manager. Her goal: To use them as inspiration for her webtoon. However, what will happen when the truth comes out, and her true intentions are revealed?
The story does have a little bit of a romance plot. But not the one you are expecting! It's a short and cute one. The characters are likeable, but I wish they were further developed, along with the plot.
If you are looking for a cute binge, with no thinking just a fun story. Give this one a try!

Boa surpresa
Comecei a ver pensando que era um BL, quando vi os comentários percebi que não era nem mesmo bromance, então desinteressei. Mas como eu não consigo dropar, continuei vendo, e para minha surpresa, gostei muito.Não tem muito a ser dito, é uma série engraçada, a qualidade de filmografia da época não era boa, a atuação era apenas razoável, mas traz lições valiosas sobre amizade, resiliência e empatia.
Eu recomendo essa série, apesar de não ser meu estilo favorito ela me conquistou.
