The story is incredible and the acting is superb. Love the characters in this drama, and the entire series shows how dedicated the team perform in a blitzing hospital environment. If you haven't watched the entire series, I do recommend you do it. Code Blue 3, all the characters in this story have grown and mature enough to take on bigger task and challenges ahead of them. Watch the story! I strongly recommend it.

And let me just say, Yamapi has grown to be a fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine looking guy!!!!! I never cared for his brown hair back then~ he's always looked better with black hair, and I like that he's switched up his hairstyle too. He looks older and more mature now.
This season, as some people mentioned, focused more on the characters rather than the medical side of things. To be honest, I don't remember the first 2 seasons going super deep into the medical things. They did a few procedures here and there, and kept repeating the same procedure in different episodes thereafter (my memory may be faulty, but this was what I remembered while watching). This season isn't quite different, although we get to see some different things, which were pretty cool, but some were also disturbing (organ procurement scene).
I liked that this focused more on the character stories. It was great that the originals came back, even if the older actors or actresses didn't have much screen time. I liked seeing where they ended up in life, their new challenges, how they matured and have become skilled doctors, how much more resilient they've become, and now even training fellows to be flight doctors. The characters aged, the actors aged, I've aged~ everyone was so natural in their roles and their character growth felt quite real to me, so I was invested in the them and their continued development. It was hard getting used to the new fellows. It was like watching season 1 all over again, them facing their problems, insecurities, getting into trouble and such. But once I started seeing their character development, I began liking them as well (I quite liked seeing Natori learn from Hiyama, since they were foils of each other). I think this was a well written season (or maybe I'm biased already). Some story arcs, I could do without (like the tumor in brain girl, although I liked the rivalry between Aizawa and Shinkai~ it was a healthy + friendship sort of rivalry). Despite the girl being annoying, they did bring a life lesson into it, so I liked that. I liked that every episode had a life lesson to be learned, anything from losing a child to believing in yourself.
I loved how they used the same music as back then, especially Hanabi by Mr Children. The instrumental that was played when announcing the sponsors~ it was nostalgic and inspirational at the same time. There was this one weird background track, that sounded like it came from Pirates of the Caribbean though. It was odd...
I think I would definitely rewatch this. I would have to rewatch everything, starting from season 1 though. It would be a while before that happens.
Definitely, for those that enjoyed the other seasons of Code Blue, this is a pick-me-up. I'm not a drama enthusiast anymore, but I did quite like this.

I was very excited when Code Blue 3 was announced, for I am a hardcore fan of the previous 2 seasons, but I ended up being extremely disappointed in this sequel.
Gone are the fresh feel, the modernity, the swift and yet harmonious pace that captured me in the past. This season is a never-ending sequel of people regretting something, apologizing for things they are in no way responsible for, whining patients and non-captivating medical cases. The addition to the cast – i.e. the new rookies – have all the cards to become interesting characters each in his or her own way, but the plot failed at giving us enough background to understand and empathize with them. Medical cases are chopped almost randomly: one moment we have a high tension accident and the next it's been resolved somehow.
Our dear quartet of now "senior" doctors, who after 9 years of working together should be a close-knit of friends/collegues, seem to have gone back to square one, barely talking to one another if not for a few encouragements here and there which felt kind of old, or given too late in the time of the story. My favourite Mitsui Sensei has been relegated to the role of mother/care-giver with one and only one worried expression on her face and no mention whatsoever is given to the fact that she is, in fact, a doctor herself.
I blame the writing and the editing. The change of scriptwriter is painfully clear. They tried to condense too much in the space of 10 episodes, cut some of the scenes abruptly, treated the medical procedures in a very superficial way, and reduced almost all female characters to sweet but bland things. Last but not least, there's a sad lacking of a strong chief figure that brings them all together, as it was the case of Kuroda or Tadokoro sensei in the previous 2 seasons.
Acting is kind of stony too, by almost all. The only glaring exception is Erika Toda, who acted marvelously as always and whose character's the only one with some substance, spine and development.
The music is fine.
I'm not going to re-watch this season. Luckily, I have the first 2 to enjoy again in the future.

I always love this series, but this season really awe me, because in this season the casts’ from the previous two season—both their personality and their role—really grow. There’s a new casts too, makes this season different than the other season. The conflict is more varies too. The other thing that makes this season different too is there’s a slightly possibility of romance between Shiraishi and Aizawa. Or that’s just my hope (^o^;)

L'équipe de "Doctor Heli" est de retour pour vous jouer de mauvais tours x'D
Nous retrouvons notre petite équipe de « Doctor Heli » quelques années après la première & deuxième saison. (D’après les personnages 9ans depuis leurs arrivées à l’hôpital x’D) Il est clair que nous sommes loin des personnages du début qui n'ont aucune indépendance & enchaînent bêtises sur bêtises. Ils sont maintenant chacun spécialisé dans différents domaines & forment de nouveaux internes.L’histoire est en somme classique pour un drama médical, nous retrouvons les éternels cas difficiles, les internes qui n’arrivent pas à gérer, une équipe qui doit apprendre à s’équilibrer avec des spécialistes de domaines différents… Mais également les états d’âmes, les remises en questions, la vie sentimental de certain(s) membre(s)…
Malgré que ce drama ne se démarque pas réellement des autres (malgré l’hélicoptère ^^ Ce n’est plus vraiment innovent à l’heure actuelle :D), ceux qui ont vu les premières saisons prendront plaisir à voir les nombreux protagonistes évoluer. De plus, les cas sont assez nombreux & apportent leurs lots d’émotions… Ce qui donne envie de savoir le dénouement de chaque cas =D !
