I hate to say it, but I actually extremely liked this show despite all the negative reviews and comments; it's truly not a bad show. It's literally such a quick watch and it's easy going that you'll be at the end in no time. The only thing is when you come into this show, please don't expect anything heavy and don't come with high expectations because it's literally a light web drama that wasn't fully developed but honestly they executed it in their own way. To each their own watching this show though but I liked every single character, Lee Hong Ki played such a great annoying character, it was fantastic. I also really liked Jung Hye Song, she's actually not a terrible actress at all. I liked the click between the two, I liked the the side characters; like the friends and I liked the family. The plot twist were actually not terrible at all, it added a little spice. Everything was purely entertaining and there was no huge drama, no meloness, so honestly this show was awesome to me and nice for just a filler. It was so good to watch and the OST was amazing; I downloaded it right off the bat. So give this show a watch, it's truly pretty good.

Lee Hongki never disappoints what can I say. Tbh I just wanted to see a light drama, imagine my surprise to see several good actors here. Looking for copper I found gold.
It was really funny at the beginning and heartwarming at the end. When you think the plot ends they find a new plot twist to add. I usually find that annoying but for some reason they maked it worked. They weren't overused dumb things but things that were hinted since the beginning so you can't blame the writers for doing nonsense when it was always there.
The OST is delightful as well. While none really got stucked in my head they were good vocals in there and appropiate for their scenes.
While the plot is quite lacking, I find that it is really good drama to binge-watch.

No Spoilers since nothing happened

I was looking for something interesting to watch, with a mind-reading plot and so I bumped into this piece of coal that should have never been created.

Let me explain.

Story: Is there really a story here??? The synopsis will have you believe that the male lead can read the girl's mind and that is the reason he falls in love but on the contrary, there is no reason WHATSOEVER why these two characters decided they liked each other...One Viki commenter said that the confession was anticlimatic, other comments wondered why the sudden switch...and I was wondering why I was continuing to put myself through so much torture.

There was not a plot...at all, so since there wasn't a plot there wasn't any pacing, this script (which I doubt there was an actual script) was filled with nonsense and many people were confused watching this...I was not confused about anything...I knew all along that there was no plot to be found to be confused about.

I feel so bad for Lee Hong GI....why does he put himself in these types of dramas is beyond me... Everyone who sees him calls him Jeremy from You're Beautiful which came out 11 years ago...the reason he is acting in a nonscripted, non directed drama about school (I say that loosely, this drama is not really about school at all) is beyond me. I hope he at least got paid well enough to act in this nonsense.

I won't put any spoilers...(there is nothing to spoil really since nothing happened) but at the very end of this show, they found every Asian drama trope and decided...let's add them all at once in the last 3 episodes for NO REASON.

Acting: Every once in a while you can get a good actor to pull off a decent performance from a non-plot role such as this but it didn't happen. The actors tried their best but the nonscripted drama was so apparent in everything that they said that there was no saving it. The fact that the actors and crew stuck around to film this is actually a miracle.

Music production: OH MY Chicken...please watch this show on silent if you are planning to torture yourself. The music production was so awful...the worst I've ever experienced out of the hundreds of dramas' that I've watched over the years. Sometimes they would have two OST's playing at once, other times the awful tunes will be drowning out the actor's voice, a serious scene is accompanied by an upbeat track, and the sound effects (especially the clock sound effect that had no purpose whatsoever, will overlap with a ringtone and a track....it's a mess just typing about it).

Rewatch Value: HAHAHA if you watched this one time you deserve some kind of compensation...the only reason I did is that I have plenty of excess time and wanted to see the train wreck.

I hate you Juliet! was just good.

The story was okay. They handled the fantasy part well, and that was the only part that spiced up the show a little, as well as the leading lady character, who was interesting and kind of entertaining. Hong Ki was adorable as always and cute, but he didn't really have any chemistry with the leading lady. So, the romance was weak as well as the love triangle that wasn't properly developed.

The past stories were okay, but most of the drama was packed with cliche plot twists. At least the performances were good.

So, six out of ten.

To be honest, I started watching this for Lee Hong Ki and was surprised that this is better than I expected. I just finished watching for the second time and actually found it more entertaining than the first. The 18 - 20 minute episodes makes it easy to binge this in a single day, or it can be watched while commuting or at lunch time.

Some one mentioned SLS, but I honestly didn’t feel it this time. I could feel the chemistry between Yool and Na Ra from early on. The supporting cast was really good and really added to the storyline. The OST is really good and I’ve already purchased a few of the songs for my collection. Have already watched this twice and will definitely be watching it again.

A speed run and fun story.

I wasn't sure if I'd get through all of it at first. They made the main female character a bit too jumpy for my liking, but she's charming. Despite her jumpiness, I was rooting for her in each episode. I'd seen Lee Hong Ki, who plays Cha Yool, in another K-Drama and specifically searched for dramas with him in it. His character grows on you too.

It took a few episodes for it to get really exciting, but when it did, I binge-watched it to the end. I'd recommend this for a light and, mostly, fun K-drama. It also has pretty short episodes.

It's a fun and light ride.

If you like university romances, if you want to relax by watching comedy scenes and a story with a fantasy twist then you may watch this series.
It does has many plot holes but as it is suppose to be a short drama it does matches the expectations of the viewers. The girl may look annoying to a few viewers but if you stay positive you will end up enjoying her character and whining. The second lead is cute too and of course the main boy is love. He is playing the character pretty well.
The chemistry between the main leads are quite funny and great. Especially the dialogues between them.
They also have ( as far I get after watching 7 episodes) some connection from the past like sweethearts of the childhood. I watched all 7 aired episodes if you watch it while it is on-going I guess you will end up enjoying it more. It's a nice relaxing and detoxifying pill from all the worries of the real world.

This review may contain spoilers
this is a fast light drama
with the most hated consumed idea for me ... WHICH IS

they met each other in their childhood and met again when they became adults and fall in love

this is the most frustrating idea ..it pissed me off so much as if it's a rule
they shouldn't fall in love unless they used to know each other in their childhood -_-

none of us in real life would remember his childhood in details like director Koreans did

any way it was light and smooth just to watch when u r not busy
or need to empty ur mind it doesn't need any focus

i disliked the FL so much i couldn't feel her acting at all
specially when she tried to cry, she was so fake as if she squeezed her eyes so much
even her crying sound wasn't realistic for me

there were no depth in the story just a fast crossing among the events

A joy to watch - a real "CheerMeUp" story!

What a delightful romp! It was sweet, and made me smile with my heart, made me cry, and just bowled me over, with how impossibly cute, but also uplifting and obviousluy kind, Lee Hong Ki obviously really is ... you can't fake that. He brings it all to this story.

The show gets better and better as it goes on ... with some major twists at the end - all of which are done well, and suit the story perfectly. They don't feel like some cheap last minute stunts, but properly complete the story to everyone's satisfaction. Especially the satisfaction of the viewer.

All the actors did well, and I even took a second look at one actor I previously hadn't liked.
The main actress is as sweet and cute as LHK is and, by the end, I had completely come to love her, too.

It was a really beautiful story. I will carry its warmth around with me for a long while .,. and then definitely watch it again, especially when I need something to cheer me up.
HIGHLY recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
