The biggest similarity is that both the dramas take place in a high school environment.
The main leads have a cute romance going on.
There is also the fact that the whole class is like a big group of friends with the obvious foe turns to friend situation.
Anyway this is a really good show too.

I really love this drama.
It has a great school setting.
It has one of the best bromance.
I love the main leads.... Both of them.
The romance is pretty good.
All the teachers are good except one evil teacher.
The ML also misunderstood at the start of the series
The personality of ML in both the dramas is kinda the same - cold, cool & closed off from the outside but sweet and warm on the inside.
This is one of my favourite dramas n highly recommended.

Both dramas will show you what teenagers face in their life. The both female leads has a strict/overprotective mother which makes their life more tough.

Both dramas are coming of age stories with everything that entails : high school drama, first love, strict parents...
Main difference is in Our Secret we get to see the life & the actual romance of the characters after high school, university, work...
