Mist of Love (2020)

This isn't James Ji and Taew's best work. The story isn't very captivating, I only watched because I love James Ji and Taew. However, if you do decide to watch it the story is quite interesting as you try to piece the puzzle together and understand the story. The story can get confusing as there's many past lives while trying to understand the present day issues. I didn't like the ending though because nothing made sense to me. As for rewatch value, I don't think I'll ever rewatch it. The osts are beautiful though and you can't deny James ji and Taew's talents, they're amazing actors and they've always had great chemistry, hence having 3 lakorns together.

Best Drama of 2020!

This lakorn is very underrated! The storyline, plot, acting, cinematography, chemistry, ost are just amazing! My personal favorite is Game Sanaeha but if I were to judge, this is the best lakorn of JamesJi and Taew. Their acting skill are just superb. I'm still amazed on how they portrayed their characters in 3 lifetime. Maybe most of the watchers of this lakorn didn't like this as much as I do because the storyline doesn't just focus on james and taew character love story. This lakorn has so much to offer. Romance, thriller, mystery and even about reincarnation and black magic. Truly deserved the title "Best Drama of 2020" in maya awards.

First off, if you're not into period lakorn or lifetime/reincarnation then maybe this lakorn isn't for you. This isn't your typical lakorn of slap kiss, hate, etc. But I absolutely love this lakorn.

I will say that James is my bias and when comparing his acting to his earlier lakorn, omg. His acting has really improve and I really saw his emotions and feelings in his characters.

Boom portrayed her characters so well in every lifetime, she blew me away.

Taew as always do a beautiful job at her role. I swear every scene of her crying, you can feel her raw emotions especially when Khun Uthai and Thao Rawi died.

There are parts where it felt like there was too much dragging, and I feel like there weren't enough intimate/romance scene between the two main leads. However, when there are scences it never disappoints you. Also, as always Taew and James have great chemistry and the songs in this lakorn just fit so right with the storyline.

I would say, you just have to go into this lakorn with an open mind and you might just like it.

A drama spanning 3 lifetimes

I didn't really know what to expect and I procrastinated quite a bit before starting this drama as it seemed not to have work as expected.
I finally watched it for Taew and JamesJi and I don't regret it.

Despite what I read, the drama wasn't confusing and I was pulled in straigh away.
The characterizations were well done and so I didn't find any of them annoying.
It's a great drama because the more one goes forward and the more the intrigue and especially the characters motivations become clearer.
We understand that karma is one of the main "character" of this drama as each of the characters carry it through their next lives which has an influence on their personalities and caracteristics.

The nang'rai wasn't on the crazy side and her motivations were understandable as it came from a place of hurt.
The nang'ek wasn't naive, stupid or annoying which was a nice chance with some other dramas I have seen.
The Pra'ek was cool,charming and very alpha.

The cast

The whole cast was superb and carried this drama well.
I was so happy to see more of the Taew×JamesJi koo jin as they have so much chemistry *0*

Kudos to the actress who plays the nang'rai. She was really good.

This drama is worth a watch.

Story: I loved the novel version story more. In lakorn version, male lead became softer than novel ones (Plerng, Uthai and Rawi all became softer) and his power should be much more stronger than the villian (Boom and Poh's characters) but in lakorn he just started to learn how to use it. They make Pakboon and Tinnaree less evil but she didn't apologize to Plerng for what she did (in novel she did). They also kill many characters that did not died in novel just to make the 9 people mystery which i feel they can make a better plot than that. The only change that i like is that they make both lead work together more at modern timeline (but i still want more). The story is still interesting thanks to original content from novel but i love novel story more.
Acting: I love James/Taew paring so it's not difficult to feel their chemistry even with the little sweet/ intimated scenes. The biggest gift for me from this lakorn is that i have an open mouth kiss from James/Taew (the first and only time from both of them).
Other characters also did good job for their part.
CG: Much better than other lakorns
OST: Not outstanding but still have some memorial
Overall if i remove the huge expectation i have from reading novel it's still a nice lakorn

JiTaew's cherry on the top

STORY: The story was really intriguing. There are many parts of it that I would have loved to change , mainly, the extreme violence in it, but I understand why it was there.
Everything in the drama made sense, and the way that the main characters handled their emotions was really realistic (besides the fact that they were perfectly okay with people being able to see the past LOL).
If you've ever watched the other JiTaew dramas and liked them - watch this one. It's a mix of all of the JiTaew dramas with Payakorn Sorn Ruk sprinkled over it.

ACTING: The main leads did an amazing job.
The action scenes looked pretty fake, and the villains weren't that great at the "MWAHHAHAHAHHAA" laughs. But besides those two issues, everyone was pretty convincing!

MUSIC: The BG music went along well with the story. The OST was also super cute!

To be honest, I'm not really a fan of fantasy dramas but when I watched this Lakorn I might change my mind. The plot, acting, actors, ost and chemistry of the whole cast are really amazing. James Ji and Taew really did a good job and it really amaze me how they act in 3 lifetimes. If you decided to watch this, you should finish this whole drama so you can understand the real relationship and why the other characters want to get the statue. The story might be kinda confusing because of their past life but it make sense to discover the puzzle of their story. As for music, I love all the ost especially the song that JiTaew sang. The chemistry of both main leads are the best! This Lakorn is underated but I recommend it to those who likes mystery, fantasy, and romance drama. 10/10! I'm looking forward new drama of James Ji and Taew! I hope 🤞

在悬念感十足的基础上，又有着反转不断的剧情，看到第一集的时候，一度会以为Ploeng的前世是个坏人。还有当凶杀案、爆炸案的幕后主谋揭晓之时，也令人觉得诧异。

不仅有着引人入胜的悬疑奇幻故事，《轮回的羁绊》既甜又动人还凄美的爱情故事也是一大亮点，在现代，Ploeng和Sitang再度遇见便是冥冥之中注定的缘分，两人其实是两小无猜的一对。可Ploeng的父母因为发现小时候的Ploeng有前世的记忆和预知能力，担心这一能力反而会害了Ploeng，便送他去到美国接受催眠治疗，所以才会分开，再度相遇之后，两人的爱情故事也给足了看点，而更动人的还有前世的情缘。

综合来看，《轮回的羁绊》的确是一部优秀的作品，一看就追到停不下来，连刷多集，这部剧实在太诱人。
