Chen Shan helps Sakura distract everyone so he can exchange the medicine with poison. Chen Shan then calls to inform them that the medicine has already been replaced by poison. They interrogate Zhang Li and she tells them to check for fingerprints and find out it's Qiao Yu. The hospital is filled with poisonous gas and everyone evacuates outside.
