If this didn’t have ideal casting why did I bother checking it out? TvN tends to produce not boring dramas and Im always on the lookout for a good medical drama…

Story: Often intense but also mixed quite well with humor. Plot wise it hasn’t done anything different Ive seen in all the other medical dramas but I found myself glued to the screen wondering if these two brothers will be able to mend their hostile relationship and also who would end up with who romantically in the end (the romance was VERY light but there is a OTP made clear by the end). So while I did find the romance weak, the writers did a good job establishing an actual plot, while focusing on certain patients and not stuffing several medical cases down our throats like a lot of the medical dramas ive seen tends to do (making it repetitive and causing me to lose interest). The ending is a bit up in the air for one of the characters but all in all i liked it. I think what made the story so enjoyable was the excellent pacing.

Acting/Cast- Ive seen the 3 main actors before but their not on my got to watch their dramas list. However, I came to like the casting choices because the chemistry was there and the acting was solid. The Girls Generation member Soo Young pleasantly surprised me. I didn’t think I would like her (this was her debut an actress) but she really did a phenomenal job playing Eu Jin who had to go through a lot of obstacles. A lot of the plot centered around her character also so if she didn’t make her character believable, the drama could have gone south for me.

Music: Didn’t care for the music but the score was kind of intense.

Rewatch: I wouldn’t mind rewatching because it wasn’t boring, but I don’t really see a reason to watch it again cause im not obsessed with the actors nor was I blown away by the story.

Overall Third Hospital is a very watchable series whether you like medical dramas or not.

I like medical dramas, so I gave this one a try. Compared to Brain and Bong Dal Hae, this was a mediocre drama. Watchable but nothing special, apart from the fact that I didnt much care for the actors. The medical scenes are not bad, the story is a bit slow, unexciting and predictable. Overall if you a med drama fan give this one a go but dont expect too much.

"From now on, whenever my existence comes into your consciousness, have your brain to secrete dopamine from the frontal lobe and serotonin from the brain stem as much as possible" - Dr. Kim Doo Hyun to Dr. Jin Hye In

I didnt expect that this drama will be awesome! I dont usually watching medical dramas because there's so many bunch of dramas like that. But this one is different. They didnt focus on the love line between the couples on the drama. Well its nice but the they lack on skinships? That's why my feels are exploding whenever Doohyun and HyeIn are together. But it shows maturity. They became inspiration to each other.

This drama is worth to watch! Make sure to watch this one! Daebak! It feels like I need a season two for this one because I need to see Doohyun and Hyein together. They are all great and the storyline is great too! Though I really want to see more interactions of the main couple.

I hope this review will somewhat help you kkk~ You guys need to watch this :)) Worth watching for ^^

Call an ambulance, but not for me

An extremely underwhelming and disappointing medical drama. Every singular frame of this 20 episodes drama screams mediocrity to the nth degree. The medical scenarios were passable but they were stretching it really thin by involving eastern medical practices to perform an emergency procedure to save someone's life! The drama aspect of this drama severely undercut the overall experience. The personal and romantic storylines were its weakest point. The pairings for the romantic relationships, in particular, were straight up bad, out of place and forced, every single one of them. I can't stress enough how bad these romantic relationships and pairings were. The dialogue was generally weak, it often came across as wooden or overly sentimental. The drama struggled to balance its dual focus, with the medical cases usually feeling like an afterthought to the tepid drama. The problems continued with the performances from the cast members, while the main cast were fine, but some side ones like Im Hyung Joon had godawful deliveries for his scenes, he's usually a better actor in other projects. Anyway, there are countless better medical dramas than this one.

the story is very interesting with the brother's relationship at the hospital how one is eastern medicine and one is western medicine and like how they are rival in both medical and love. It's also very intriging about the younger brother, seung hyun's love relationship with how both girl likes him but he seems more interested in the doctor girl but he cannot abandon the girl, eun ji who he cares about a lot and especially when she needs him for his support. then there is the older brother, doo hyun who likes the doctor girl and is not very good at expressing his feeling and always feel enviness of his younger brother.
The acting was very good and intense that it made me cry when i watch the patient especially when the patient are suffering from illness, and the acting seems so real and very moving. Though there are some scene that make you scare becasue after all this is a hospital drama so it would invole seeing blood and surgery , and it is not very pleasant to look at esp. when you are eating dinner it makes you not want to eat.
the music was very moving and match well with the drama.
For rewatch all though i would like to watch it many time for it romantic comedy in it, but not so much becasue i can't stand seeing so many blood, and all that surgery and blood makes me kinda scare because personally i am very weak when i see blood
