Sweet Home (2020)

sweet home 2 is the continuation or ' second season ' if you will to sweet home. the cast is of course the same or mainly similar regarding the main cast and some/most of the support roles.

- Similar main characters: - Arisu and Hyunsu are both college/school dropouts, have had a traumatic life, lost everyone they love, are INTPs, similar haircuts and overall visuals, and are video gamers. Both are very smart and have similar personalities.
- Strong female characters: Both of these shows have some of the strongest women I've seen in the drama world. In AIB, we have Usagi, Kuina, Ann and Shibuki, whereas in Sweet Home we have Jisu, Eunyoo, Yikyung and Yuri.
- Both of them are dystopian, survival shows with lots of gore. AIB is about death games whereas Sweet Home is about an apocalypse.
- Both have a "gangster guy" who gets involved with a bow-and-arrow girl (damn thriller writers must rly love this trope)
- both have philosophies about life and death / discussions about the will to survive

These shows don't have much in common but I feel if you like one, you would like the other. I didn't really care for either one, but I preferred Squid Game to Sweet Home, while my mom loved both but preferred Sweet Home to Squid Game. Sweet Home is a bit more brutal and gory on screen while Squid Game is a bit more mentally gruesome. If you enjoy Thriller/Mystery dramas, you will prefer Squid Game. If you prefer Horror/Apocalyptic dramas, you will prefer Sweet Home.

Dystopia vibe and unique main male character. Just the feel is the same. Maybe to little female charakters but when thay are they're awsome <3

both talk about "extraordinary" creatures, and both deal with nose bleeds/headaches and how they're related to those unknown "enemy" though unlike the waterfall blood in sweet home, circle only had drips

* both dramas are about monsters and have the same atmosphere of fear
* in both dramas we can see strong and badass female leads
* both dramas have cliffhangers in the end

"Revenge of Others" and "Sweet Home" differ significantly in their genres and themes, but there are some slight similarities.

Although they're very different Bargain reminded me of Sweet home because of similarities in visual feeling, setting in building (people are stuck inside and trying to survive). Also both dramas are very action packed but I'd say main difference is that Sweet home is trying to show that there is bad in people but there is also good and hope in them. In Bargain characters seems just like really trashy human beings.
If you enjoyed Sweet home you should try to watch Bargain.

The feel and vibe of both dramas are pretty similar.
Kaneki is a normal, rather introverted university student who suddenly changes into a half-ghoul. Him, just like Hyunsu, doesn't want to hurt humans (isolates himself and such yeah) and fights greater evil.

Also the animations, while watching Sweet Home I got reminded of Tokyo Ghoul a lot

+ weirdness & comedy.
One of the best cg adaptation i love from korea productions. It was so japan vibe. She was a great actress.

Both dramas have a similar vibe and people have to fight for their lifes as they are in the grave danger. Also the work is apocalyptic and seems to come to its end. In DAS one day the spheres appears and try to harm people and it's the same in SH where monsters appear.

Both sweet home drama and as the gods will movie has a lots of killings. A lot of bloody scenes, gory scenes. But both have an adventurous ride till the end

Both shows deal with mutated monsters for different reasons, and time is running out. Also, both shows work with jump scares and horror motives.

they're both good

The people in Sweet Home are infected because they're cursed but they would also attack innocent people like in this movie but they're not zombies, they can take any imaginable form of monsters.
