Sweet Home (2020)

Following the death of his family in an accident, loner Cha Hyun Soo moves to a new apartment. His quiet life is soon disturbed by strange incidents that start occurring in his apartment, and throughout Korea. As people start to turn into monsters, Hyun Soo and the other residents try to survive.

Both involve groups of people trapped in a building fighting off supernatural monsters.

Both shows have a story line of human evolving into a superior being. In that aspect they are similar but the flow of the story is different.

While Sweet Home has a lot of characters focused in, Ajin centered on one main character only.

Sweet Home and Ajin has different twists but the vibe and enjoyable range are equal. So if you enjoy either of the two, the other one will highly hook you too.

Both series mention how human desires affect and change them. In order to achieve what they want, they do everything - eat the cookie or become a monster.

In both stories the protagonists try to survive fighting against evil mutans and in both one of the mutans is an emo boy who decides to be "a good guy" and helps people against other mutants. Both leads are extremely powerful. Their eyes change when they go into the "fighting mode".

Lee Dohyun and Go Minsi both act in these dramas together. However, in Sweet Home, they have a sibling relationship while in Youth of May, they are in a romantic relationship.

people weak at heart and are way to emotional going on rampage. this one without turning into hideous monsters.
