Dear Heaven (2005)

Slow and steady calm dramas
Similar themes with a daughter finding her parents.
Beautiful steady relationship between ML and FL
And you guess it…. The same controversial love between step siblings. But nothing immoral.
Both are great dramas that are worth it.

Both dramas start with birth secrets; daughters separated from their family from a young age.
Work relationship between rich man and poor woman and disapproving parents, then similar breakups.
FL and ML are somehow related but not related.
Dear Heaven felt 'healthier' to watch. My Glden Life was more melodramatic.

Both of these dramas star a female lead with a birth secret, who has a self sacrificial outlook on life. Both lead females are super depressing because their circumstances in life sucks, however these two characters still make you root for them, they are good inherently so you as a viewer wish they would finally find happiness. The day to day dialogues and outdoor events done by all the different characters are similar, both dramas have a slice of life quality to it that you don't see in long running dramas anymore.

Same writer, same wittiness, same values. There is meaningfulness in every situation.
Same amazing male lead
Both are sweet and very entertaining despite their length. Everything is well paced.
Highly underrated gems

Both share the Same atmosphere and the same Female Lead (Yoon Jung Hee) her personality in Dear Heaven Is More stronger and less of a very quite type female lead both share a realistically built relationships and also in both drama the main 2 couples rarely quarrel with each other but in (Dear Heaven) the two main couple are so much better in term of mutual understanding.
