Part 1: Woo Jin asks for a large amount of money for working at Doldam Hospital. Yong Joo tells Woo Jin to prove himself first to get accepted as a doctor at the hospital. On the first day at Doldam Hospital, Woo Jin and Eun Jae get to assist Yong Joo in operating on the Minister of National Defense who got severely injured in a car accident. Will they be able to save the Minister? Part 2: After the surgery on the Minister of National Defense, Woo Jin criticizes Yong Joo saying how reckless his way of operating was in the OR. Eun Jae gets harshly scolded by Yong Joo for running out of the OR in the middle of surgery. Meanwhile, a group of doctors and nurses come to Doldam Hospital unannounced at night.
