Fascinating

Yet another fascinating episode. Tae Oh is as dislikable as Sun Woo is unpredictable -- love is an obsessive delusion that is cured by marriage but destroyed by infidelity. We finally get background on how doctor love meets Sun Woo’s son and DK’s father -- contrary to what we were led to believe he is not a spy and may truly care for Soo Woo, but only time will tell. For the first, I am scared for JY and what he may do – he is crying out for attention, wanting to be noticed, but as soon as someone does, he wishes they never did –his anger is like a ball of fire, once released it explodes.I love Hyun Seo and I hope she is safe. I like how she carries herself, the way she speaks, but more so what she says. One can never fix oneself by breaking someone else – DK, baby happiness isn’t getting what you want; it’s wanting what you got. As expected, TH set up JH, and I must say he set him up good and deservedly so; he is scum, but then it takes one to know one. I was shocked at Ye Rim’s reaction to seeing her husband in sin. I guess she was ok with turning a blind eye to his philandering ways as long as she didn’t witness it. As they say, a fool can turn a blind eye as long as they don’t know what the ostrich sees underground. The mind truly works in mysterious ways. And as much as I don’t care for Ye Rim, I am glad she was able to free herself finally. I am always stomped by those who are incapable of seeing beyond their own world. And more so by the choices people make in the name of love, be it doctor love or Yeo Byung Gyu DK’s father. He used his power to declare war on Soo Won in his bid to protect his daughter from her own stupidity but, in the process forgot that Soo Won is a mother, a defender, a tigress and a warrior, and there is nothing she won’t do to protect her child. He messed with the wrong mother. To say I love Sun Woo is an understatement -- what I love most about her is her loyalty and commitment, she really does try more than once to save Hyun Seo from herself and her psycho ex-boyfriend and I truly hope she does. But that ending, what, why, please say it isn’t so. How are we expected to wait another week?
