I Don't Want to Be Friends with You Episode 24
I Don't Want To Be Friends With You.
In a flashback, a young Jin Bu asks her mom whether she could call her by her name and be friends instead. Qing Tong initially nods, but then asks her to call her "mom" and just shut up and eat.
In the present, Li Qing Tong agrees to the marriage with Chen Jun He for the sake of the child and decides to not contact Wu Zhi Xun. Jin Bu admits that she had been a bad child to her mom, advices and encourages Qing Tong. She learns her favorite recipes from Tong's mother.
Jun He takes over the task of accompanying the two girls. He informs them that Duan Xiao would visit, and Jin Bu is once again distracted and sad. She doesn't arrive home early that day.
On the day of the child's arrival, Li Jin Bu leaves the hospital, telling Chen Jun He that he has to take care of Li Qing Tong from then on.
She meets Duan Xiao for one final time and he once again promises her that he'll still wait for her, even if he knows he can't. Jin Bu wakes up back in the present. She reconciles with her mother, begins to help her, cooks for her and seeks advice from Fatty Fan to get Qing Tong's misunderstandings about Chen Jun He to be cleared. She also discovers that the Duan Xiao in Fatty Fan's old class photo was not the one she had met.
Both the Qing Tong and Jin Bu finally visit Tieyuan on Jin Bu's request. They visit their old home and she reminisces about the past. She once again tells her mom that she wants to be friends with her instead of a daughter for which Li Qing Tong replies that she doesn't want to be friends with her, just like old times. They laugh and Jin Bu sees her as the young Qing Tong whom she had become friends with in her dream. Duan Xiao keeps his promise. (Source: MyDramaList)
