This is the movie in which this whole drama was based on. It is paralleled at some point in the story line but has different scenarios when it comes to details and endings. I still recommend the movie for further comparison.

The same story but the difference is that one is a drama and the other a movie. The drama is more elaborated than the movie and new actors

Remind me of this Korean movie Always where Han Hyo Joo is blind & So Ji Sub fell in love with her in this movie. I really like melodrama romance movie or drama.

These dramas are from the same writer & director. Both are tragic, star-crossed, love stories. Both feature Kim Bum being the best, and the cutest, side kick ever!

Both dramas are written by the great Noh Hee Kyung. They also give off the same melancholy feel.

Same forbidden love between "fake" brother and sister. Same terminal illness. Same lead actress and her acting is kind of the same in both as well.

It's just striking me that in both dramas, the main lead is hidingg his true identity, in order to get closer to the female lead, and get something from her, but he eventually falls in love with her...

Both are great romances with a touch of the dark side. Autumns' Concerto is one of the best romances out there and the highest rated Taiwanese drama. I always rewatch it for a happy fix.

Both feature Song Hye Kyo with her great realism acting, an immersive story, great actors and great production. Bae Jong Ok & Seo Hyo Rim also feature in both dramas. If you liked the love story in one you'll probably like the other as well.
