Both deal about a male duo that works together but where the older one is neither good or bad and where the younger one is suspicious of them. Both dramas show that the characters have both had a dramatic past that seems connected to each other. The only big difference is that Watcher consists of police officers working together with a lawyer, whereas The Devil Judge is a pure lawyer drama.
The topic of judgement/justice, righteousness, dystopia and heavy religious theming is present in both, although Hellbound is bleaker in tone. You enjoyed the violent Juk Chang cult, media mindgame or charismatic morally-gray figure swaying the masses aspects this heavily features those. Both have powerful female characters. (If the supernatural thing puts you off- just imagine it's an allegory for mysterious plagues, beyond human understanding but scrutinised regardless)
