BEST C-DRAMA OF 2021
First of all. the drama does not follow the usual plots such as leading man being a rich boss, not also the mean/ cold leading man at all. I assure you'll all love the acting and the story. Its still on its 16 ep but really worth to finish and rewatch all over again. Might as well find it hard to move on from this drama. The acting was so good that you'll end up smiling the whole time. But for those who don't have experience with such games, you guys might find it hard to understand and relate with the drama but I think that most of us can because gaming is widely popular nowadays. Regarding YangYang's aerospace thing, I really don't understand a thing haha, but its nice seeing him loving what he likes since his character shows that he struggles with his profession. Dilraba on the other hand, being an actress, she did well too and between these actors, we can really see the chemistry. I mean there is really a spark between them like why the hell did they lead a drama only this year haha. I hope to see them again in another dramas, I really hope so hahaWas this review helpful to you?
Perfect female lead and male lead with flaws.
Short review!To me. this drama is well-known among cdrama watchers. Of course, aside from the top liuliangs played the role I honestly understand why this show is a hit. An aerospace engineer with a female superstar is a weird combination honestly, but I love the dynamics here. No matter what our profession are, love can overcome everything.
To me. Qiao Jingjing is so precious and perfect. We barely seen any female lead character as perfect as she is in cdrama. Usually, it would be a flawless male lead, But here, Jingjing is the one with zero flaws - she has a stable career, she is wise, smart, pretty, high EQ, kind-hearted and everything. I also like how Jingjing is actually very simple-minded despite being a top celebrity
However, for YuTu he is a genius but he lacks in confidence after he grows up due to his occupation and that is totally understandable. He is insecure most of the time so in the plot I can see that he is struggling in half of the series. This is why I said Jingjing is so perfect to me that she will stand by his side and support him. But sadly, he has this prejudices against Jingjing, I think due to his job, past and profession.
Normally, in cdrama male lead would not lack anything. Name it, he has everything from A to Z. This is why I think it is nice to see how he deals with his confidence and insecurity. Actually it can be handled if he has someone to support him because he only needs support and reassurance from people around him and that is when Qiao Jingjing come to the rescue HAHAHHA my beautiful parents :))
YuTu and Qiao Jingjing to me is the definition of a healthy relationship, this is what will happen if a matured and adult couple in a relationship.

The actors were very good ,lovely and professional specially yang yang
Over all .. this drama is one of good dramas that can be watched many time
They focused on one love story of the main leads and without wasting time on any second lead actor who needs to separate them ..and that's a good thing
Even the first few episodes are slow as some people said but I let my brother watch it and he likes games so he told me that he enjoyed the game part

Fireworks with stars
I love this Cdrama so much! Not because of Yanyang and Reba but the whole series was really amazing!!!From the OST most especially Yuning songs, he gave life every episodes of this drama! Congrats to the author, dire ctor, staff , wardrobe, all people involved in the series. Congrats to Yang / Reba you nailed it!!!!
The Aerospace scenes were really new in the eyes of the audiences, trying to re watch again soon.
Really fascinated with you are my glory! Hope to find again this kind of genre.

A simple heartwarming of our GLORY COUPLE <3
This is just to add with all positive review YAMG got because deserveeeee!Among the drama I've watch in 2021, this is the most simple yet interesting story of our main lead. All the plot just make sense and their love story flow so natural that even us as a watcher can feel touch by it. The dialogue is eloquent and witty! I'll wrote a simple review for anyone who still wonder if this drama is worth it? I'LL SAY YES!! For a contemporary romance drama this is one of kind that I don't find the story to be boring take for example the first 15 eps, It focus more on the game as that's the reason our cp meet again and get to know each other. Even for me who's not interested of game could feel the excitement at the end of the game arc because how good the editing for the game setting. After that we could see more focus on the aerospace part and how the love story between high IQ male lead and high EQ female lead :'))
What make it more special, the time skip. They don't just end it with a sudden marriage because let's be honest, both of them is such a busy person so I found the time gaps (the first one 2yrs) to be so realistic because after all this drama is about the struggle of how they keep up healthy relationship right? and the sec time skip to show the rocket launch of our male lead after all his effort. We know that's not the end of his and her so let's hope YuJing is happily married anywhere <3
the ost is chef kisses and I'll probably re-watch it later!
I barely give out 10 so 9 is good! Maybe I could wish for more sad touching scene? who know :D

A Simple, Slice of Life, That Truly Captures Life's Hardships
This drama is a true slice of life, meaning it shows life's happy moments, but also the emotional, hard, and lonely moments. There wasn't a single scene I felt bored during. I think this is one of the best dramas that really strips a relationship down to the core, with no extra drama, misunderstandings, random love triangles, and unnecessary storylines. It simply focused on the relationship itself, and how two adults maturely lead a relationship, and how deep the connection of love is. Dilraba and Yang Yang acted perfectly. I was surprised a little at Yang Yang's depth in acting out the true feelings of an aerospace engineer, and how he felt like he was absent for his family, and his troubles with balancing his dream and his want to take care of people in his life. Dilraba did really great as QJJ too, showing how a celebrity can be down to earth and humble.Story
The story of this drama was great, without many misunderstandings and showing us the cutest and fluffiest moments. I got immersed in a lot of these moments, and felt like I was in the scene too. These scenes and the actors definitely gave me tingles in my stomach just watching them. There was no second lead couple, which I thought was good because it got the main couple more exposure and time to develop their storyline in depth. The side stories about each of their careers were also really nicely thought out, and gave a nice insight into their lives and careers, and how they manage their busy lives.
Music
The OST really fit the mood of the drama. The song that played during the most fragile romantic moments (right before they get together) was so healing to listen to in the background. I think the best song in the soundtrack is Time Monologue by Lala Hsu. But I think the whole album is really good.
Overall
Overall definitely a 9.5 drama. The only reason I would dock points is for not showing us if they had a kid or not. Imagine how cute that would be! Rewatch value is really high, and I highly recommend this drama for anyone looking for something that has a lot of focus on the couple, but also has no unnecessary plot arcs and misunderstandings.

Best Drama
Best drama i ever see in china.This the most addicting drama series for a drama lover.I really appreciate this drama most.Because iam also a gamer and i also found my girlfriend in the game.But our love story not like the glory couple.I think this drama should become yhe most popular drama in the chinese drama history.And the most watchable rated drama should be.I love this drama actor and actress both.Iam a huge fan of Dilraba Dilmurat and the master kisser yang yang.I think the best drama giver channel is tencent video.For this drama also become most perfect drama.So i think if any kind draama watcher see this drama they sure fall into love from their girlfriend mucu and much more.Was this review helpful to you?

One of the best - a classic
Where do I start - I am a fan of Yang Yang and Dilraba's acting - so its no brainer that when I heard about this series I was naturally excited...it did not let me down.. The story was written by Gu Man (same author who wrote Love O2O) - this was a mature healthy love story, although it took Yu Tu (Yang Yang) around 20 episodes to accept his feelings.YuTu (YangYang) and JingJing (Dilraba) meet after 10 years ( at the initiation of JingJing) - ever since High School JJ had a crush/love towards the genius star student YuTu, who she felt was destined to do great things...during High School she was turned down by YuTu as he was not interested to have a girlfriend who doesn't have similar intelligence as him (harsh I know - he turns her down quite politely); again also in ep 15/16, Yu Tu was unsure of his feelings and felt the gap between them was too wide (she was rich/he was poor etc etc)
Fast forward 10 years JJ's a mega successful actress & Yu Tu an aerospace engineer currently struggling to determine whether to follow his passion (aerospace engineer) or go for high paying finance job. When YuTu didn't have faith in himself, JingJing always had unwavering faith in him...during the last episode at the rocket launch - Jing Jing reminisces the high school conversation she overheard from YuTu about sending probe/satellite - the look of happiness and immense pride in Jing Jing's face as Yu Tu realized his dream shows that indeed " Yu Tu was her glory", Yu Tu was quite proud of JingJing's acheivements too . One cannot help but feel inspired by JingJing's blind confidence and trust in YuTu, - this trust makes Jing Jing more determined/inspired to work hard to succeed in her field.
Its a beautiful love story - once they get together there are no breakup's, no MIL issues/or other melodrama - a mature love story with loads of chemistry (in fact oozing out) between the leads. It also gives an idea of the tough (& dedicated) life of people who work in the aerospace field.
There were so many sweet and touching moments after the 20th/21st episode...you cannot help but fall in love with both Yu Tu/ Jing Jing's character...they are so right for each other but it took the highly intelligent YuTu more than 10 years to figure it out whilst Jing Jing (High EQ/intelligent) always knew how compatible they are.
Yu Tu- Jing Jing is one of my most favourite C- Drama fictional couples - simply because of the deep love, respect they have for each other & how they inspire each other to excel in their respective field.
Yang Yang and Dilraba did a magnificent job in portraying the characters....I read the book after I watched the series - but I had wished I read the book first it would give a better insight.
If you love sweet, romantic mature drama's watch this - highly recommend.

Purest form of love
First of all for everyone who is here after reading the 'overhyped comments'. It's not :) It's more about how you take up the content related to gaming, aerospace and the celebrity world. They don't delve much into the celebrity aspect but there's a lot of aerospace and gaming stuff or should I say the first one is totally in flow with the storyline and we don't realise the transition. So, it's your interest in the following department that will decide how you will progress with this drama.Tropes that captured me - Grumpy x sunshine, intelligent male lead, kind and relatable leads, hyper female lead, one-sided crush-love, rejection & chasing, grovel, extreme green flag more like a carpet?
Starting with the points I thought are really worth mentioning
- Minute detailing of the surroundings. E.g. Their house depicts their personalities so well.
- The costume tuning with the events.
- The witty remarks that will keep you invested.
- The dialogues framed are so well tuned with the characters that they managed to create amazing characters.
- The lack of misunderstanding and negativity will take you out of the vicious cycle.
The story for the majority half (up to 17-18 ep) is purely one-sided, the straight forward romance starts from ep 20 till then we have the sneaky glances and long stares and heart warming support and build up for the next half and it takes up all our attention to notice those parts so stay completely tuned, it will be worth it.
As a moderate gamer who plays similar game, I would say the game part totally ate. The way they strategize for the games, how he helps her cope up for the game, his analyzing skills and her acknowledgement for the same putting in efforts at every step is worth praising.
Dilraba's portrayal of Jingjing as a purely innocent and sincere character is the cupcake of the show.
The aerospace parts will keep you engaged cause of Yang Yang's acting.
And the two of them set the screen on fire. The chemistry seeps out of the screen and makes you all warm and fuzzy inside.
The second half is all set up as the perfect couple-goal target.
I think the first trope and points were already convincing enough to jump into it. But the people I think who found this drama their tea, I believe they really have a refined touch and taste.

A must watch drama
Its a must watch drama for all people around the world. The storyline, cast,plots,acting,cinematrography.. everything is so in point. The ost and background music is too good. The plots are so beautifully shown that you want to crave for more.. Want to make you rewatching over and over again.. And you won't get bored at lot. The emotional scence and intimate scenes are seems so real.. The most skills lead actors.. Yandyang and dilraba.. Looks so good together. Seems like they came straight out of the novel. High recommend drama!!!
"You are my glory" is praised for sticking to the original novel. But this is what makes many people think that the content of the film is not attractive enough. Partly because the content talks a lot about games and aerospace topics.For me, "You are my glory" is a gentle movie, suitable for those who want to relax after a stressful day. It is a pretty good "healing medicine".
I stayed up 2 nights to finish watching the entire drama. No misunderstandings nor break-ups throughout the movie, just the details of everyday life are peaceful enough to satisfy movie lovers like me.
•This is one of the few Chinese dramas that I’ve rewatched multiple times (10+ times).
•I enjoyed seeing the chemistry between the YY and Dilraba. Cute romance and their acting are very natural. I hope they could collab more in the future.
