Just wanna share a lil about this drama for me.
I was once dramas lover (kdrama). But stop watching any kind of drama since 3 years ago. But this wonderful drama awake my drama sense's side. The story plot is interesting, the characters are amazing, YY and DD really suit this drama perfectly. And I can't believe that I attached to this drama like no way out. I watched this over and over again. Planning to watch it again next week for the nth times. Big thanks to the writter of the novel, Gu Man, you are really amazing. And also to all the crews for making this as a great drama as well, thank you so much.
If you guys haven't watch this drama, go watch it, you won't regret it. Big recommended.

It's simple, I liked it.
I am usually a skipper when i watch dramas. I'll skip any scene that I find boring. In this drama the only thing i skipped would be the aerospace work discussions and stuff like that. It was a simple developing story with no overbearing CEO vibes. Just a sweet understanding couple, working in different fields working together to maintain a healthy relationship. The main couple is an example of an extremely healthy and loving relationship. TBH i read what some people in the reviews said about inexplicable kisses. But to me it felt like that was to depict their longing for each other. As an actor and a scientist, their jobs require time and they do not have the same amount of time to spend on each other, while they both understand it, they long for each other. I think those might be a way to make Yu Tu and Qiao Jing Jing feel secure in their relationship. It gets hard for people in a relationship that are unable to meet, maybe the kisses are what made them feel whether the passion they once had for their relationship still exists. Like I said gives them a sense of security. Was this review helpful to you?

Too much fluff has killed this drama... or not?
Okay, too much fluff has killed this drama. It is great to watch, it gives a very nice warming feeling, but after watching such a peacufull, fluff, sweet story you finally get the feeeling of being... like sated? Another sweet scene and another one, and another one... it might be a fine drama to watch between the episodes of another drama that is too overbearing. This one is just a nice content. Fan service. The plot goes like: two people falling in love and there is no evil second leads nor scheming person, just everyone in their world is nice and good, and there is no hatred, no angst. You can't live in such a peaceful, good world for too long because... it gets boring. I skipped some episodes, and skipped many scenes because it was obvious that they wouldn't change nor introduce to us anything new. Predictable. It is a good drama to watch, if you want to feel: loved, cared for, safe, stable. It gives an illusion of reaching something perfect.
Meanwhile I feel like this drama changed - it could be divided into 3 arc:
1 - Gaming - I loved the first 13 or so episodes. They were so exciting!
2 - Parting the ways - I skipped most of these episodes, because I don't enjoy just watching people harming each other without any valid reason - sorry, Yu Tu, but I think if you love someone and that person loves you too, then you want to fight for them and not just leave them forever. That was selfish of you.
3 - Loving couple - so many episodes full of fluff, sweetness, kisses, waaaay too many, but if you feel that you lack love in your life (like I do), you will love that episodes. What a nice feeling! Yu Tu and Jingjing were so confident about their love, they were determinated, they really wanted their love to stay there with them. That was precious! We rarely see so much fluff in the dramas, yet nowadays it gets more popular in China. I enjoy that a lot. I need it in my life. The chemistry was over the moon. And yes, I got bored of that, because I felt satisfied, that I really didn't need anything more. The drama told me to wait for the romance and then we get such a huge part of beatiful romance that at the end of it we are all fed up. And that's not a bad thing! Imo, it's better to get too much and feeling this satisfaction than barely get any and feel frustration.
So overall, that' s a great (ROMANCE) drama to watch and to get bored which was nice.

Realistic story of Cdrama!!!
So far, this is the most realistic contemporary drama I've seen. From the leads' relationship to their careers, and all of the supporting characters. Some of the stories touched me deeply, especially when it came to choosing between your dreams and money. However, don't expect a deep or emotional slice of life plot. This is the epitome of simplicity.
This is a unique drama with a different plot than other dramas, in my opinion. There is no angry ex in your life, no one attempting to murder you by using a criminal, and so on.
This Cdrama is fantastic, and the leads act as if they are in a real-life relationship.

Great drama
You are my glory is one of the best Chinese dramas I ever watched. I have already watched it 3 times already and loved it. A great story and really great moments in the drama. I loved love 020 when I watched it and this is right up there. I am a huge fan of Yang Yang and this for me is one of his best drama series . I love the music and it fits great with the story. The story of a actresses and a normal guy was done before. But this is a new take on it. This is great drama and worth watching.
The ost was great

Chemistry between leads are over the top
I remember watching the drama until episode 11 and got really bored. The front part of the story have lots of gaming and talks on aerospace which kinda bore me out. I decided to take a break from this drama and only came back to it a few weeks later. I started from where I left and surprisingly, the story got better. The chemistry between Dilreba and Yang Yang in this drama is the best I have seen. Just their visuals alone is stunning enough to leave you in awe. The interactions between both felt so real I feel like I'm intruding on their privacy. The storyline was really good too. At least there were no breakups or miscommunication sort of things.
Definitely a must-watch if you enjoy romance drama! The OST is so good too! Only thing I don't really like is the colour grading for the drama. Felt a bit too bright? Idk how to describe.

Good drama
Just watched it and loved it. This is my first review and normally don't write it.I watched it only because I was a fan of Yang Yang especially after I watched love 020.
I have to say this is a better drama. Great music and a good story. The story was different and it shows how you can find that one person that understands you the best.
The ost of the series fits the story line.
The only problem with Chinese and Korean TV series is that most of them have only one season and I hope they can consider making more of this series.
Ths is worth watching not once but a couple of times.

Unexpectedly lovely and tender, this drama is a delightful mix of gaming, aerospace, and actress/idol elements, which initially made me hesitant, but it all seamlessly came together, resulting in a successful narrative exploring dreams versus societal expectations, second chances, growth, and love. The key to its success lies in its high production value, notably impressive visual effects and animation, especially during the gaming sequences. The clever integration of video game characters with 'reality' adds to the charm. In the first half, the drama centers around the game, offering thrilling action scenes and captivating animation. The second half transitions to the aerospace theme, portraying the allure of space with its romanticism, beautiful starlit landscapes, and a sense of the unknown that captivates the audience. The use of soft lighting and dreamy atmosphere, coupled with a stunning OST, enhances the overall experience.
While I initially had reservations about the cast, Yang Yang and Dilraba proved to be perfect choices. Their chemistry on-screen was genuine, and their banter felt natural, making them highly enjoyable to watch. Dilraba's performance showcased her charm and talent, while Yang Yang's intriguing facial expressions kept me engaged throughout. The absence of foolish misunderstandings and excessive angst was a refreshing change, and the obstacles faced by the characters were relatable and well-resolved.
Unexpectedly emotional scenes, such as the second rejection, the wedding, and the successful launch of God Searcher, left a lasting impact and even moved me to tears.
Finally, the drama’s ending felt perfect, tying everything together in a satisfying manner.

Sweet, No melodrama, Villain, or major misunderstanding between the leads
I stumbled upon "You Are My Glory" after watching "Here We Meet Again," and to my delight, found them to be very similar. This review delves into why this drama left a positive impression on me.Positive Aspects:
One of the standout features of "You Are My Glory" is the authentic chemistry between the main leads. Their natural on-screen interactions were a visual treat, enhanced by Yang Yang's captivating presence. The drama boasts an array of passionate kisses that left a lasting impact.
What I Loved:
This drama excels in avoiding common pitfalls, such as love triangles or misunderstandings between the leads. Both characters maintain open communication, which makes their journey even more endearing. The narrative remains focused on the central couple, with minimal side stories. This streamlined approach resonates with my preference for a story that emphasizes the main characters without excessive melodrama.
Potential Drawbacks:
"You Are My Glory" opts for a straightforward plot without major twists. The story progresses steadily, showcasing the journey from classmates to lovers to a married couple. While this simplicity was refreshing for me, others might find the lack of intricate plot elements tedious. The absence of significant ups and downs, coupled with the leads' accomplishments in their professional lives, could be perceived as less engaging for some viewers.
Conclusion:
In essence, "You Are My Glory" delivers a sweet and genuine romance without the burden of excessive drama or convoluted subplots. For those seeking a healthy and refreshing love story, free from overwhelming stress, this drama is a solid choice. While its plain and straightforward narrative might not appeal to everyone, its focus on the central characters' growth and relationship offers a heartwarming and enjoyable viewing experience.

Excellent Pairing, Yet Odd Tone
You Are My Glory is an odd mixture between mellow contemplations about careers, and romantic comedy in an opposites attract situation. While I expected levels of upbeat romcom similar to My Little Happiness, I didn’t actually see these type of moments until the last third of the show. The first part is very much dedicated to Yu Tu pondering his career choices and Qia Jing-Jing securing her contract. Do you see the two falling in love slowly with each other? Sure, but it is certainly not the driving force I expected it be. Episode eight through ten even spent much time in the aerospace sphere as Yu Tu and his counterparts attempted to fix an issue with a satellite. Maybe these episodes would resonate with someone interested in the field or hobby, but I found them to be rather lackluster and boring.Once the leads began a relationship with each other in the last third of the show, it more than made up for the slow start and mellow mood. Yu Tu and Quia Jing-Jing, as portrayed by Yang Yang and Dilraba Dilmurat, truly had some excellent chemistry together. Their romance felt genuine and authentic as it evolved from cautious strangers to long time lovers. Honestly, I love the time skips interjected into the series to see their relationship deepen and mature. The two actors played long time lovers really well with tons of skinship. Their ending, both as a couple and as career-minded individuals, was completely satisfying and heartwarming.

Worth the watch!
Great Chinese drama. The leads have good chemistry and their characters are written well. This shows demonstrates two people loving each other a lot and also displays amazing friendship. Great acting. Not much to dislike and it is lighthearted show. Interesting combination between an aerospace engineer and famous actress. The ML is very talented, yet he does not use his talents to his advantage fully. He could choose to be a finance manager or even an actor/influencer where he can make a lot of money, but chooses to do what he loves for little money; while the FL is successful and rich. There are some melodramatic moments, but they do not go overboard and you can understand why the leads do what they are doing and what emotions they are feeling. The premise is interesting, but I admit I did skim through the gaming scenes, because I was not too interested and it felt like an Ad.I really enjoyed the show because the love between the leads and friendship moments were a pleasure. If you liked this show, you would love "Hidden Love", "Fireworks in my Heart", and "Love O2O".
