Dear My Star
It’s happened in the 1990s. Night was a high school student in Bangkok. Mem was a high school student in Chiang Mai. They knew each other through writing letters in English subject. Sending letters to other school friends who has the same number. Even though they are all grown up in different ways but they both have a lot in common; like listening to music, reading the same kind of comic book, exchanging their pictures, sending music cassettes, sending small gift to each other. However, the problem is the difficult of their communication because of taking a long time getting the letter. Night is not sure if it was strange to feel close to Mem.

What is the height difference? my god. That was actually the best episode so far—the best episode if the last one can't top it. It just felt so real and so raw i love it. The actors did an amazing job, and the realism behind all of it just seemed so vivid and meaningful. not overly edited, and the music felt natural. Okay last episode. Okay bye.

This is my favorite episode out of the series. It had a sweet storyline with a complete script. The acting was good. I wish they would make a whole series using this storyline.

aish these two r just good for the heart. who doesn't know Tommy & Jimmy a.k.a Zon and Saifah from Why R U? these 2 got mad chemistry and they make us fall in-love with them all over again, time and again. so no wonder captivated yet again by them in this cute enchanting ep. *****************************************************************************************************

Among all the 6, this one was properly done from a story POV. It was really sweet and heart-warming to see the affection between the leads via the letters. It definitely has the old-age charms. :)

I loved the theme of the theme of the episode which was a 90s theme even the pictures they sent each other had a 90s feel, i loved this episode comparing it to the rest it stayed consistent with theme.

- TommyJimmy are giving us 90s vibe in episode 5! This episode! This episode is my favorite of the entire series! Between the 90s era which gives me flashbacks to my childhood (I was born in 92), Night's interaction with his mother, and the overall connection between him and Cloud through letters, everything was just so heartwarming.
- I love the idea of pen pals writing back and forth, getting to know each other and growing closer despite not being able to see each other. Long Distance relationships, rather romantically or friendship, is never easy. So many obstacles get in the way, and the show does tackle a couple of those obstacles that is accurate for its era. There's no cell phones, no text messaging, pretty sure no emails. Everything was either by letter or land line (God I feel so old lol)
- Night and Cloud were so cute together. On the surface they seem to be complete opposites, but the more they learn about each other, the more they start blending their interests together. Like I said before, the back and forth between Night and his Mom was also hilarious. I loved their interactions.
- Just like with the previous episode, this episode also gave us a pretty satisfying ending with Cloud coming to see Night in person for the first time. We even get the subtle hint that maybe their friendship will blossom into something more. I loved this episode, and I hope we get a longer version somehow.

Just realised we can separately rate the episodes, so here I am copying my review of the overall series into the specific episodes. Setting the story back in 1995 where communication channels are slow and limited added a nostalgic and poignant layer to this story. Hand written letters in the post, house phones and payphones, cassette tapes, printed photographs, old-school hobbies like folding origami stars. The premise won my heart from the onset. This is a very simple story but so precious. The only imperfection is the final line: "I'm glad to meet you, my friend". Not because of the platonic vibes which I was perfectly happy to accept, but because the scenes leading to this totally hinted at something more than friends, so this felt like a slap in the face.

the best story, the most real and with the most chemistry, I could watch it a thousand times and never get bored of it. Time, I lacked time to enjoy more of them and the story.

From the first second I saw the episode "My Dear Star", it was beautiful, even though it was only 14 minutes, I loved it from beginning to end. Everything was excellent, the plot, the characters, the cinematography, etc. Thank you all for your great work ?

I watch all 6 episodes, and in terms of storyline, episode 5 with Mii2 is my favorite, then followed by episode 3 with MaxNat. It's because I found this two as a complete story. How two main role know each other is clear and I can't found hole in their story. As for other episode, either I found it strange or the story feels incomplete (there're something that will make you questioning about their story). I like episode 5 other than other episode cz of the depth of the story since it's a romance in 90s era that grow through letters. Beside the story, I like the cinematography, the mood, song, and background music in ep 5 more than other episode. It feels like you watch a movie with 14 minutes duration. The most important part is, this episode really give you 90s vibe with all it's details and the story didn't feel rushed at all. Really worth watching and I rewatch it for so many times already.

I loved it! Mii2 always show their chemestry in all works.Mek and night were very cute to me with a pure love that knows how to wait for the other. I hope it has a second season or movie

The story is quite short (just only 14 min.) but it was so beautiful. I love the cinematography, the tone of the video, the equipment, everything brings me out the feeling of the 90's. The acting was so smooth and adorable. The song also matches the story.

What i like about this episode is the way they brought the 90's theme was very nostalgic. The story line is not rushed even in just 14 minutes they can bring the story very clearly. The decorations and equipment are really like in the 90s. I never get bored to watch this episode because so far, this episode has told a clear story, and got its meaning, and if possible I wish we could see the sequel. I want to know how Mek will continue after in Bangkok and what kind of relationship they have because at the end of the scene I really feel that they actually have feelings for each other but because this is still in the 90s and they are meeting for the first time so Night said friend. I'm so excited.

Everything is good such as acting mood tone story The best so far for this ep. It made me realise old time when I was kidI uesd to call some friendikethis too. And it can make as long story. I wish it can't be just 1 ep of mini series but I like to see it on long movie or long series

Definitely the best episode of the series. From the story, the props, the cinematography , the acting...everything was top-notch and believable. I could relate to the characters and believe that it was indeed in the 90s. And the actors' chemistry...omg, they were so cute!! Even the mom was adorable. I want to know more of Night and Mek's story, they made it so interesting!!! A short but well-made production. Kudos to the team!!!

This was simply the best . Startingwith setting this inthe nineties....theycaptured the eraperfectly. Waitingby the phone fora call, bags of coinsat a pay phone....and actually writing letters. I loved it!The storyline wasgreat. Since this was the nineties Ididn’t know whatto expect from themom. So muchpacked into theseshort minutes. Theacting was great.And the endingwas perfect. Well done. I will look atagain.

Adorable, the plot was cute, acting great and editing perfect. This was a work of art. My only pet peeve was that ending being so open. But even that has its charm. This is 13 minutes of adorable. Mii2 delivers.

OK, I have to admit that so far EP.5 has been the best. The Soundtrack was ok, a few sloppy cuts here and there but the Story was amazing. I wouldn't be surprised if this gets made into a movie.
The only thing that I wanted, and maybe I'm nitpicking is that I wanted them to be the same height. (I know, I know, don't come for me) When I saw the height difference I was like WTF, why does Tommy Sittichok Pueakpoolpol - Mekhin / Cloud look like a kid in comparison to Jimmy Karn Kritsanaphan - Night (Jimmy Karn Kritsanaphan - Night looks like a giant).
FOR MEEEEEE, again my opinion, it just took away from the illusion. I don’t know, it's just my opinion.
But again this was just amazing. 9.5/10 ( because of the soundtrack and Mekhin/Cloud "dropping" the origami ?"

EU NECESSITO DE UM BL COM ESSE TEMA! O episódio foi tão curtinho mas eu não me incomodaria de assistir um bl inteiro sobre isso, eu amei demais a paleta de cores e essa história retratada de modo antigo. Queria muitoooo uma continuação, mas aprece que vou ficar só na vontade mesmo! Fazia um tempo que eu nn via algo com eles dois untos de novo e só tenho a declarar que eles serviram tudo que eu pedi e um pouco mais!
