"Guru Guru Ninety Nine" is a comedy variety show hosted by Ninety Nine that has been broadcast on the Nippon Television Network since April 10, 1994. The shows has many segments, but the audience rating of the program increased after the start of "Gourmet Chicken Race Gochi!" segment in 1998. Since the broadcast time change in 2009, the show mainly focus on "Gourmet Chicken Race Gochi" and since 2018 it almost never show other segments. In "Gochi", the regular members and guests must order food in high-class restaurants without knowing the prices while also being as close as possible to the budget of the day.
