That’s correct both movies have the same 2 main leads.
Obviously as protagonist and antagonist.

Just try it out.

These two cool uncles bring Japanese movies to another awesome level. Always worth to watch.

They never disappoint.

Fujiwara x Matsuyama tandem is always something that fans and non fans look forward to watching.

A murder takes place in a small town. As the story progresses, entangled in the lies and crime, community members start to show their true colors.

(2a) Hiding crimes in a small village that is struggling to survive, but the villagers find ways to keep the village alive:
i) The Village - garbage disposal
ii) Noise - black figs

(2b) Male leads were involved in the said crime, where the perpetrators were the "original victims", and accidentally killed the "final victim", such that the "final victim" is often labelled someone who is trash in society.
