The cast is expensive
Only 2 ep are left. EP 9 and 10 was Roller coster. If your thriller movie fan u can watch it. Wath it drama without spoiler is very good idea. You Won't regret after watching it. The story of three sister is so good. First sister want money for living, second one wants dignity and third one is strict about her dream. Okay, now It's about sister two, she is kinda messy but she is kind towards her 2 sister not like the third one. And she has dream of becoming a great Reporter though there is lot of hardship for her, bcz she is poor.THIS poverty problem same goes to 1 st sister, she is really a nice and her mind is clear. UTTER PERFECTION
Everything is perfection in this one! Mindblown by the intricate and tight plot and the relatable as well as diverse set of characters+personalities. Superb acting. The cinematography and color palettes are extremely detailed and en point, making for a beautiful visual experience. I especially appreciate that the ending is not rushed. Adding to the rewatchables list. The bond between the sisters is especially applaudable; the male characters supporting them are also extremely competent and respectively likable. (And, let's be honest, that chemistry between Oh In Joo and Choi Do Il? OFF THE CHARTS.) The villains are developed and complex as well with their respective backstories. Simply perfection: a must-watch!

Not Bad, But Not My Kind of Drama
I was sucked into this drama by the title. My exact reaction: "Korean drama of Little Women? I can't wait!!" I'm not a purist when it comes to book to TV/movie adaptations. So while this drama did not follow my expectations at all, I still found all the changes they did to the source material interesting. Anyway, you can't really top either 1993 or 2019 "Little Women" in my mind. I see that a lot of people have already posted reviews so I'll just include some of my thoughts.Interestingly, In-joo (Meg) is treated more like the main character than In-kyung (Jo). Sadly like most versions of "Little Women" In-hye (Amy) is given little character development. Her character really seems to be shoved to the side by the end of the drama. In-joo and In-kyung are both clearly outlined characters, but I can't say the same for In-hye. I really enjoyed the two love interests, Do-il (John Brooke) and Jung-ho (Laurie). Neither resemble their book counterpart in my opinion, but I still like them. The great-aunt was also wonderful and a good nod to the book. All I have to say about the villain characters are that I found them both disappointing and forgettable after the first few episodes.
From the comments, I learned this is a "makjang" drama. In all my years of drama watching, I've never heard this term before and will probably avoid any future dramas attached to it. While I enjoyed "Little Women", I never felt really that connected to it. I think that is in part because it is a makjang, meaning it just has some ridiculous/over-the-top moments that I could just not ignore. I also feel the ridiculousness ruined some character development. I will praise the actors who all brought their a-game. This drama was good, but not for me. Had it not been titled "Little Women", I never would have picked it up.

Good but not great
the storyline is great overall but I had a hard time feeling connected to In Joo. I’m not sure if it was the actress or her character but she was frustrating to watch.there was a lot of suspense and the plot twists were really good but most of of could have gone so much smoother if the sisters just communicated with each other…which they never seemed to do, despite trying to give the sense they were so close. In Joo was frustrating with all her needy, “selfless”, and oftentimes stupid choices.

i like all flawed sister and other character this drama showcases
All three sister are very different from each other which doesn't mean one is right or other is wrongall have there pro and cons
Gong Min Jung role was what impressed me the most....
Jang Ma Ri
A shameless corrupt reporter which you can't prove corrupt because she believes in her own lies very honestly.
That story was my version of the truth, you have your own version of the truth and I have my Own,
Your truth was pitted again mine, and mine ended up winning today, I love that scene ( ep 11) when our Lead protagonist left speechless by a side character because, not always you win everywhere, some people will out match you, no matter what
Oh In Joo( Kim Go Eun )
she shows hidden desires of every Average working person, they all want to become rich and live a comfortable life but are not able to, when get opportunity most of them will act just like Oh In Joo did. but viewer wanted to call her greedy, are you one who will give up 2Million USD when you found it, NO if you say yes, your Lier.
Oh In Kyung ( Nam Ji Hyun )
she has her own principle and think they are above other but she is no better then anyone else when it come to her own family her younger sister she will abandoned her own principle and will do anything to protect what she love most just like all others, but she like to blame others for there selfishness while she give her self a privilege
she believe herself of something that is one and only pure journalist but she isn't , she is same as all others.
Oh In Hye
Most of people disliked her but i don't dislike her neither i like her fondly, she is there to make people see that not all rich are bad and all poor are victim which she said
that is just poor mentality to blame rich people for all there problems,
she was not great as sister, she doesn't care about those sister who she never choose, but she was loyal to her only friend she choose herself, she was rude to her sister but there was love even in her, which she was not able to show toward her sisters but was able to love her only friend,
i hated Oh In Kyung and Ha Jong Ho couple it was really wrong of them to make those two ending up together and leave
Oh In joo and choi do Il just at flirting, at least a kiss to conform there feelings toward each other
Choi Do Il ( Wi Ha Joon )
Good this man was so nice here and the unspoken chemistry between him and In Jo was amazing to watch
sub-- flirting between those two between that tens situation was a reliving wind
at airport i was waiting for them to KISS but no director did not have budget to include kissing scene.......

Mystical blue orchid juice; spit out.
The bigger the expectations, the bigger the disappointment. I was looking forward to this show for the cast and what seemed to be a complex, suspenseful story; it had a fresh vibe to it. Instead, the show fell flat from start to finish. The cardinal issue is the overwhelming lack of reality in virtually every character, their motivations, and plot lines. In fact, I wonder if they would have better succeeded by employing a more surreal tone/style or adding clearer fantasy elements. It's hard for me to digest a mystical blue orchid juice schema as realistic. It does look like a nice color for a cocktail, though. The three sisters' interrelationships were not compelling or authentic. They were never on the same page with anything, willfully ignoring one another's advice and support, even freely embarrassing one another publicly, and putting each other in danger. Are they really sisters? Oh In Hye and Park Hyo Rin looked like they could be sisters, but were not.
Even though Won Sang A is overall not believable as a character, I did enjoy her skilled execution of 'delightful perversion'. She deserved a better ending scene; it was lame. Kim Go Eun, who I've generally enjoyed in other shows, was regrettably dull as Oh In Joo. I even got a bad acting vibe from her in this show. Oh In Hye's character was worthy of hate, but I was still impressed at how the actress put out a convincing arrogance, immaturity; she almost felt like a good character that was placed incorrectly on the board. Oh In Kyung, on the other hand, was too narrow and stubborn to enjoy, I feel the acting/directing could have been interpreted in a less narrow way; she had the right look for the part, but the delivery was simply overcooked.
Music was fairly good. The opening track, Power Scandal, was the right vibe for the show. I picture weird lizards crawling around peoples face when I listened to this. It definitely enhanced the 'twisted' feeling of the plot and villain characters. The OST tracks were mostly dark in tone and served well to enhance the thriller tension and action. Listening to the OST tracks alone, they feel appropriate for nighttime city suspense.
I'd actually like to rate this show lower, but I can feel the strong effort of production, the effort to try to do something different, great, and compelling. The show always felt like it had that potential to be great and it wasn't so far from accomplishing that with some modifications. Although the cast and crew fell short of my expectations, I applaud them for trying to give us something fresh.

Production was good , Story was NOT
The production and cinematography of this Drama were high quality, the acting was superb but what could have been a great Drama was that half of the storyline was just such complete utter ridiculous nonsense that I couldn’t wait for it to be over with. To quote the oldest sister in the show. “ they are just a bunch of whack jobs”. Wi Ha Joon’s character was the only one that seemed to have any Personality that wasn’t 1 dimensional. Also it was good to see Kang Hoon, although I wish his role had been bigger, he is just too adorable! Was this review helpful to you?
I only watched this because of one actor
yall tbh i only swallowed up this whole series because of ki joon because i've been traumatized at his performance of joo dan tae in penthouse and i needed to see him in more villain roles, but at the end i quite liked this serie. It's obviously not the best you can find out there, but it's pretty good & it's short, I didn't like in-kyung and choi dol wtvr his name was i hate them, but the story is pretty interesting. But I'd like if they trried to explain things better, overall it's alright!!

That ending though…
Little Women is a captivating K-drama that delivers an intriguing plot with strong performances from its cast, but its conclusion leaves much to be desired. The acting, particularly by Kim Go Eun as In Joo and Wi Ha Joon as Choi Do Il, is stellar throughout. Their chemistry is undeniable, and the show builds a fascinating dynamic between them. It’s hard to accept that they didn’t end up together—there was too much unsaid, and their connection felt deeper than the show fully explored. Choi Do Il’s feelings for In Joo seemed clear, and it’s equally difficult to believe she didn’t have feelings for him too.
On the other hand, In Hye, played by Park Ji Hu, wasn’t likable at all. Her character comes off as selfish and dismissive of her sisters’ love, especially when they put themselves in harm’s way to protect her. Even when their lives were in danger, she appeared indifferent, making it hard to sympathize with her choices.
As for Won Sang Ah, her ending felt far too easy. After everything she had orchestrated and the chaos she caused, it seemed like she should have faced harsher consequences. For a character as manipulative and dangerous as her, the resolution didn’t quite satisfy.
Overall, Little Women had the potential to be a fantastic show with its gripping plot and strong performances, but the underwhelming wrap-up and missed opportunities in character development left viewers wanting more.

Good show, interesting story, but hopes too much you like its characters
First off, Oh In-Hye is insufferable. I hated each second I had to watch her.Second, while Oh In-Ju wasn't nearly as bad, in the last few episodes her character became, honestly, very dumb.
While I can understand why the characters acted the way they did, I don't agree that it was well executed.
And the OST kinda sucked.
Otherwise, Oh In-Kyung was a delight and her partner in crime had really nice chemistry with her so their segments were very fun.
I had a bit more hope about the last twists but they were still nice and I liked most character endings (except In-Hye but it might be personal lol).
