Just plain terrible in every way
This show is just bad. And stupid. And bad again. I really didn't enjoy it from the start but as all the reviews said to persevere to episode 5, I did just that and frankly, I deserve a bravery award for making it as far as I did. The whole premise of the cool kids inexplicably fancying and wanting to hang with all the geek reject kids is laughable, but not in the way you'd want.Toh is beyond ridiculous as a character - having a secret crush doesn't generally involve saving everything your crush touches (including rubbish) in a ziplock bag and periodically sniffing it, plastering your wall with secret photos you've taken of them, and having bedsheets printed with them on it (how did he even get that photo that's printed on the sheets?!) It would have made some vague sense if he fancied an idol who he'd never meet, but the idea of doing that with a guy you go to school with smacks of a pretty severe mental illness. His voice is intensely irritating and his smile makes me want to punch him in the face until his glasses disintegrate. Needless to say, none of that makes him a likeable character who you're rooting for.
Toh's crush ... let's be real, Toh's stalking victim, Nuea, is completely devoid of any personality or intelligence, but I'm sure that even if someone with his limited mental capacity knew the truth about Toh's obsessive proclivities, he'd run a mile, as well he should. But instead, he seems to find Toh's social anxiety ridden exclamations charming, so frankly he deserves whatever he has coming to him, which in real life would be him being kneecapped and held hostage in a sunny version of Misery.
Sky's "50 no's and a yes still mean yes" approach to dating is disturbing (as is his face), and the fact that he's doing it to Jao, a guy who looks and acts like a 12 year old with autism doesn't really scream "romance" to me. And when Sky asked him to be his lover after Jao pretended to commit suicide, I knew this show was a lost cause.
Som, Daisy, Tor, Fon and Khongkwan are fine.
The reviews for this both astound and baffle me as I couldn't find a single redeeming feature in this train wreck of a show. If your thing is watching dumb cool kids inexplicably wanting to date dumb geek kids who act like children on day release from special school, you'll probably enjoy this. But I suggest you ignore the positive reviews, don't waste five hours of your precious life like I did, and literally watch anything else.

ONE " WORST BL DRAMA " THAT RULES THEM ALL........Its Not worth it .Dont waste your time
1. The story isn't really good2. Toh's character is very poorly written.
3. The direction really was rubbish. The director needs to re examine himself.
Toh (seng ) is a pretty good actor but i felt he really over acted in this series ( again i blame the director )
* For a movie / series to achieve success it needs 2 basic criteria 1. Story 2. Directing . When both of these are missing , then you are wasting your money .
4. Some of the characters (mainly toh) dont really exist in real life.

It's just so cute and funn!!!?
Now, don't judge me for giving almost everything a 10I just love it!!! It's so heartwarming, cute, funny and um, also gives you a second hand embarrassment like never before. But that's how it is. It's purposefully made that way.
The friendship they all have is top tier. This series is perfect for you to watch after a tiring day, yk to get you all light headed and giggly.
At the start, most of us just went along cuz of the cringiness, second hand embarssment and the creepiness of toh acting, no, as a stalker. But trust me, it gets better real soon. You start loving it. That's how it was for most of us,
About the couples:
Toh and nuea : You'd thing Toh's the weird one here, but nah, nuan'sin it too which makes them perfect for each other š
Sky and Jao: The normal oneš They're really cute, like REALLYYY CUTEEEE. Agkashkjdh. Everything abt these two from the story to their faces are really cuteš
But just cuz they're the "normal couple", my love for the main won't lessen lmaoo. I love them both and the screen time each got was pretty good to
Fon and Kungkwan: They both have just a few scenes together, but all of them are really sweet!!! I'm hoping for more of their scenes in the future episodes
The downsides
I still have to work on finding them. Will update when I do find them ;)

Er... What??
Huh? I just never managed to really tune into this one... Watching this, I kept zoning out, pretty much unable to concentrate on it for ONE minute... I don't know, I mean I just returned from watching 'We Best Love', else I would definitely asked myself, if all BL are so artificial? It's like they were all there for the sake of it... The school uniforms vaguely reminded me of 'Hotel Stars', another "show" I failed to conceive (I dropped it after 4 episodes)... Else, I don't know. Somebody ordered this to be BL so there are boy on boy couples forming out of nothing.Saint Suppapong briefly appears in this. And HE is the best actor far and wide. Now, THAT is scary. First thing that can be said about this "Secret Crush", that it was everything except secret. One boy has huge obsession with one other boy and his whole group of friends knows, not to mention he acts like some creepy fan, so much it could be understandable only if the other guy was a movie star. He is just a regular guy, though: he is very white skinned, which it's "sensational" for Thailand but that's it. The main "story" here seems to be having the two boys in as many cringey scenes as possible. Just think of every single thing in the world that could make you embarassed and you'll find it here. As I tend to skip such moments, this show I was skipping so much I got further lost in the "story"... After five full episodes, I still had no idea whatever the deal was. And nobody on this show piqued even a slightest interest in me, honestly.

The Cringiest Drama ever
Hi this is my first review ever and I wish i could have done it with a good drama, but I just really wanna warn people before they watch this cringeThe Drama Secret Crush on you is in my opinion the worst drama to ever watch. It started all with Toh being just overly cringy and embarrassing around Nuea. I thought ok it's cringe but let's give it a try and I really tried hard to find anything good in this drama. With time it got even cringier and I dropped it. I wanna say that this all just doesn't make sense. In real life someone like Nuea would never fall for someone like Toh and I don't mean it in any bad way it just doesn't make sense. I don't know the actors from other dramas and I don't think it is their fault. It's just that Toh's character is poorly written and just doesn't make sense. In total this drama was very cringe and gave me the creeps. Toh was just too obsessed with Nuea and I wish they didn't end up together. This drama could have been so good but the way it turned out I really can't recommend it to anyone. Especially if you hate cringe , Don't Watch It.

Hmmmmm ok
So i did actually drop this as it was kinda cringy ,well toh is kinda cringy tbh i gave a review off someone else's review but felt i just had to actually put one up myself as i decided to watch futher after dropping it at ep 8 i just fast forward toh's bits coz i just cant do it hes just š¬ teeth gnashing cringy and a weirdo who collects supid random crap that nuea had touched or whatever just creepy they could of done better than have the handsome dude fall for him lol total disrespect, sadly the series aint got no better if anything its worseš®āšØ i skipped so much as i felt to punch the tv lol. The only good prts which was pretty much still lacking was nuea and sky as i dont actually think much of jao either cant put my finger on it but hes another irritating character very babyish as are the friends who seem to just spend their time in their friends business and shrieking over stupidness could not stand them stupid beg man girls who are after nuea and sky,i felt embarrassed for them lol,all in all felt pretty disappointed in what i watched so far in my opinion it was nothing new just a repetitive bl nothing juicy or mind popping that would be remembered just basic tbh ,wouldnt watch again as it was pretty boring.šdunno if ill watch last few eps as everything that could happen seems to have.My bad i just have to comment on the fact that toh looks like pinocchio in that ridiculously ugly outfit in ep 11 when meeting nuea's family š¤£šš¤£š i mean come on are u for real aint this dude like 18-19 wth š¤Was this review helpful to you?
Juvenile and Cringey
I honestly wanted to support this for Saintās debut as producer with no expectations since I donāt know the book. This is a series where much of the public behavior of the main character, Toh, mirrors what he feels on the inside. AWKWARD! And I donāt find his obsessive behavior enjoyable. I get a feeling of childishness rather than humor. The friend group he has is very bonded but their scenes together are to the point of being just too much for me. I actually give the acting a higher mark because I cannot imagine the energy needed to keep up with the over the top physical ācomedyā and cheesiness of this series. There is a gl couple here which is great. One half of this couple is played by Becky who was Thanya in TharnType 2. I also am pretty interested in the development of the side couple Sky and Jao. However, Iām three episodes in and I really donāt know if I will be able to stand this to the end. Right now, Iām here for Fon (Becky), Sky and Jao. Even Saintās scenes canāt save this for me.Was this review helpful to you?

Underrated series due to its appearance, but a good watch.
I've been waiting to watch SCOY since they anounced it because P'Thanamin is one of my favourite directors and P'Saint was co-producer so I trusted. I found out that in just 3 episodes, it's a really good watch if you open your mind with some scenes that are extremely comedy and/or clichƩ (that's just P'Thanamin style). In terms of story, I guess the "crush" thing has been already used many times, but SCOY offers a new vision as the crush is actually Toh and not P'Nuea as we may all think at first; Toh's just the crazy stalker who keeps collecting stuff and gay panicking. Many times I myself feel a bit cringy with Toh's reaction or typical BL clichƩs, but SCOY has the ability of having extremely good drama scenes that make your heart clench tightly because it did hurt. Especially in ep 1 when Toh draydreamt about him and P'Nuea kissing, it was actually really heartbreaking. These scenes are what gives it a point of quality in the story.
When we talk about acting, I'm pretty surprised because of Seng and Billy mainly as long as they're really good, Toh's personality is original, finally adding a gay-ish character as main. Yet everyone is skilled at not making scenes awkward when comedy is at its finest. I also applaud how well worked the friendship is built in the groups. When they remember the rules, it hurts as hell. The support is clear indeed. I thought I'd cringe more in some scenes, especially the comical ones, but somehow I don't as they quite know when to change or maintain a certain level of atmosphere.
Probably the music is the most disliked thing for me in this series, as they let it lead the feelings CONSTANTLY in each part. Typical BL bgm to accompany comedy and drama scenes and telling you how to feel instead of the script or acting. They should have trusted more the actors and actresses' power to convey feelings without the need of so much useless bgm.
Anyway, in general terms, so far this is a good BL to watch, enjoy and wait for as a lot is still left in the air. Knowing how P'Thanamin is, I know things will get seriously dramatic even though the series has been quite funny so far. I recommend it.
Thanks for reading.

Great to see different( GAY) personalities being portrayed..
This series is really different from other BL series because its showing.āļøEffiminate gays have the right to love and they can be main lead unlike other BL series that takes straight looking guys as main lead and effiminate gays and gurls for making fun or comic relief.
āļø Every one has thier own love for that you need not be a perfect human being..
āļø Faulty characters can be protagonist to show how they are changing themselves into a better person and reforming thier mistakes...

A set back in the BL industryā¦
Borderline one of the worst most cringy and annoying shows I have ever watched. The script did not do the actors justice whatsoever to the point where I thought I actually hated some of them until I saw them in another show, The Sign, where I realized they were actually quite good. Secret crush on you is so dumb itās not even funny. Iām not exaggerating when I say this is an embarrassment and a step back in quality in the BL industry :((Was this review helpful to you?

Perfect series in my opinion
I honestly think this is one of the best series I have seen in a while. A lot of people might disagree with me because a lot of reviews said it was too silly and 2nd hand embarrassing but here's what I thought...I think this series is so cute, I love the comedy aspect, it also deals with a lot of things people go through daily in reality and that's so important to have a show that does it in a good way. The comedy breaks up the sad parts so there is a mixture of both.
This series also deals with Multiple Main couples (my personal favorite) but I feel that we get to see equal parts of all the mains and their stories I want more of them but I feel content with what we have, Even though theirs two couples I wanted more of. > Here are my thoughts on the main cast/couples
Jao, Toh, Som & Daisy: I LOVE this group of friends so much, they all accept each other no matter what. The fact that they all cry together when one of them is in pain, just shows how much they all love and deeply care for one another. I would love to see more friend groups like this one. No matter what happens, they never fight with each other or threaten to break up the friendship and I think that is so refreshing to see a solid group of friends.
Nuea, Sky, Tor & Kwan: This is another solid friend group that I LOVE, they also all support each other and help each other no matter what. They also don't question Sky and Nuea when they try to pursue the boys, even though they've been with girls. They all see how happy they are and support them no matter what.
Toh & Nuea: Even though Toh had a secret crush on Nuea, Nuea had one on him just not as extreme. Every time Toh would do something Nuea always knew it was him. They are just the cutest. Nuea was never shy or embarrassed about being with Toh and he doesn't care what other people think. I also like how Nuea found his shrine and all of Toh's things he kept, Nuea didn't get upset and leave him or break up with him. They had an adult conversation about it.
Sky & Jao: These two are my all-time favorite couple, I love how Sk loved Jao no matter what, he wasn't ashamed to be with Jao even though people were making fun of him, and he never left Jao. I felt so bad for Jao, he had really bad body issues and everyone was calling him fat, even though he wasn't fat at all but that's how reality is and I felt so bad. He had a great support system to help him and even Sky by his side.
Daisy & Touch: I love Daisy with my whole heart. Even though we didn't get much of this couple, I loved them. Daisy was going through a lot after she heard Touch's friends talk about her and even changed herself but Touch loved her no matter what and didn't care if she was Trans, He just wanted to be with Daisy.
Som & Tor: We didn't get confirmation on this couple but what I have seen of them, I like them together.
Sky & Nuea: These two are perfect best friends, they both started liking a guy and neither of them freaked out or was overthinking about it, they were mature and realized that they had attraction to Jao and Toh and didn't bother with worrying about others
Nuea's Parents & Toh's Parents: I love how both sets of parents were so supportive of their relationships, even though the dads tried to be tough and scary, in t, he end both sets of dads were happy with the people they chose.
IN CONCLUSION, I love this series so much and I could've watched them all forever

So much second-hand embarrassment BUT I LOVED IT
Unlike some viewers, I really enjoyed the second-hand embarrassment and campy style used - I found it fun and unique. The comedic effect worked well for me, and I found myself laughing throughout the series at the characters' antics. I guess I might just have a higher tolerance for second-hand embarrassment than others. The production quality was amazing, and I loved the lighting and editing. The acting was convincing as well - there was no weak link here. I loved that Nuea actually has a personality and is actually a bit of an oddball himself.
I have to point out here that the English subtitles were THE BEST. Whoever did these ensured that nothing was missed out, even the music style was described!
In contrast with many other viewers, I actually did not have a problem with Toh's collecting behaviour - while it may have been dysfunctional at first because it was intruding on Nuea's privacy and was a symptom of Toh's insecurities and obsession, at the end Nuea shows that he doesn't have a problem with it and as far as I tell, Toh is happy and secure in his relationship. As no one is harmed by this behaviour in the end, I don't really agree with viewers who think Toh needs to see a therapist because it doesn't show that this is detrimental to anyone's quality of life. In the beginning, yeah the behaviour was problematic and needed correcting but circumstances evolved for it not to be a problem anymore.
Loved that they broke tropes - unconventional main leads, no ep 11 breakup (thank god) and positive female characters.
Hope more people give it a chance! I'm already re-watching parts of it again,
