Teachers that try to understand their students and help them resolve emotional issues and grow personally. Not very convenient methods. Hammer Session is better, IMHO... somehow hiring a convict as a teacher became less absurd when the masked-teachers-sanctioned-to-beat-up-students came into the picture.

Similar themes and characters: both teachers have a "secret identity" and help their students solve their personal problems.

Both main characters want to help kids without using violence.
And they have similar personalities.
However in KT the main character is a teacher while in shibatora the mc is a policeman

both has a teacher , who play the main character , and In charge of
the worst class in school ,and their relationship with their students more than just a teacher...

Both dramas are school/dedicated-teacher themed, and in both dramas, the students who are villainized by the schools are actually only victims who have been mistreated and labeled by adults.
