Shen Zhen and Lu Shi Yan went to visit Shen's father together. Shen Zhen cried when she saw her father. Lu Shi Yan endured his heartache. Then, the two of them came to Zhuang's house. Zhuang asked about their status respectively and believed that there was a pre-existing relationship between the two. Lu Shi Yan once owed Shen Zhen. Lu Shi Yan needs to rescue Shen's father to make up for his debt. At this time, Shen Zhen heard rumours from outside that Shen Wen Qi was proven guilty and was about to be executed. (Source: Viu)

Too much crying

The premise of this story is the male lead will be in excruciating pain when the female lead cries. I was hoping she would toughen up, but so far it’s just getting more annoying. She cries for every little thing. I don’t particularly like weak female leads, so I may be biased, but this drama is t for me. I also feel like Jermey’s performance wasn’t the best I’ve seen from him.
