Very Cute but leaves you wanting more
There is honestly a lot of potential here with these leads and the plot but short format doesnt allow for enough time to really flesh anything out. Even if pieced into a 2 hr movie the editing would need to be overhauled to make something completely coherent. At 18 or 24 full epsiodes we could've had a really great show.
Its really a shame because the ML is a smokeshow with real talent. I dont understand how he's not one of the biggest stars in China already. He was amazing in Maid's Revenge.
I liked the FL lead and the fact that she was "real person" pretty and didnt act like she was 12. I also liked the fact that she initiated the first kiss and it wasnt totally akward.
I still enjoyed this show despite it's short comings. Its like eating a fun sized chocolate bar, you wish there was more but you dont regret the morsel you ate.

Side note: The translation is terrible, but one can figure out what is been said by following the characters’ body language and the plot. Still, there is “something lost in translation”!

Redeeming factor is cute kid!!!
First of all I must say that the male lead is HOT! He is the general from maid revenge. SIGH... yet again he is in a low budget , short drama! CAN WE PLEASE GIVE HIM MORE SCREEN TIME AS A FULL DRAMA MALE LEAD...This is a mini drama about the male and female lead trying to fight for the custody of the child. This child is the male lead's brother and female lead's sister, which the child parent died. The male lead is a ceo and buys the martial art house/academy so he becomes the landlord. He has a bickering relationship with the female lead. Although she teaches little kids martial arts, she never really shows it off. The female lead character is a little plain jane, not very pretty and nothing too outstanding about her character ( maybe because its a mini drama)
The storyline isnt very well developed and is kinda jumpy. Turns out the grandpa ( which is the male lead's dad) also is fighting ( but behind the scenes) trying to get the custody of the child, because he can get 20% stock in the company? I guess the company stock was from the elder son (aka the older brother)
Hardly any kissing scenes, like one in the end... Chemistry is so so, not really feeling it. Just when they are together, the grandpa tries to do something that messes their relationship up and the male lead doesnt explain why / what he is doing to the female lead....

Enjoyable but cliche
One of miniseries that is well written, and well executed. There are few loopholes and things that goes unexplained or bit awkward. But acceptable tho. Can’t fit everything im 5 minutes drama. Overall drama is cliche but fun, cute and sweet. The chemistries between FL and ML is cute and strong. Would love to see em together again and more in romance drama. The FL also not typically Chinese FL who are stupid and weak with small cartoon voice and keep asking to be save. So overall the drama is enjoyable enough for me.

These 'shorts' are getting better
Some think the kid is the redeeming factor in this drama, however, I think ML is cuter than the kid. What can I say - I'm a sucker for fussy, irritable MLs, and this actor does a good job playing the role. I could see him landing a lead role in a higher budget film in the near future. I like him better than a lot of the current popular Chinese MLs (Liu Te or Xing Zhao, for example). He's pretty natural delivering his lines, he's handsome and he's got well developed abs. I think he's the best of the actors I've seen in these lower budget films. For me, he's the bright spot in this short drama even though, yes, the kid is cute, FL is doing a good job with her role and even SML is a better actor than a lot of the supporting characters on these shorts. The worse part about the drama is the translations. I think I'm missing some content because the translation is so bad.
UPDATE: I loved ML - he was cute, amusing at times and the actor did a good job - BUT if I'd been her I would have made him suffer longer for taking off with the kid and not returning my phone calls. She forgives him WAY too easily. I guess it's because it's a short, and we don't have time to give him the silent treatment or make him beg and grovel. Honestly, he deserved to lose her to SML. And poor SML! Poor guy! But, anyway, this is still one of the better shorts, even if she did forgive ML too easily.

A limited edition
Story - for me it was very good. Light story and a bit of romcom. It has been more interesting if it made a bit longer time per episodes.Production - I just observed that the suite of the lead male is all most the same on the entire episodes. Remembering his line talking to his assistant that he thought that he only wears a limited edition of clothing when he met the other guy wearing the same style of cloth. Ha ha ha.
Acting and Cast - Little Wu Yi was a nice cupid indeed matching his aunt and uncle. That leads the two into a couple.
Rewatching is indeed recommended.

Good start but crappy, happy ending
I rooted for them at first. The kid is sooooo cute. The main couple is sweet. If you watch it on YouTube, be aware that the English subtitles aren’t great. You can still understand what is going on, but sometimes it takes a bit of work. I love the short episode format. At the beginning I really wanted the main couple to get together. After the big plot twist, I just wanted her to marry her childhood sweetheart. He got left in the dust. He was only ever kind to her. He deserves more. I actually ended up shipping the childhood sweetheart with her before the end. And the heart-wrenching moment when the adorable kid says he doesn’t want him as a dad is sad.Was this review helpful to you?
Lost potential
Gotta admit that I hate these little tiny dramas with a passion especially tiny ones like this with episodes of 5 mins or less. Let’s face it you spend more time loading episodes and dodging ads than you actually do watching the series. Which in this case was a real shame because this drama had the potential of being a good one if it had been shot under the longer format. The cast did well to capture the audience’s attention but let’s face it what can you do with 5 mins. Anyway I watched it and though I was appreciative of what the actors managed to do I can’t say that I want to repeat the experience. Actually if it hadn’t been for the leads and the little boy I’d have given up after episode one but I’m just sorry that they didn’t get the opportunity to show us what they can really do which is a real shameWas this review helpful to you?

If you don't have anything to watch, this can be a good way to time pass
For me, The ML carried the whole show on his shoulder, I could complete it is because of him, yes not the child but him! The child was adorable but the ML easily took off the limelight unlike any other drama with a kid at a centre in it!The FL's makeover could be a bit good and her acting bit sucked in some parts (maybe it was the writer's fault) otherwise it was good.
Rest of the cast (which consists hardly 4 people) did good job too given the fact they had very less time to make audience convinced about their character. Except for the old Man who was playing Qi Mo's father, his acting literally seemed like acting.
coming to the best part, OST, THEY AREE SOOO GOOD!!! only 15 sec in the beginning could tell you that dude, this song will be surely be a good one!

Kurze Serie
