A homeless patient is rushed into the ER. Dr. Ahn refuses to perform surgery without the guardian’s permission which puts the patient at risk. Cheon Soo writes his name down as the guardian and takes responsibility, showing the other doctors that saving the patient’s life is the most important thing in the ER.
