Trainee DROPS Lawsuit against Park Shi Hoo
Without any reason given, Trainee dropped charges against Park Shi Hoo for sexual assault on May 9, 2013. Trainee’s lawyers filed papers to drop the suit and now prosecution has no authority to indict. The suit against Kim has also been dropped. The prosecutor’s office explained that they need a complaint to continue the investigation into a rape or sexual assault charge. According to Park Shi Hoo’s representative, he has also dropped the charges against Trainee, Friend and Mr. Hwang.
For any of you that don’t know this case started in February when Trainee filed a report against Park Shi Hoo and Kim for sexual assault. Park Shi Hoo claimed the sex to be consensual.
