2PM's Ok Taec Yeon and Won Ji An's K-drama "Heartbeat" Premieres Today!

The KBS drama Heartbeat is finally premiering today (June 26), and just hours ahead of its release, KBS released stills featuring Ok Taec Yeon (as Seon Woo Hyeol) and Won Ji An (as Joo In Hae).

Seon Woo Hyeol is a half-human, half-vampire yearning to become a complete human but fails to do so by waking up one day too early from his century-long sleep. Won Ji An takes on the role of Joo In Hae, a woman with an icy demeanor who woke up Woo Hyeol from his slumber.

The released stills capture the captivating moments when Seon Woo Hyeol and Ju In Hae first meet. Particularly interesting is the scene where Woo Hyeol gazes into a mirror and Ju In Hae's astonished reaction upon seeing him.

Vampires are known for having no reflection in mirrors. So, after spending about a hundred years asleep inside a coffin, Woo Hyeol checks his face in the mirror as soon as he wakes up to know if his efforts reaped the results he desired. But, he eventually displays an expression filled with astonishment and gloom. 

Whereas, Joo In Hae, who inherits a building from her father and finds Woo Hyeol in its basement, is shocked, and her eyes tremble at the unusual sight she witnesses. 

In another set of stills, Woo Hyeol is seen donning a classic burgundy three-piece suit while sitting on the ground with an astonished and worried look on his face. 

Heartbeat will air every Monday and Tuesday on Prime Video.
