Baek Ji Won is confirmed to join the upcoming Coupang Play original series "Anna."
On June 23rd several media outlets shared that actress Baek Ji Won is confirmed to be added to the cast of the upcoming series "Anna."
Baek Ji Won will be playing the role as Jung Eun Chae's character's mother. She is a gallery director. She always insists on the values and desires of her daughter's life.
"Anna" will tell the story of a woman who will eventually live a completely different life after starting with a minor lie. The series will be helmed by director Lee Joo Young ("A Single Rider").
The drama will be led by miss A's Bae Suzy, Jung Eun Chae, Kim Joon Han, Park Ye Young, Kim Jung Young, and Kim Soo Jin.
"Anna" is set to premiere on June 24th. The series will be released every Friday at 8 PM KST. It will exclusively be available on the OTT platform Coupang Play.
"Anna" will be the first drama of Baek Ji Won in 2022. She will also join the cast of the soon-to-air series "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" led by Park Eun Bin, Kang Tae Oh, Kang Ki Young, Jeon Bae Soo, and Jin Kyung.
The actress is also included in the cast of the upcoming film "Dream" with Park Seo Joon, IU, Kim Jong Soo, Ko Chang Seok, Jung Seung Kil, Kang Ha Neul, and Lee Hyun Woo.
