"Doctor Lawyer" starring So Ji Sub and Im Soo Hyang premier date set!

The upcoming MBC drama "Doctor Lawyer" will officially air on June 3rd.

On May 20th, MBC released the official group poster of the soon-to-air series "Doctor Lawyer." It showcased the 18 lead characters of the drama including So Ji Sub, Im Soo Hyang, and Shin Sung Rok. The poster of the series also included the official premier date of June 3rd at 9:50 PM KST. 

"Doctor Lawyer" will revolve around a genius and elite surgeon named Han Yi Han. After his medical license is revoked after a rigged operation, he decides to become a lawyer. He uncovers the truth and helps victims of medical malpractices and negligence. 

The upcoming series will be the latest work of director Lee Yong Seok ("Iljimae") and writer Jang Hong Chul ("Class Of Lies").

"Doctor Lawyer" will premiere both on MBC and the global OTT platform, Disney+.

The three main characters will be led by So Ji Sub, Im Soo Hyang, and Shin Sung Rok. So Ji Sub will portray the character named Han Yi Han, the genius doctor-turned-lawyer. Im Soo Hyang will play the role of Geum Seok Young, the prosecutor in charge of medical crimes. Shin Sung Rok will play the role of Jayden Lee,  a branch manager of a company. 

Other cast includes Lee Joo Bin as Im Yoo Na, Lee Dong Ha as Goo Hyun Sung, Lee Kyung Young as Goo Jin Ki, Lee Seung Woo as Choi Yo Seop, Han Seung Bin as Keum Seok Joo, Choi Jae Woong as Baek Kang Ho, Choi Deok Moon as Lee Do Hyung, and more. 

The production team of the drama shared their thoughts on the upcoming premiere. They stated, "A lot of our actors and staff are doing their very best for 'Doctor Lawyer.' To all the viewers, please look forward and show love and  interest in our drama."
