Tastefully Yours, starring Kang Ha Neul and Go Min Si, has been confirmed to premiere in the first half of 2025.
The Genie TV original drama Tastefully Yours follows Han Beom Woo (Kang Ha Neul), a conglomerate heir who aims to inherit Korea's top food corporation, and Mo Yeon Joo (Go Min Si), a stubborn chef running a one-table restaurant without a signboard in Jeonju.
The casting news of Kang Ha Neul, Go Min Si, Kim Shin Rok, and Yoo Soo Bin has generated considerable buzz for the drama.
In the K-drama, Han Beom Woo is a conglomerate heir, who is competing to inherit South Korea's top food corporation. Despite not being interested in taste, he is already running a successful fine dining restaurant in Seoul. To outdo his lifelong rival and elder brother in the competition for management rights, he pours himself into improving recipes and that's when he meets chef Mo Yeon Joo.
Mo Yeon Joo is the owner and chef of a struggling restaurant. She is known for her stubborn cooking philosophy of using only the finest ingredients and serving meals to just one table at a time. Meeting Han Beom Woo, she seizes the opportunity to turn things around and aim for new heights.
Adding more flavor to the story are Jin Myung Sook (Kim Shin Rok), a veteran with 15 years of experience under her belt from the area's most popular gukbap restaurant; and Sin Chun Seung (Yoo Soo Bin), an immature local.
Amid the excitement for the K-drama's premiere, a still offering a glimpse of the two leads has been released. The image, set against the backdrop of a yard with a thatched house, shows Han Beom Woo and Mo Yeon Joo wearing aprons and rubber gloves. Han Beom Woo, with his face scrunched up, stands in contrast with Mo Yeon Joo, who is seen silently focusing on her task.
Tastefully Yours will premiere in the first half of 2025 as an ENA Monday-Tuesday drama. News about the K-drama's global OTT platform is yet to come. Stay tuned!
