Comedians Hong Jin Kyung, Jo Se Ho, and Nam Chang Hee will be reuniting with writer Park Ji Eun in the upcoming K-drama Queen of Tears.
Comedian Jo Se Ho recently released a YouTube video with guests Hong Jin Kyung and Nam Chang Hee. The trio shared that they are gathered because they are set to make a special cameo appearance in scriptwriter Park Ji Eun's latest work which is the upcoming K-drama Queen of Tears.
This is not the first time that the three comedians have worked with the writer. The three also appeared and became scene stealers in the hit 2013 K-drama My Love from the Star. This will also be Hong Jin Kyung's third work with the writer. She also appeared in a cameo in the 2016 series The Legend of the Blue Sea.
Many are already anticipating on what characters Hong Jin Kyung, Jo Se Ho, and Nam Chang Hee will portray in the upcoming K-drama and how they will steal the show with their comedic remarks.
Queen of Tears will be led by Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Ji Won, Park Sung Hoon, Kwak Dong Yeon, Lee Joo Bin, and Kim Gab Soo.
It will tell the love story between a conglomerate heiress and the legal director of the conglomerate family. It will showcase how the couple will face all the trials and struggles and how the two will overcome them against all odds.
Screenwriter Park Ji Eun will be working with directors Kim Hee Won (Vincenzo) and Jang Young Woo (Bulgasal: Immortal Souls) in the upcoming K-drama.
Queen of Tears will officially premiere on March 9 at 9: 20 PM KST. The K-drama will be broadcast on tvN. It will also premiere on the global OTT platform, Netflix.
