A week ahead of the movie's release, Netflix re-released another exclusive preview of Kill Bok Soon, originally broadcast by the Berlin International Film Festival.
The preview begins with Cha Min Kyu (Sol Kyung Gu) saying to Bok Soon (Jeon Do Yeon) that she broke the rules, and Bok Soon calmly asks, "Then are you going to kill me?". Just then, some men dressed in black enter the tavern Min Kyu is sitting in. He thinks for a moment and when Bok Soon doesn't get a reply, she asks, "Why aren't you answering me?". Min Kyu takes off his spectacles and answers her, "Hold on".
What follows is a series of fights and action scenes showing Min Kyu taking down men even younger than him with ease and finesse. The preview presents him in his action avatar and he proves that he is quick with both guns and fists. Bok Soon coolly states that he should have at least turned off his phone at work.
And while he is in the midst of the shootout, Bok Soon just lays down her conditions to continue working for him. She admits to having failed a mission and it is up to Min Kyu to decide whether to believe her or not if he wants her to sign the renewal contract. Min Kyu asks if that was all she wanted to say, to which Bok Soon replies, "One more thing. No one else can work on my failed show. Those are my conditions for renewing the contract". Bok Soon's failed mission seems to have hurt her pride, and she is determined to restore her honor by working on it alone.
Meanwhile, Min Kyu has taken down most of the men and the preview ends with him saying, "Let me talk to the intern".
Kill Bok Soon will release on March 31 on Netflix.
